Today, at about 2PM, I ordered their "special" 20 wings for $20, only available online through the app. It's SATURDAY afternoon, during FOOTBALL Season, they have a WING Special. DUHHHH! It processed my order and gave me a pick up time 15 minutes later. So I made my way to the store, received a text through the still open app, that my order was ready. So in I go. There are literally 2 other customers in the restaurant. The 5 employees are running around lost. I inform then that I'm here to pick up my "ready" order. They inform me it's NOT ready and will be about 10 minutes. OK, no biggie, I sit to wait. The two previous customers get their orders. A gentleman comes in who has ordered online, his order is NOT ready. They, hand me my order (supposed to be 20 Honey BBQ WINGS, tossed in the sauce). I check, NO SAUCE! So they take my order back and go to sauce it. In the mean time manager comes out and informs, the only other customer "we have a situation"! WHAT? You ordered crisp fried chicken, but we Don't have any crispy, fried breast's! OK, customer sez. Substitute crispy fried thighs! We don't have any crispy fried PIECES. Period! WTF? This was on online order, wasn't there enough time to process the correct order before the customer drove across town to pick up his order? The restaurant was EMPTY! I'm handed my order and just happy to be on my way! Get home and my order has "Mike's Hot Honey", NOT Honey BBQ, Notice my order should not be HOT, as in spicy! I call, the manager from home (8 miles away), explain and he argues with me that my order is correct? WTF? That's irrelevant, the proper response would have been, "we're sorry sir, when you come back in we'll make it right"! This would be a GREAT Location to open a Fried Chicken Restaurant! read more

Wow what a night! The food was awesome. My filet migon was so tender and cooked to perfection. Their bread & butter was oh so good. We had the Fried Green tomatoes as an appetizer. Their sides were so good fried okra was great and the pickled beets were very good. We had the dessert benigets apple and peach with 4 spoons. The lightening could have been better. Sara was awesome entertaining she has the special touch. She is very good at her job. We loved her we will be back. read more

I walked in and then saw the reviews on Apple Maps and almost turned around.. but I'm glad I didn't! The staff was friendly once they realized I was friendly, I think they are unfortunately used to rude customers. They well accommodated any issues. I think they simply are just not very busy to have all of the food ready and fresh as needed. I think if they would accept the loss and toss old food more often, more customers would be happy, reviews would turn around, and so would business. You can't beat the original KFC, so it has nothing to do with competition in the area. I'm not an expert but I hope they turn it around and we don't loose this business. read more

Drove 25 miles to Foley to KFC since we don't have one in Fairhope. It was our first visit (and our last). The ladies in front of us ordered the pot pies - after much yelling back and forth between employees blaming each other because they didn't have any ready, they finally put some in the oven and the couple were told the wait would be 22 minutes. We then ordered and the cashier was very unfriendly, the food was mediocre, and the seating area was dirty. When they gave us our food, the girl said that they were out of biscuits but she would bring some out to us as soon as they were ready. Well, surprise - that never happened. We finished eating, and no biscuits ever materialized - although I did notice some other people who had come in after us did have biscuits with their meal. Overall, the whole experience was terrible - we'll never go there again! Can't believe that the manager of this business sees these reviews and let's that kind of service continue. 3/19/25 midday. The restaurant looked empty. The drive through was empty. I sat in the drive through and the order taker was mumbling at other employees. I sat at the menu speaker for 10 minutes asking several times "can I order". A voice told me to pull around to the window. Several employees were drinking drinks and laughing by the window but none acknowledged me. I waved several times and obviously seen but no response. I literally sat there another 10 minutes. I have to drop a quick note about my only semi-local KFC. This is the second time I've done the drive through trip here, and while they have been quick and pleasant both times and the order was accurate & put together properly, the same theme that I've been experiencing at other KFC's in other areas. Chicken either not ready or completely out. Seriously you have ONE job, cook the chicken. I don't really want to wait 15 or more minutes for you to fill an 8 piece chicken meal. C'mon people you just do chicken :-) KFC is not a staple for me, it's just a childhood habit to pick up a bucket of KFC & have an impromptu picnic. Ordered $65 worth of food. When I ordered extra crispy chicken, I got a bucket full of a soggy, greasy mess with virtually no skin on it. My sides were wrong and one was missing. Biscuits that we specifically had to wait on were not cooked. When I called I was told I could get replacement sides and biscuits. Mind you I ordered family sized sides and 8 biscuits. When I went to get the original items I paid for, I was given 2 biscuits and individual sized sides. I wasn't asking for a full refund or anything. Just to get what I had originally paid for. I will NOT, 100% go back there. I'd rather get my chicken ANYWHERE else. I will give credit to the girl who took care of us the 2nd time. She was very sweet. The last 3 times we've been there they didn't have chicken ready. The first time (several months ago) was at the drive thru. They told us they didn't have any chicken ready. We left. Then about 2 weeks ago we decided to try again. Went inside and were immediately told that they didn't have any breasts cooked. We left. Then last weekend we made 1 last attempt. Ordered and then in a couple of minutes they said they didn't have any original breast's. We said we would take the crispy. Got our order and one was original and one was crispy. My wife and I have frequently stopped by KFC after shopping to pick up a couple of their delicious chicken pot pies to take home. However, we were more than a little disappointed with our last two visits and will probably not return. KFC has almost completely eliminated the chicken from the recipe. I have grown up with KFC, used to go there often in 60s in Louisville, KY, their headquarters. Was great then but gone downhill drastically since. At Foley location, chicken is usually greasy. I recently purchased the only thing they still made well, the pot pie. Bought 2, neither had any gravy, very, very dry, and very salty. Few vegetables or chicken. Seems like they were only dough with a hint of chicken. Never again. read more

This place is very unsanitary. It looks pretty cool because it's been remodeled, but like every other KFC nowadays, it's dirty, most likely has long waits, and unfriendly staff. They were also low on syrup for almost every beverage, with 6% of every KFC being dirty, you can't expect much. read more
