She invited me back to try a pickup order, and I am so impressed by a business owner who truly stands behind her product. The Vibe & Service - the shop has a great "street" decor vibe with a heartwarming touch, lots of family photos on the wall. The Food & Value - everything was fast, fresh, and high-quality. I highly recommend the Tuesday Specials: 5 ground beef tacos for $10 or 3 barbacoa for $10. Tacos: Fried "Flint-style" with a perfect meat-to-shell ratio. The meat is NOT greasy (no dripping down your arm!), which is a huge plus.
