The people taking the orders are always perfect and amazing, but the people handing out the food sometimes seem to be a little confused. I once sat there for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to bring me my order and I have no idea why. It was a #1. Finally someone came to my window and asked me what I was waiting on and I told her and she brought me the order in seconds. She mentioned something about my car description not being right.. idk. Another time the lady tried to hand me my drinks in a carrier. I only had two drinks and I told her I didn't want the carrier and she said I had to keep it. I don't know why it was given to me at all or why I had to keep it. Such a waste of packaging imo. And sometimes the employees are just laughing and chatting amongst themselves. Even when I see food sitting there waiting to be distributed to cars waiting. In the big scheme of things, these are very minor things to have happen at a fast food drive through, which is why I still rate this location very high. I just feel like the chick-fil-a standards are SO HIGH that even when there are shortcomings here and there it's still good service. I was actually tasked with bringing snacks in for the faculty at my daughters school and decided to bring in bagels, memories from when I worked at the bank. While I was browsing and placing my order for tomorrow I decided I wanted to go there today! My daughter and I arrive in the drive through and I honestly didn't know what I wanted. We took a minute looking at the drive through menu but there is SO much on that menu that it was a bit overwhelming so we started looking through the app (that I had downloaded a few hours before). After we placed the order it was done in like 3 minutes tops. The look of the building and the parking lot looked really nice and well maintained. Overall I spent $30 on two drinks, two soups, and two cookies. I still think that their prices are a little steep. The cookie itself is almost $5 and a drink that I would consider a size small is over $3. And the soup bowl is $8. Good for a treat but would get rather expensive if you were picking this up on a regular basis. The opposite end of this is that I ordered 4 dozen bagels for less than $50, so in that sense it was rather affordable. They also have a sip club where you can spend $15 a month and get unlimited self serve beverages.
