Stopped this evening for my birthday and waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes. While I was waiting my the microphone box, the person taking the drive through orders left his headphone on and I heard him maki no fun of and using foul language towards the car that was ahead of me in line, at one time calling the customer a jackass. Once I was finally able to order, the same person told me the total was $19.98. After I got up to the window, he was trying to charge me $5 more than he said. I questioned this and instead of apologizing for telling me the wrong price, he started to mock me and call me names, one of them calling me a jackass as he did the man before me. I then asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I told him he was a piss poor excuse of a manager and left. While sitting and awaiting I did notice that the store was very dirty inside with all the tables uncleaned. Also to even get into the store, the main doors were locked and the only other door you had to climb over two feet of snow. Can't say anything about the food as I did not get any and will also not return. The one employee was nice but the rest of the experience was a Dumpster fire. The bathrooms are filthy. This is a relatively new restaurant but the bathrooms look like a gas station bathroom off the interstate from the 70's. The order was incorrect, other employees were on their phones. Another customer got all the way home with his order and he had to haul his entire bucket of chicken back to get the correct order. And for the majority of our time here enjoying all this the music they were playing was all static. I really would not recommend coming here. read more

I usually don't complain about a thing but this whole experience sucked. I had a long day at work, getting ready to watch this Tyson fight. Been thinking about KFC Coleslaw all day. Go to this location on my way home. I dont go to a KFC unless theres traffic but they had it going on so I pulled up. I ordered a 4pc with coleslaw, a diet coke and a side of mashed potatoes. Girl at the window with the pimple patches all over her face doesnt say a word to me the 3 times we interact. Its whatever. Work sucks, I get it. Drive home. Open my box and the first thing i see is two sides of potatoes and NO COLESLAW. Heated at this point because the whole reason I went there isnt even in my order. Then I turn my attention to my 4 pc of chicken. Nah . My 3.2 pieces of chicken. The wing I can cover with my thumb. It looks like it belongs on those KFC Crocs! Double heated now. Took a bite of this chicken and I swear this chicken was alive when Mike went to prison. Lord they served me A CHICKEN MUMMY. Chicken so shriveled and dry I had to eat the biscuit for moisture. The potatoes were so old they had become one with the gravy. This for was for sure made hours ago. And I'm sure everybody else there had the same experience, but I'm the only one fed up enough to say something. This is my one legit meal today and this is how you did me. For like $16+ bucks on top of it? This is how you act?! This why most KFCs stay empty. Employees as warm as their 6 hr old chicken. After working at KFC for over two years my general manager was demoted to manager and transferred to another store after bring out store of the gutter. While our business continued to decline, more employees where hired. As more employees were hired employees I, worked less and less, I called in in to find out when I would be working next. I was told that they would call me back, guess what never happened. So I just went to work one day and was told that I was taken off of the schedule because they had too many people??? No to mention that while working I was threatened with physical violence called names, asked about my orientation. I came in early, stayed late made runs to the bank for change,pickedup and dropped off team members at home. Is this the way you treat you re workers. read more

The male manager with graying hair and a moustache is a total douche! I pulled up to the drive thru window and there was a "Let's Go Brandon" sticker on the frame of the window. I said something to the female that took my card and she giggled and walked away. The manager brought me my food and I told him about the sticker, and he laughs and says, "That's kind of cool." I told him that was highly inappropriate. Whatever your beliefs, keep them to yourself while you represent the company you work for. To top it all off the order was incorrect and the food was cold. And of course they didn't give a receipt. I called the customer care line and spoke to a nice man who said he would sent a report over about the moronic manager but also about the food. Guess what? Gave them a week and never heard a damn thing. What a shocker. Clearly they have no standards as to how their staff should behave. Been there three times one at 11:30 Am and was told the drive threw was closed and I would half to come inside. Two other times was around 7:00 pm and was told they was closed for 20 or 30 minutes. Second time I asked why.. They told me they was on break. I know times is rough to find good help but they need to replace everyone in this store if they want to make a better profit. I visited last night before closing. Even though they were prompt the chicken sandwich was actually two chicken tenders instead of a regular chicken and was mildly cold. I know people will say that they are the same but the chicken sandwich does have more meat whereas the tenders have more bread. The manager or employee that used to greet me hasn't been there in awhile so I'm wondering if it's a new crew because two weeks ago I visited before close and no one answered and didn't look like anyone was in. This is probably the WORST kfc I have ever been to. Stringtown Rd seems to employee the absolute worst for fast food. Not only is the staff rude, but the food is always subpar. ALWAYS. I live right across the street but I refuse to eat here anymore. Not only do I have to repeat myself a dozen times at the drive thru, but they're rude as hell about it. I hadn't been to a KFC in years. My son and I had about an hour to waste and decided to grab a bite to eat. KFC! Why not?! Let me tell you why not! It was 50 degrees out that day and we had to wear our coats to sit in the store. I guess my first clue should have been seeing the employees in their jackets. I ordered popcorn CHICKEN. The very first piece of "chicken" I ate had absolutely zero chicken inside of it, zero. It was all breading and I had to actually spit it out. The subsequent pieces I ate had very very little chicken covered in thick layers of breading. Years ago when I used to eat KFC semi regularly, i have had popcorn chicken before and I had chicken in it back then. We had potato wedges and they were very good. Last night October 2nd, 2020 was pathetic, long lines in drive thru, running out of chicken every 23 minutes. The manager was Cheyanne she kept bagging wrong orders, running out of popcorn chicken, stale fries and no hold times on the chicken that was new or freshly cooked, dishes upon back table, inaccurate counts of inventory. She is outside smoking ciggies returning to the line not washing her hands from nicotine on them and making customers food, the employees on the line eating popcorn chicken and crispy strips in plain site and always short for an order. The cook Alliya dropped a tray of freshly cooked chicken on the ground and kicked it under the line, they are on their cellphones instead of serving customers. Only 1 person doing everything to help them all night, taking inventory, assisting with bagging and trying to get food out to customers who were waiting for their meals.. Every day its the same thing the person on drive thru rebecca was on her phone not paying attention to minutes of service to the customer. Being rude, eating in plain site pulling up more than 2 cars with more than 7 minutes holding. ! person doing mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, coleslaw, popcorn chicken, crispy strips, shift change, inventory, washing every dish, pots and pans in site, dropping and cooking chicken and trying to bag meals and get them out to customers without delays. The District manager needs to spend a night observing this rude service crew, who dont have any customer service training and seem to be time wasters. All the chicken were dried out because the cook over-breaded the crispy chicken and yet they tried to serve dried chicken and hard biscuits. Every order at this store were all wrong or missing something from the order. Customers complained everyday to the GM about lousy service from the night crew with this Cheyanne person, she is so rude to them. read more

