This place is completely understaffed and the staff they have are very young. The cashier walked away from my order to make sure they would cook more chicken. Should that be a question at KFC? Visited Drive thru on 12/19/17 took me about 20 minutes for 2 cars before me in driveway! Ordered two complete meals also ordered extra biscuit and potatoes n gravy. Finally got to window saying we only have one biscuit can we give you extra chicken for the other 2 biscuits said sure it is what it is. Received only one extra piece, my Sierra Mist was soda water and missing cookies also !!! Horrible there are 6 other fast foods in area why shouldn't I got to them. There was no one in the restraunt because Popey's just opened up. There was no soda lids the counters were so dirty with garbage all over it. There were dirty tables that hadn't been cleaned. Come on guys get on the cleaning. You have big competition now. I would choose clean over dirty any day. read more

This place has turned into a dump! We went in on Tuesday night. The cashier was nice. Took our order. We asked for frosty mugs. They had none. She asked Cliff the manager for assistance. Cliff said, we won't have any more cold mugs for the rest of the night. While he just finished making a shake, he left it on the edge of the counter. It fell on the floor. It splattered all over. Instead of wiping the things down. He literally got the garden hose. Sprayed EVERYTHING down, including the oven door where the chicken is in, the containers where you put the chicken in. The floors as if the store was closing. It was so gross. Water was everywhere! His lazy ass is the manager?? As we stood mortified waiting for our food to dine in. EVERY table was filthy dirty. We told the employee there, MARY AND CLIFF. The response. Ok, sorry. Nothing was done. When the cashier took her break after we got our food. She was eating in the lobby. Cliff went out there with her and grabbed some of her watermelon. Ate it and went back behind the counter. That lobby was still disgusting and not yet touched by anyone! We have been going there for years. I don't know why it went down hill. Popeye's is up the street. It's clean, friendly. It's time to switch. KFC hired some lazy good for nothing people who don't care about their job or their customers! It's sad. read more

Probably one of the dirtiest stores I have entered. The entire line area appears as though even the daily cleaning has not been conducted in quite some time. The deep cleaning has obviously become a thing of the past. The vents that are visible to the customer have a great amount of grease present. I observed a young man with curly hair named Ryan take off his gloves then moved items around in a customers box to verify the contents. Quite unsanitary. Every table in the dining room was filthy. The wait time for the food was ridiculous considering the store was probably running less than a $200 half hour for dine in. The manager was apparently busy in the back while this was all going on. On the food quality. Considering this is also an A&W I had to get chili cheese dogs. Big mistake as these were the worst I have ever had. The hot dog itself was what one would expect from a low grade off brand dog. Definitely not an A&W standard. My wife ordered the chicken strip meal in which her only complaint was the time it took to receive her meal. By far this is the worst KFC I have ever been in. It is apparent a lack of proper management exists at this location. I would venture to say the regional manager does not stop by too often. There is no way this store should look this bad. We will find a more suitable restaurant for future meals. read more

I love the strips here as they are always fresh and crunchy. The chicken is always fresh. This restaurant is a great alternative to home cooking. The staff consistently provides good service. The place is always clean. read more

Ms. Alvarez, Clayton Road KFC manager, is the most inhospitable, crude, unethical service business manager we've run into. First, she didn't properly train her workers. I can see why she is covering up their mistake instead of apologizing to the customer for the mistake they did. I already had the feeling that the boy didn't take my order correctly even before I paid, so I kept on repeating that we want K13 (bbg chicken tenders)and NOT K18 (bbg chicken sandwich) to make sure - maybe 3 times. I went to the LR after completing the payment and, when I was came out, I saw my husband eating a sandwich. I went to point it out to the manager but, instead of apologizing, she was more worried about taking back the already-touched sandwich. What was annoying was she challenged me arrogantly to return the sandwich instead of apologizing. Then, she bragged arrogantly that she was a good manager for one (1) month.... only. How long has she been there that she's only a good manager for one month? And, good manager to who -- her fearful underlings or the customers? We are not going back there again. read more

Ok so my son always wants to eat the $5 fill up but today wasn't the same as any other day. I had ordered 3 $5 fill ups and they said I had to wait ten more minutes so that they could cook the chicken and I said ok then they didn't even have spirt or any cookies like the cookie is the best part KFC u guys really disappointed me. read more

This is a KFC and A&W combined. The place was dirty, I'm not exaggerating. Sticky floors, dirty dishes and trays were sitting in many places, trash on the counters, greasy tables and seats... My tray had some nasty stuff sticking to it, they tried to cover it up with the paper that they put on the tray rather than cleaning it - nasty! The Burgers were super greasy, the bun was falling apart, mustard and ketchup were all over - nasty again! The soda fountain machine wasn't working properly. The Pepsi and Diet Pepsi both tasted like Root Beer - how can this even be? Gross, nasty, disgusting, that's all I can say about this place and my experience. Don't get me wrong, I like KFC and A&W, but this place is something else - I will never return. read more

I went there to pick up dinner and the place is a disaster, trash all over the place. I waited about 5 minutes before someone came to the register but I heard them laughing in the back. I think they were laughing at the man by the soda machines yelling at them for giving him the wrong order. Look at the attached picture the trash can is overflowing and the condiment box is almost empty and has a dirty spoon on top of the condiments. They had my order on the counter behind the register and were pointing at it and laughing, makes me wonder what they did to make them laugh at my food! But there was so much laughing and horseplay going on it would be hard to say. About the most unprofessional, dirty, food place I've been seen in a long time. I will say one good thing, they put so much chicken in my bucket the lid wouldn't close and when I got home my wife asked me why I bought so much chicken. worst customer service in my life from their manager Cliff. pulled up to the drive thru only to be told to hold on a second. well that second turned into nearly ten minutes. they made me and my girlfriend wait because there was a man standing in the drive thru window. First off its called a drive thru for a reason. and second no fast food restaurant is allowed to serve customers in a drive thru due to safety reasons. after saying hello multiple times with no reply we decided to drive up to the window with the man still standing there. after a few more minutes the man walks away and we asked if we could order our food here. then their ride manager said yeah if you go back around. after we just waited ten minutes and you're going to tell us to go back around to order. as we asked for his name he tried covering up his name tag so that we couldn't see. His name is Cliff. He's the general manager at that store. I know he's the manager because I had meet him when I applied last week. no way I'd work for a guy like that. I would give them a negative 5 star review if it was an option. just lost two customers. read more
