They have a super cheap meal with a ton of food for $20: BUILD-A-BUCKET: 8 PC. CHICKEN 8 pieces drum & thigh chicken plus your choice of 4 individual sides, and 4 warm biscuits. The chicken breading has improved and it's crispy and not too greasy! I like to get an extra chicken breast as well, extra crispy of course! They had a Tuesday special 3 pc meal for 10 bucks or an 8 pc special. As always very confusing trying to read the board. The guy taking the orders was impressive the way he asked questions and suggested Best Buy And options. As embarrassing as it is to admit i get taco bell a lot, like a lot more often than i probably should. Usually when i go to a taco bell service is FAST. And i mean i order at the kiosk and 2 seconds later im getting my drink and not too long after my food. However, today when i stopped at the framingham taco bell, i was met with horrible service, attitude, and my order was wrong. In my order i asked for light tomatoes in my crunchwrap...it was loaded with them. They forgot the nacho sauce for my chips and cheese and all of my mild sauce was sticky and sticking together. I must have been waiting for 20 minutes just to get the cup for my drink, only after i asked where my order was and received attitude. Along with the long wait i witnessed another customer receive a bad attitude, where the worker just shoved the doordash order right in the drivers face without even looking at him: Rude. And not for nothing i would have hoped that the tables would have been at least a little bit tidy, they were covered in crumbs and the chairs were not neat looking. read more

The layout of the restaurant brings to mind a former bowling alley with the cooking and serving area along one wall and the uncomfortable,usually chilly seating area along the opposite wall. It is acceptable food, for how cheap it is. Definitely an in and out kind of place... usually don't sit there to eat unless I have to. I have always been a big KFC and Taco Bell fan. My husband and I recently moved to Natick and were excited to see this dual branded location. I recently had seen the Georgia Gold Commercials and was thrilled to try it. When we got to this store, we had a cashier Carlos. I'm the last person to criticize language issues, my husband is from Mexico. But we simply couldn't get our order across. We asked for a Doubledilla and had to point at the menu and repeat the order multiple times. I wanted the Georgia Gold tenders and Carlos ordered the 2 piece meal and we couldn't seem to get it fixed. Horrible experience. We usually order KFC from this location about 1 to 2 times a month and this place has always been pretty consistent regarding services and tastes. So today, we crave for some fried chicken and wings, and decided to get some KFC. Got there and ordered a bucket and 20 wings, and I was told I have to wait about 9 mins for wings. I paused for a second, thinking my family love wings from KFC, and I told her, "What the heck, I'll wait for it". So she took my card and swipe. To my surprise, she gave me my receipt and a Free Cup for Soda and told me "This is for you for free since we are sorry that you had to wait for the wings." I never thought that was necessary but it made me a very happy customer. I mean this type of customer service is what many resturant is lacking today. These fast food chains are hard to figure out. A few weeks back I went into this KFC around 4:45pm to grab a couple of the K7 original breast meals. As I approach, the cashier looks and acts as if it's the worst thing in the world that a customer is patronizing this place. I order my breast meals and the cashier says "we don't have any original chicken breasts". Hahaha. ........ I'm an idiot, how dare I think KFC would have any chicken breasts at dinner time. For the record this also happened to me once before here about a year ago. I'm dumbfounded and scramble to think of what I now want to order because I now just want to just get out of this Shi*hole asap. Reluctantly I order the 10 piece tender bucket, wait my five minutes for the guy to gather them up and off I go to my house. I get home and my wife and I get ready to dig in. Well the stupidity continues. Inside the bucket are only 8 tender pieces - again I'm an idiot. How dare I think this guy can count above 8!! It doesn't end there though. These 8 tenders are barely thicker than my middle finger (see attached photo ...... and yes that is my middle finger-kind of a hidden innuendo) and to top it off these tenders are NASTY. My best guess is that these tenders are left over since lunch. I then take the time to fill out their satisfaction survey adding all the situations listed above AND requested a call back when asked within the survey. I never get a call back (again surprising?? - No). This place has failed on so many levels. I haven't been to a Burger King, Wendy's or McDonald's since 2014 because of their terrible customer service (and nasty food) and now I don't think I will ever go back to this place and if I'm smart I my never go to another KFC again. read more

Went to this location 3 days ago. Ordered the buffalo wings, 1 chicken thigh and a biscuit. My order was a little over $10. The chicken was overcooked and so dry. I had asked the server if the buffalo wings were breaded and she said "a little bit". I looked at them and they were completely breaded and I had to pick off all the breading. The only good thing was the biscuit, I will probably not go back to this location. They manage to go through orders at an incredibly slow pace, even when it isn't crowded (which is rare).
