The food was BAD. 3 piece meal was dry, semi warm, coleslaw had a weird almost spoiled flavor , I didn't eat it after 1 bite. Potatoes were ok, I never eat the roll but no honey or margarine were included. I asked for honey. They didn't ask if I wanted white or dark, original or crispy. I ended up with a thigh and 2 legs for 15 bucks , give or take. Im not calling to complain, im sure corporate knows and im expecting this location will close. JUST DONT GO HERE. They had turned off online ordering, asked me to pull up to window to order where I waited for AWHILE , then pulled around building to wait again. So, it's probably been a couple of years since my last visit to KFC and it'll be a few more years before I go again, if ever. First off, we waited for someone to take our order It turns out he was in the corner on his phone and didn't hear us come in. Secondly, the menu has changed significantly since my last visit and the prices are astronomical, but being hungry, I bit the bullet and ordered. Upon receiving my chicken, which didn't look at all like I remembered, it had a very crisp skin and I ordered original recipe. Very greasy and actually on the small size. The highlight of my meal was the mashed potatoes and gravy! Overall cleanliness of the place was fair at best. I'm thinking Chick Fil A and Popeyes will be receiving my business in the future, next time I have a hankering for some yardbird. read more

They Had no chicken dropped at 6 pm on a Saturday about 6 people waiting for chicken. I ordered two famous bowls one being a meal I didn't get my drink. And since they messed up and didn't add in my second famous bowl that wasn't a combo I was even asked if i wanted to make it a combo he told me I would have to go wait back in line. read more

I went through drive through 30 minutes ago! I'm the only car in drive thru. There were no cars in the parking lot so they weren't busy! I asked if they had any pot pies, "yes we have 2 left". I'll take a pot pie and a Sweet Lightning " Ok pull up" She tells me total I pay she hands me a bag says "Thanks" and starts to shut the window ! I said " where's my drink?" "Oh yes she says" I look in the bag there's a sandwich and fries. I said" this isn't my order, her, Sorry" " I gave you the wrong one. " Give's me a new bag and says "theres your correct order!" Thank You! I shouldv'e known better and looked in bag but I drove to work and opened bag and no pot pie! Some bowl with all kinds of stuff in it! I've been going to KFC for 50 years all over the world. Tonight's experience was the worst experience that I've ever had. Long line at the drive thru, so I went inside. 10 minute wait with only one person in front of me. There was one person taking orders for drive thru and walk in. Four workers cooking. Two others in the back standing around. I ordered a meal with extra crispy and one pot pie. I was told it would be 32 minutes to cook the pot pie. I declined and ordered a two piece meal with dark meat. After several minutes, they came back and said it'd be 10 minutes for extra crispy, I said original was fine, but please dark meat only. During the wait, I could hear repeated "shouts" at various employees. None of these were supportive, nearly abusive. I'd be surprised if anyone has worked there for more than six months. After another 7 or 8 minutes the order was ready. The manager said here's your meal including "breast and wings". I responded that I ordered dark meat. She told me her screen said breast and wings. I told her I requested dark meat. She said breast/wings are dark. With nearly 30 minutes invested, I said fine, took the meals and left. Brought the meal home, took the boxes out of the bag, one of the boxes split open dropping the chicken on the floor. Looking at the box, it didn't split on the pre-set fold, but just down the middle going at a 90 degree angle of the fold. Stay away from this location. read more

This location does not honor their listed prices. I ordered a $5 Box meal plus an extra Cole slaw for a dollar. Instead of being around $6.60(estimated) I was charged $7.91. After reviewing the receipt I realized this is because they charged the $5 Box meal as a $6.39 combo meal just to make more money. Ok so is it normal for the chicken strips at KFC on center point road to taste like rubber? Like literally this dam chicken is about to take out a tooth. Best part is we had to go back the first time because they gave us chicken nuggets as the strips and they completely messed up the toppings. Second time we drove all the way back and the drive through lady was being a smarta** about it, let alone ignoring me at the window for ten minutes until I parked and went inside. After I get the new order the shit tasted like it's been sitting out for 3 hours.
