I had such a great time here! The shortrib and onion grilled cheese has a great taste. Their default cheese blend is a mixture of 3 cheeses, which creates a rich flavor. The portions were generous, so I was able to share a sandwich and an order of tater tots with a friend. It's also important to note that this location can also be accessed off of 27. They have the classic cheddar and bacon but some really interesting and yummy options as well. I had one with goat cheese and onion jam that was creamy and gooey! Had the short rib sandwich, which comes with mac and cheese in the sandwich, with chipotle mayo on the side. So good. Would be happy to try it with the bbq sauce next time, but am still going to want a side of the chipotle mayo. 2. Friend had the chipotle chicken. This is a meal! Huge sandwich. Delicious. She stole some of my chipotle mayo side to add to it. 3. Also tried the mac and cheese, with the breadcrumbs on top. Very good!
