1.4 stars is too high of a rating for this place. If I could do a zero star rating I would. Time to shut this place down with constant messing up orders, food is never warm, and the floor is a food violation waiting to happen. I like KFC most of the time. This KFC is one to avoid. Very slow service inside. Prepare to feel ignored. Frequently does not have the regular fried chicken I wanted to order. I stopped going to KFC years ago, but gave this location a try because it was one of the only places open in the evening. Based on this experience, I don't think that I'll return to KFC. Food took forever (over 30min). What made this worse is that they had the AC super cold, so it was freezing inside. Ended up waiting in the car. It has been years since I have eaten at KFC and we were hungry and most places had closed. The food was downright scary. I'm not sure what ingredients made up the rubber chicken but I took one bite and thought no way that's chicken. The fries were old and greasy, cold and tasteless and the biscuit which I did not try resembled hard tack. My lemonade was so so. The employees seemed like decent people and were kind but they look like some worn out kids. They definitely need a morale boost. Sad place. This restaurant should shut down!! read more

Long wait at the counter for a simple bucket of chicken. No chicken breasts only thighs in the bucket. C'mon KFC. Consistent mediocrity has been the standard for fast food. Even though this had bad reviews, I went there anyway. It was clean. The music was a little loud. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, but I think she heard classic chicken sandwich. So I ended up getting a classic chicken sandwich. Didn't realize that until I started eating it, but it was good so I decided I'll just eat that. Breast meat was moist outside was crispy. I noticed it was a little salty for me, but I don't put salt on anything. Food came out quickly. I had coleslaw, potato wedges, apple poppers, and I got a medium drink. From the dispenser, I was hoping to get Root beer there was no root beer so I got Pepsi. Didn't really like the Pepsi so it's been a long time since I've drank Pepsi. It was just something about the flavor didn't work for me. My coleslaw was cold and tasty not too sweet. The wedges were crispy and a slight pepper flavor. The apple Popper was good. Overall was a very typical experience that I get at just about any fast food restaurant. It's not terrible. You can go there. read more

waited forever for a mobile order that said it was ready before finally asking to be told we don't have that sauce to put on the nuggets so we just didn't make the whole 20 order and were gonna watch you stand here all night ans if you want anything else it's gonna be a really long time . meanwhile the pierced up greasy red haired girl in the background is cussing customers out and throwing biscuits around for simply having to do her job, which she clearly isn't capable of doing . finally I asked for a refund and was told they can't do them . There was one friendly man and woman up front who I felt bad for , and I don't direct this at them . When my group went inside to order we were blatantly refused and cursed out. We were simply trying to order food at a restaurant. Although we had a big group and a big order, there was no one else inside and all of the food was the same, it should not have been an issue and there was no reason for us to get cursed out.
