This was by far the worst KFC experience ever. I was anxious to try the new chicken nuggets. They were dry and overcooked with half of the batter missing. Not only that, we ordered/paid for Coleslaw to go with out 8 pc nugget meal. We requested honey for our biscuits and sweet n sour sauce for our nuggets. We didn't receive any of it. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we were already home. There was no one in drive through line ahead of us and inside did not appear to be busy. It was nearly 8 pm. So not dinner rush. November 11, 2020 ~ 4:15 PM I stopped for a three-piece meal, and I usually order two-legs original and one-crispy, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The nightmare began after I paid. There were two ladies at the window discussing something, and another was bagging the order. I paid the $9.00, and when the woman handed the bag out, and the bottom was soaked in pop. The pop went on the door of my vehicle and hands. I handed the bag back and said the bags soaked - you'd think I said something terrible. The woman took the bag, and another woman I waved to numerous times and asked for a napkin looked at me and then backed away from the window. Now a dry bag was handed to me with (a) napkin, yes one napkin. I'm frustrated now. The woman apologized and said, "Have a nice night." I said, "What about the drink?" She handed me the drink, which was overfilled, and now I have pop on my hand again. The paper sleeve around the straw is soaked, and now there's pop in my cup holder. I'm beyond angry, but I don't say a word. I get home, wipe out the cup holder, sit at the table, remove the meal from the bag - no plasticware and only two chicken pieces. Oh, and forget about calling to speak to someone in charge - the phone rings, rings, and rings. I tried it five times. Sometimes an owner of a poorly run restaurant should just say, "You know what, I can't do this anymore." Close the doors, take the money, and retire in Florida. Based on the Yelp reviews, it's clear the passion of ownership is gone, and we, the customers, suffer, incorrect orders, people that don't care that your hands are covered in pop. I couldn't believe that woman looked at me as I held out my hands and asked for napkins, backed away, ignoring me - why? This place has been awful for years. Way before COVID hit. The service is incredibly slow, and the lack of anything resembling kindness is astonishing. The workers have been short and rude with a horrible attitude every time I've gone. They act as if they're doing you a favor by looking and talking to you. The food is usually decent, and it's fast food so you cannot expect much. However, after my most recent visit I have to say I've had enough. I will never go back regardless of the circumstance. Every time we go to this KFC we are left disappointed. We always say the same thing, let's never go back! Somehow we always manage to go back because it's the closest KFC to us. This time my wife got home with our meal only to find that we were missing 2 chicken breasts and the corn was half full. That's a big deal especially if you're someone that enjoys the chicken breast. This location is consistently slow, orders made wrong during every visit rather you dine-in or go through the drive-thru and during my most recent visit here, the women's bathroom was so beyond disgusting, I decided this would be my last trip to this particular KFC. I have dined at this restaurant a few times, each time my order has come out incorrect. Employees only serve one customer at a time inside, causing the line to get extremely long during their busy times. During my latest visit, I ordered 2 famous bowl combos, 1 with no gravy. We waited 15 minutes for our food, which came out incorrect-- They had put gravy on both famous bowls. When I mentioned the incorrect Famous Bowl, the Bowl was remade with no cheese. The order screen must be broken in the back. If not, the employees who prepare food at this location clearly pay no attention nor do they care what the screen says. We lived in different area of town and loved our KFC. This is our first experience with this one and will most likely not return! The store was not busy when we placed our order. After waiting at pick up window a few minutes, we were asked to pull forward and wait for our order. We waited 15 minutes for them to bring out our order. When arriving home to eat, less than 5 minutes away, we discovered neither Fill up box had a cookie, Potato wedges ice cold and no sauces in the bag. The famous bowl was cold and chicken pieces tasted as if they were from last week, tough and dried out. All the years we have ate at your establishment, this was one of the worse experiences we have had. After a long day we choose you for dinner, our mistake and such a disappointment. Was greeted by a smiling, helpful Markaman (that's what the receipt says anyway.) he took my order and had my food bagged up before I could even fill my cup.
