The location is pretty new. It's in decent shape. It's pretty clean the manager with the glasses. He is absolutely phenomenal. We walked in with only two people working so yes stop understaffing your place but other than that the two men that were working did great there was eight people with loads of orders and they handle their selves very well. Incompetent workers that don't know how to take orders correctly. I then asked the manager to correct the mistake and she wouldn't . Very rude. The food is a little bit expensive compared to other similar restaurants but the quality & quantity is worth it. I've eaten here several times now and they put a ton of lunch meat on the sub and the bun is soft and tasty. Everything tastes and looks fresh. The inside is always clean the drive-thru is always fast. The pickle is nice and tangy. The macaroni and cheese was good as well. I also loved the potato salad it was the vinegary type which I prefer. The service is always quick. They come to the window and get you in and get you out. I'm generally not a roast beef fan but here I don't know what brand it is but it's very good. Give it a try. This deli is now one of my new favorites. read more

We went twice so far. In both cases, I had the Memphian 12. I lived it so much the first time that I had to have it again. Although, some people complain about the amount of meat, etc, I was pleased with the toppings. This is a good regular sandwich where meat, cheese, lettuce, and sauce are balanced. If you are looking for a "meatonator" with all meat and one piece of lettuce, this would be the wrong place. All four of us were very happy with the taste and the portion size. The service is nice, efficient, and friendly. Since the restaurant is brand new, it is very clean. The ambiance is what you would expect from a nicer sandwich restaurant. Cashiers was rude and not helpful whatsoever. Asked if they had coke or Pepsi, she very abruptly pointed to the dispenser machine and said that is what we have. My friend had never been to restaurant, she ordered soup and a club sandwich the cashier abruptly said very nasty to my friend which one of the clubs do you want. I had enough and told her she was being very abrupt and she said no I am not and I told her yes she was and after I said quite loudly yes you are she stopped. Food was good. Not a fan of the customer entry options from the parking lot. Service mildly slower than expected but not painfully so. Turned off by the service fee on mobile app orders. "This fee is used to help pay for the restaurant's app and website." Just let your prices reflect this rather than burying it in hidden fees. Also turned off by the default tipping. It's fast casual, not table side service. Let your prices reflect living wages as well and pay your personnel more, if that's your modus operandi. read more

Very good, good value. Though not perfect. I've eaten here for both brunch and dinner. Salad was good, good sized portion, lots of lettuce though a bit sparse on the meat and dressing. My best friend and I have been here twice and we have gotten the Reuben sandwich both times because it's so good. It's like a fast food joint so you don't come here for ambience but that's okay, we came here for the food because we were starving and I'm limited on food choices due to allergies. We had some of their own mixed fruit drinks the first time but too sweet for us because we mostly drink water and my friend says if she's going to waste calories it's going to be something really good and worth it! But they do have kettle chips that were right up our alley and we chose those over fries. The service was very quick and correct because mine had to be made special, absolutely no dairy and and can't touch certain things because it can be dangerous for me and they were right on the mark because I watch. But they fast and they were busy and they were very nice and friendly and the food brought us back the second time and it was just as good so it no fluke and we plan on going back. I'm not allowed beef very often so when I do have it, I think I know where I'm going because I love a good Reuben sandwich! read more

Went to the Grand Blanc restaurant twice. Food was just OK. I don't understand what the big deal is. Lots of bread, not a lot of wrap options. Portions sizes are ok. Nice big new restaurant but I wont be a repeat customer. There are better options when it comes to fast casual lunch. read more
