So happy to finally have a Cane's in Central Mass! It's quite busy and loud here, but that's normal for being located in the middle of a shopping area and across from an activity center just across the street. It's always busy in this part of town! Their chicken tenders and their toast are delicious, it may be a little overhyped but it certainly is some real good food! The service is very quick and the place is very clean. This place is a great time to relax with friends and hangout.

Awesome service! Kind of reminded me of how Chik-Fil-A is, where the staff really treats you nicely for a fast food joint. Inside is clean and well laid out. They seem to stock the napkins and wipe the tables often. Cane's is the best chicken finger around. It's probably the best chicken of any fast food place. Fries are awesome. Love the coleslaw and texas toast style bread. Always a great value, in my opinion.

The chicken fingers here are really good! I was pretty excited to see Raising Cane's expanding into New England, now with 2 locations in Boston and this location in Marlborough, located along US 20 West at the RK Centre. They had a soft opening this week and the grand opening was today on May 17, 2023. This place has been hyped up on social media and the lines here were insane, including the drive thru queue which backed up onto US 20 westbound, about 50 vehicles on the shoulder, plus the queud vehicles half wrapped around the building. There were police and staff directing traffic and staff managing the line in the restaurant. Police were metering the number of vehicles allowed on the site for the drive thru since there was the long line of walk-in customers standing out the door. The dining area & lobby were open, so I decided to park in the plaza and walk over. The line out the door moved fairly quick. The dining room has ample high turnover seating in the cozy space with long communal tables & stools, table seating and booths, self serve drink station (Coke fountain drinks/ice tea-sweet & unsweetened), local Marlborough community decor, and Framingham State decor on the walls. The place was of course extremely busy with a lot of high school kids checking the place out. I ordered the popular Box Combo ($12.69 plus tax) which includes 4 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, cole slaw, Texas toast, one Cane sauce cup, and a regular fountain drink, self serve with crushed ice in the cup. My name was called over the PA in about 10 minutes after ordering. The chicken tenders were crisp outside and soft inside, as expected. The crinkle cut fries were lightly salted and a bit soft but still tasty. The cole slaw was wet and had sweet and tart flavors. The Texas toast was soft and buttery. The Cane's sauce is similar to remoulade sauce and to Freddy's Fry Sauce. I enjoyed some of my chicken fingers dinner with a bottomless iced sweet tea. I took some home to snack on later. Overall, this experience is 4.5 stars. The staff along with the police were prepared for the heavy site traffic and the large crowds of customers for grand opening day. I got my Raising Cane's Box Combo with their Sweet Tea, so I was a happy camper today. I drove a bit further to this Raising Cane's since the other 2 area locations are in Boston and the traffic and finding parking can be a hassle there. The staff here was courteous and the general manager was walking around checking on customers and giving away schwag in the parking lot to people in line. I did pick the GM's brain about when the Methuen Raising Cane's was opening and any stores planned in NH. Stay tuned...

This location is well located in a plaza with shopping and across the street is other activities. It has adequate parking and is easy to drive to, no strange roundabouts or sharp turns. The service was very nice, quick, efficient. The food was delicious. The chicken has such a light batter that was seasoned well and wasn't too salty. I've never had chicken that soft which was weird, but it was good. The fries were hot, crisp, and also not too salty. The bread was welll...bread. I would definitely go again.

Whoever opened this up, Thank Ypu for not putting it too close to my town. It's just far enough for me not to go every day, I'll only probably go once a week. The chicken is perfectly crispy and juicy, and when you add the sauce WATCH OUT! There was a huge line and I couldn't have gotten my food any faster. It was hot and delicious and to make the visit even better, they got a the good ice

I have personally never heard of Raising Canes before but my husband has and really wanted to try it , since we were on a weekend away in Massachusetts and there was one right by the Hyatt where we were staying we decided to drive by and get a few orders. My son and I got the kids meal I wasn't very hungry but my husband and older son got the sandwich combos with extra cane sauce. We all really enjoyed our meals . The chicken was good , there crinkly fries were salty which I loved . The ambience I could really tell by the drive through but it seemed nice , standard fast food decor.

Did not take too long to see it on our table. OK. I do t usually say this but we were both impressed. The presentation, amount and taste. Off the charts. Well done. I like a hearty pizza that's not soggy in the middle. Mine flatbread was crispy from start to finish and great taste not too much cheese. Fish tacos were well presented and full of taste. The drive out was great. We have to come back again. Maybe next time we pass through.

It looks like over-the-counter ordering, but they wait on you. Only one server for the whole hoppin' place, which can cause waits. It can get noisy too. -- Fiery Honey Jerk: Nondescript sauce with mostly sweetness but little hints of jerk rub. Very small wings, and not crispy, but decent tenderness and moisture. -- Smokin' Chipotle Buffalo: I wasn't sure if these would taste more like chipotle or Buffalo. Fortunately, it was the latter. Less fortunately, a very light application of sauce, and similarly not crispy, but noticeably larger, especially the drums. Inner texture slightly moist. There's plenty to return for, and I've had some good experiences at their Millbury location in the past, so I'll be back. But for now, can't go higher than a 3.
