18 Jun 26 got a four Chicken tender combo with Mac & cheese and they were the best chicken tenders I have had. They were big and did not have tons of breading like some of the others I have tried. I got a pretty big container of Mac & cheese and could not finish it. Next zine I will only order the three tender combo instead of the four tender combo. If I could give zero stars I would. Drove here got there at 8 pm they saw me kept saying sorry for your wait. It wasn't until 815 standing at the counter I asked if they are closed as they saw me but didn't take an order. "I r are behind. We are short staffed". I wanted just to place my order and gladly do shopping at Walmart and wait but to wait 15 minutes to place an order which they still didn't take and I stormed off, then wait another god knows how long is ridiculous. Straight up the service at this location was the worst I've ever had. They messed up my order and I had to drive back to the location to pick up what was missing. They didnt acknowledge their mistake at all. Said it was my fault, that I forgot to grab my food. But how do I grab my food if it's behind the counter? It was their responsibility to make sure all was there. And I specifically asked if the bag I was handed was everything. I was told yes. But got home without my full order. Then upon returning to this store was told that their hands were tied and that they couldn't offer a remedy to their mistake. That I would have to get on the KFC app to make it right. But there is no option in the app for that. Ridiculous! After all that bs that will be the last time I order from KFC. Just an incompetent staff that didn't give a damn about their mistake. read more

Normally I don't bother leaving reviews for fast food places because as long as I get the thing I ordered and it's at least somewhat edible, then they've accomplished their goal. The former goal was failed in a way I've never seen before. Ordered the 6-piece + nuggets combo, got to the place with my friend about 20 minutes later. The employees looked...completely blazed out of their minds, and when I go up to the counter to pick up the order, one of the guys looked halfway between us and said "we're uh, out of chicken". I did not know how to process this information as he was handing me the bag of food, so I assumed that he thought my friend was ordering separately and told him they're out. I take the bag home, and the guy was being dead serious: there was no chicken, and also no biscuits. They substituted them with...another mashed potatoes and a cole slaw. Two days later, I'm still stupefied by what happened here. Not only did they somehow run out of the main thing the restaurant sells, but instead of simply cancelling the order and refunding my money, they had the bright idea to replace it with more sides. Astounding. Please don't let your employees come to work high. And KFC, if I don't hear anything back from the support ticket I sent in and get a refund, I am never going to another one of your restaurants ever again because I'll reasonably assume that this is your current standard for service. Update 4/20/2023: KFC is sending me a refund. I will patronize your stores again, but obviously not this one. read more

We came in close to closing time, they were out of dark meat. Roxanne D was quick to offer a substitution without up charging for the difference. She was so sweet, happy and a true joy to have as our cashier. She made sure we had everything we needed, and offered that we stay to eat even after they closed so we could enjoy our food while it was hot! She is such a valuable employee and made sure customer service was top notch. Definitely recommend coming to eat here. read more

I ordered almost 60$ worth of food, the lady at the cash register read back EVERYTHING correctly, and I confirmed it. The order consisted of a 12 piece family meal (12 chicken, 2 Large mashed potatoes w/ gravy, 1 large Mac n cheese, 6 biscuits) with a large order of mashed potatoes w/ gravy, and 6 more biscuits on the side, but I was only given 10 biscuits, the mashed potato bowls were about half full, and the extra order of gravy wasn't given with the half filled potatoes. The Mac n cheese itself seemed as if it was some new pasta mixed with some that's been sitting there for a minute as some of the pasta was a darker yellow and wasn't soft/gooey like the rest. The last complaint I can say is that the breading didn't taste like the KFC I remember, BUT I don't know if there was just a recipe change amongst all KFCs as I haven't been to one in months which is why it was saved for last. I'm pretty sure it's a family owned KFC due to how they were interacting with each other and even having a child freely roaming behind the counter grabbing stuff and all which wasn't an issue, but I would've at least expected the standards to be on par with other KFC establishments. read more

I specifically requested an original breast, with a small mash and potatoes. I sat down opened the box to find two pieces of chicken, one thigh and one wing. I returned to the counter to tell the server about my request. He took the box and returned the chicken to the heating tray. He then gave me a box with two breasts and potatoes. I said I'd only ordered one breast. The manager then brings out my order. Hard that they can't get a simple order correct... but worse that they returned the chicken to the tray. Travesty! They opened a new KFC inside of the Walmart location. I was ALL excited to buy my overpriced chicken when after ordering a seven piece dark meat meal deal, which came to 21 bucks, I found out that they DON'T sell extra crispy at this location. I am sure as heck not paying 21 bucks for chicken that doesn't meet my expectations. Now, the staff was super friendly, but not selling the best style of their chicken is just wrong. Sigh. Also, I was given a free chicken little since it was my first visit. I've never had a chicken little. You know what? It was this finger thin piece of chicken, a pickle, mayo and a roll. Do not go here. You have been warned! We should've known better ordering from a KFC inside Walmart but we did and boy was it horrible. My wife had items to pick up anyways so we decided to get food here. Huge mistake. When we picked up our food no one can find it and kept saying they don't have my name in the system even after showing our confirmation receipt they kept saying "well we don't have his name in the system, nothing we can do." then walked away. WTF!! Finally a sensible lady came from the back and said " oh its probably because after some time the system will clear on previous orders , it's probably that order that no one picked up yet! The root beer float was delicious. However ,the chicken pot pie had been sitting for hours, and the chicken was extremely dry from sitting so long. (I had to throw the chicken away.) They have excellent chicken when it's fresh, but they cook so much at a time that it dries out before they sell it. In other words, they either prioritize quick service instead of good food, or are lazy and just don't want to cook chicken very often. Instead of throwing dry nasty chicken away that didn't sell, they just move it towards the front of the rack, so it sells next. While the freshly cooked chicken sits in the back and gets dry before it works its way to the front. I rated them two stars instead of one because of the good root beer float and the friendly service. read more

We went there twice in a matter of weeks, the first time they shorted us 5 pieces on a 16 piece order, last Friday went back and got 9 pieces on a 12 piece. Went back to get our credit today and the General Manager, Brooke Long was the rudest manager I have ever witness. She was short, rude, disrespectful and non caring. Hey KFC... WTF mate? So my GF and I stopped by our local walmart to grab some clearance christmas stuff, and decided to grab a snack from the KFC there at the walmart entrance (store E720530). I ordered a 6 piece wing and a popcorn chicken meal. The price for the wings on the stores board was $5.00 and the popcorn chicken was $7.49. After ringing me up, the total seemed high, so i checked the receipt. I've attached a picture, so you can see for yourself what i was charged. When I asked Brandon (I believe he was the shift manager on duty) about the discrepancy, he said that the company decided to upcharge some items. When i said it was advertised RIGHT THERE, he said they hadn't had a chance to change the sign yet. I then told him that if its advertised on the menu at a set price, they should charge THAT amount, and he agreed.... That yes, they SHOULD be charging that... But then gave me a blank stare and made absolutely NO attempt to offer a recompense, reimburse the difference, or offer any kind of correction. read more

This store has ZERO customer service!!! Ordered a 3 piece Chicken Tender Combo. Got my drink while waiting. I almost finished my drink yet I still haven't got my order. I asked what's happening and was told it's coming out soon. Still orders are coming out but not mine! I am pretty patient but I had it this time coz nobody is saying nothing. So I ask for a refund and still no apology. When they hand me my return receipt, I just told them " Really !!! No apologies or whatever? " And one guy finally said " uhm.. sorry about that.." Wow!
