I visited this location on a Thursday evening craving In-N-Out and waited in the drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes. My order was a Double-Double Protein Style with whole onions, grilled onions, and Animal Style, along with a plain burger patty for my dog with no oil, salt, or condiments. Unfortunately, I should have checked my order before driving home. The plain patty for my dog had mustard or some other yellow condiment on it, despite my specific request that it be completely plain. I contacted customer service regarding the issue, and they were helpful in addressing my concerns. However, when I opened my Protein Style burger, I was even more disappointed. Not only was the burger not prepared the way I ordered it, but it also had very little lettuce compared to the Protein Style burgers I typically receive at other In-N-Out locations. To make matters worse, the burger was extremely pink in the center. After waiting nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru, it was frustrating to get home and discover that both items in my order were incorrect. I understand that mistakes happen, but having multiple issues with a relatively simple order raises concerns about order accuracy and quality control. I've always had positive experiences at other In-N-Out locations, which made this visit especially disappointing. The staff is generally polite and fast however, I do not like how they toast the buns and seem to skimp on the fries. I tend to just get protein style because the buns are so gross tasting. Finally tried the 4x4 from In-N-Out's not-so-secret menu -- and it was absolutely delicious and thoroughly satisfying (about 1,050 calories!). The bun had a slight char on the inside, adding a nice crispy texture with each bite, and the veggies were all fresh and crisp. But of course, the star of the show was the four beef patties. Their patties were flavorful on their own, which is one of the things that really sets In-N-Out burgers apart from the rest. I normally have a good experience with the food at this location, but I love the food and service better at the location in Antioch.... This place is so busy!!!! Drive thru and order inside the line is out the door! Had green cashiers so ordering went by quickly! Friendly staff. Very hard to find seating as it was all taken up. However people are typically leaving once they have finished their meals. As busy as it gets surprisingly the place stays clean. Workers are constantly taking out trash. Stopped by this In-N-Out location as my wife had not had In-N-Out in over a decade and was craving a burger. Like most locations, this In-N-Out is incredibly busy! With huge drive thru queues outside, and large number of people waiting for their orders inside. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, but snagging a table will still be a bit of a challenge as this place is usually packed. Their PA system also pipes outside, so you'll be able to hear your order called regardless of where you opt to sit. And they regularly come by to wipe down tables so you usually don't have to do so after someone leaves. In-N-Out food is consistently delicious, and this location is no exception. Every staff member we encountered here was exceptionally friendly, and parking is readily available in the shared lot of this large strip mall. Don't forget In-N-Out's secret menu if you're looking for more out-of-the-box options! read more

No matter what location you go to the food the service everything is the same. The staff is always helpful, and the times for the food, not too bad. They have an efficient ordering system for when it gets crowded and they take good care of the customers. Today I tried a hidden manual item that I was just made aware of, I ordered a double double mustard fried, which essentially the patties are fried in mustard, and it comes with pickles and tomatoes. The meal itself was immaculate, absolutely exquisite, the moment I bit into this beef fortress I almost cried tears of joy, but I had to restrain myself because we were in public.