Went through the drive thru a couple months ago and got nothing of what I ordered. Must have gotten someone elses order. So, I called the store and spoke to a "manager ". Told her what happened but that I could not come back in that night. She said she would mail me a voucher for another meal. She took my address and I waited. It never came. I called a few weeks later and spoke to another "manager " . This one apologized and took my address and said she would send the voucher. Nothing ever came. I just let it go at that point. Absolutely terrible (and scary) experience! My dad went there and ordered a 20 piece bucket (through the drive through) only to get home and find that we were shorted half of our chicken. He called KFC immediately and spoke with the manager who apologized and promised to refund our money or give us more chicken if we came back. Upon return, the manager was no where to be found - were told by staff that the guy we spoke to was in the back, but wasn't the manager. Some woman proceeded to state that she was the manager. While calmly explaining to her what happened, a guy from the dining area approached, got in my dad's face and threatened him. After a verbal altercation inside the restaurant, my father left the restaurant and, while in the parking lot, called the district manager. When the guy from inside realized what my dad was doing, he ran out of the restaurant, ran to my dad's car, banged on the window, and told him he would "kick his ass". The district manager informed my father that the guy did not work at the KFC and had caused issues previously; she went on the share that he was banned from the restaurant. After confirming that the guy was in the restaurant at that very moment, the district manager stated that she needed to hang up and call the police. What a horrifying and scary experience. We will NEVER go back! We did get our money refunded. read more

I have been here a couple times, but usually go inside. I went through drive thru the other day and inside is way better. The person inside was very helpful and friendly offering his customers undivided attention and never shorting me on anything. The person working drive thru was pre-occupied with a conversation with a coworker and I know this because he forgot to turn his head set off. We asked a question about the sauces and he was not thrilled to have to answer that question. When we placed our order of 6 wings (not me people I just can't imagine they would be good.) with the creamy buffalo sauce and I got the loaded famous bowl. When we got to the window the man comes to the window and says "ok so tell me again what you ordered?" This indicated to me that while he said we could go on with our order he went on with his conversation. So we proceeded to repeat our order and pay him and wait for our order. We got home he had no sauce and as I guessed he did not enjoy the wings. My loaded bowl had good flavor, but too much potato and not enough sauce. We went directly home and it was tepid at best and we aren't far from there. Check your bags before leaving folx! read more

Not sure if this KFC has new management now, but I had a WONDERFUL experience. Ordered chicken tenders meal through the drive thru. They had to make some which may seem annoying, but I mean 5 minutes and you get fresh tenders!! Plus they gave us a free soda and cake for the wait. All the food tasted great! So we have been to this KFC on multiple occassions and no kidding they are constantly out of chicken. Went this past Friday to order 12 puece meal - no chicken so left and went to Fazolies. Tonight tried to go again and guess what "no chicken". Really - a chicken establishment with no chicken. We like KFC and always order family meals cause we're a family of 6. We even called and complained this past Friday, but apparently they arent worried about correcting the problem so going to post this everywhere we can. I couldnt imagine going to Wendys and them saying - oops sorry were out of ham urgers and it'll be a 20 minute wait. Just wish someone else would take over this place as no popeyes or other KFCs close. read more
