Great location and great people (especially James Hamm and Daynia McDonald)! I placed an online order and on my way to pick up, was involved in a 3 car accident. After an hour, I went to get my food but it had been sitting there ready for a while. I explained the situation and Daynia immediately went to James so see about remaking my order. He said absolutely but let me know there would be a wait on chicken. (Making it fresh and everything!) Daynia asked me if I was ok and reassured me that everything would be well and they would help me with their service. She even provided me a drink while I waited for my food. I went out to my car to see about my rear end damage and James came out to see about helping me. He assisted me with finding a way to keep my truck door closed since the latch would not close properly and even advised/informed me to jerryrig a way to make sure the trunk was light off to not drain my battery. Daynia brought out my food and again gave me positive help and reassurance. Again, amazing people and amazing customer service. Really helped turn a bad night into a bad night with fresh food. It's like ordering for McDonald's, you don't get the sauce even if you ask for it. I always ask for the kfc sauce with my fries but never gets it's, and it happens every time. But I guess it's my fault I should've learned from the first time. Like who eats kfc with no sauce. They need to do something about that. Idk what the manager or whoever in charge is doing. It's either they don't care about the service as long as they're getting paid or they're just don't know how to do their job. Do better! read more

They didn't have any eating utensils. They were out of white meat original and crispy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were soupy. The coleslaw were soupy. On a positive note, they had plenty of hot sauce. read more

I walked into the restaurant and stood at the counter for 4 1/2 minutes. The manager was walking around the store going in and out of the food cabinets. I was not greeted upon entering the restaurant and no one bothered to come and take my order. There was a female employee sitting in the dining room as if she was on break. I called out but no one came up from the back. After waiting about another minute, I just walked out of the restaurant and I am sitting in my car writing this review. When you want to vote your money and have a hard time, go to this KFC and I assure you it will ruin your day. Rude and inattentive employees with their customers, undercooked food, super heavy manager and is as unpleasant as her employees to receive any complaints. definitely this restaurant should completely replace its staff. This was the first and last time in this restaurant. The food is super disgusting as are the mocking and distracted staff, this damn restaurant must be closed. read more

October 27, 2016 at 8:40 pm, I ordered tenders for my son. The lady that took my order had no interest in taking my order whatsoever. I went to pay and I was told I had to wait 5 minutes for my tender. Fine. I parked in the parking lot and waited. And waited. And waited. It was 9:10pm and I still didn't had my tenders. Drove by the drive thru again and told the 2 young ladies there that I had been waiting for more than 20 minutes for my food!!!! They asked again what I ordered and closed the window and started LAUGHING!!! Like it was funny that I waited 30 minutes for my 5 year old's food, at 9pm with more children in my van. Then I asked for my drink to be replaced because it was super watery. Again, they laughed. And that's when I knew I was gonna get the flattest coke and the thinnest tenders of all time. They gave me my food, not a thank you, nothing but lots of laughing after closing the window... and sure enough. Flat drink, 4 3" long tenders, thinner than paper and of course cold fries. This KFC is well run, clean and provides great service. Came in for lunch. Had about 14 customers eating in. Entire order took less than a minute to get my food. They came out and cleaned the dining area ever five minutes and spent a lot of time checking on customers. Did notice that if you acted like a Jerks that they left you alone. Never figure out why rude customers always feel like the store is the problem when it is clearly them. Sorry but you get what you give out. They were very nice here. Will be back. read more

The lady at the window was very nice, I just ordered a chicken sandwich for lunch and it was about a 7 minute wait. Another female brought me my sandwich and gave me the ole "take care baby" southern goodbye but was tossed a extremely hot piece of friend chicken slapped between some mayo and burned bread. I ordered food at their drive thru and it took them about 10 minutes waiting for my orders to take. By that time I reached the window, I paid and they told me that they only have crispy chicken and only white meats. After I agreed, the told me to pull over and they will bring the food. When they brought the food outside, the lady told me that they're out of biscuits so they gave me extra potato wedges. We would think that they will have enough food since it's dinner time. I went to this store around 7pm before the Dallas v. Giants game to get my son something to eat after his football practice. I ordered a Crispy Colonel meal for my son no pickle and double wedge fries with a orange Mountain Dew to drink for $9 and some change. I didn't get a receipt nor did I receive any condiments with his order. There was a previous car in front of me waiting for their order as well. When I got my order, I did not think to see if I received my card back. But the following day, I awoke to check my account to see if my car payment had posted and I realized there were so many other charges on my account that I did not recognize. I called my bank to cancel my card. I have tried calling corporate and I left messages. I tried calling the store and no one picks up the phone. I feel that it is a sad world for someone to steal your card and use it. I would like an explanation as to why someone works for your company that steals from customers. I am filing a police report about this. This has messed up my PTSD and anxiety to a whole new level. read more
