Then, while waiting on my order, I made the mistake of taking a video of the (admittedly cute) interior -- 100-year-old diner car, hard not to want a keepsake -- and got yelled at for filming, with a pointed accusation that my brother outside was "also filming," said like it was a crime. Meanwhile this place has an active social media presence built on customers doing exactly that. You can't crowdsource your Instagram content and then treat a phone camera like a weapon. That location has actually improved dramatically since the Covid days when they were short staffed & poorly managed and orders took over an hour to be ready well past quoted pickup times with frustrations and disappointments. Chipotle offers made to order tacos, burritos, bowls salads, chips, guacamole, kids meals and cold drinks (Coke fountain drinks, iced tea, bottled drinks, bottled Mexican Coke). The place is order at the counter in person (go down the line as your food is made) or online through the Chipotle app. The place is electronic and card payment only. There is a seating area with self serve drink station in the front area and seating in front of the counter towards the right side. After completing an errand in the area, I decided pickup dinner at the new Chipotle in Framingham. I saw mixed reviews online for this location, but decided to place an online order here anyways since the other locations in the area also had mixed reviews. I ordered the Chicken Burrito Bowl ($9.15 plus tax in 2025) with extra brown rice, extra black beans, and more toppings and salsas. My order was all set to go when I arrived here. The place surprisingly wasn't too busy on a Saturday night. I decided to enjoy my chicken burrito bowl in the seating area. The bowl was filled with all of my requested toppings including pieces of slice marinated chicken. The flavors of the bowl were pretty good and expected. I would stop by again, only if I'm already in the area. There are plenty of Chipotle locations near my home, but the prices at the Framingham Chipotle locations are at least $1.00+ lower than the NH locations.
