She was absolutely the kindest and most attentive server that we have had in a long time. I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets and my husband ordered the fried chicken nuggets. They were fresh and tender. We also order the celery and ranch dip. It is always crisp and cool. Sports were playing on all of the TVs but we could still carry on a conversation. Our first time in Ohio and our first time in Wings & Rings. Bar/Lounge was full of people watching sports games. Server was very friendly and all smiles. I'd say food is ordinary, nothing compelling me to come back. We had the SOUTHERN FRIED WINGS, SMOKED WINGS and CAULIFLOWER WINGS plus a big bowl of BLACKENED CHICKEN CAESAR. The service and food are great. However, the women's restroom has had issues for about 4 years. The handicap accessible stall toilet has leaked for years. There is a constant drip from the plumbing that runs to the wall/back of toilet. The changing station has been broken for about 3 years and no longer folds up out of the wall. Now the door to the handicap accessible stall door isn't attached at the top hinge, it's only the bottom hinge holding it to the door frame. New owners: spend money fixing your restrooms! read more

Such a good experience at Wings & Rings today. It was a busy Tuesday, but our server Breanna was super attentive and friendly, checking on us often. Our food came out quickly, and the portion sizes were pretty large! They had 40% off wings on Tuesday so the place was packed. There are TVs around the walls playing sports and a bar you can sit at as well. It's also kid friendly, with some claw-games and such for them to play. We forgot to take pictures of our food until we got the boxes, but everything was delicious! Been eating here for the past several years. Food portions are not what they once were...one example is the shrimp basket. I'd last ordered it a couple of years ago, and had previously received 15+ shrimp, each time. Last night, I ordered it and it had only seven. The pieces were the same size as the ones I'd had before, not larger. I also recently had a burger, and it was smaller than the ones I'd previously ordered from there. It started with our waitress Macie, she has personality plus and was very thorough about the menu. Super that she just had the whole time we were there. She was just accepted into Nursing School. Pretty average wing joint/chain located in the heart of Stringtown Road. There are many dining options in the area and I've been to this location quite a few times as my sister lives in the area. I will admit that I liked this place more the first few times I went there. I would get the buffalo chicken wrap and really appreciated the portion sizes, all white meat chicken and zesty hot sauce! I also love their chips appetizer and love dipping them in BBQ sauce! However, the past few times I've gone, it's just ok. I've gotten boneless wings each time they just aren't that great. For starters, their boneless wings are way too big. I feel like they might as well call them mini-chicken strips. For those of you who like larger portions, you may enjoy that, but it's honestly just too much chicken and the meat to sauce ratio is off. Also, i feel like the sauce menu has changed and now they have multiple variations for the same sauce that can adjust based on heat level. It throws me off each time and I feel like every time I'm not ordering a sauce that's flavorful enough. I tend to be a Buffalo/Hot/Spicy Garlic fan but those combos just are "meh" here. Again, I might not be ordering it at the right "level" of heat. Fries are very average and could use more seasoning. I'd definitely recommend the chips over the fries! I will admit that I enjoy this place MUCH better than Rooster's, where the food has no flavor regardless of what you order. It's a better option on the Stringtown Road stretch. I should have taken a picture of the chips but the cons are chips with chili was almost non existent. Menu said it was chili and queso over chips but the chips were wheat like variety and the chili queso came in a bowl and was almost entirely white cheese. The little bit of chili was just beans with chili seasoning. That is not chili. Let me say it again, beans with chili seasoning is not chili. Go to Texas and learn what real chili is. Ordered chips and queso which were good, but nothing special. A Buffalo chicken sandwich which was under-sauced for my preference (barely any sauce on top of chicken, no sauce at all under. Sandwich came with fries which were soft and not at all warm when I got back to my hotel room which was only 5 minutes away. Decided to get a side of onion rings since I assumed it was a specialty of theirs based on the name of the restaurant... they were very basic. Nothing special with the breading. My wife had the Southwest Chicken Salad z which was HUGE-beautiful presentation, and the Southwest Ranch sauce was a standout that I would buy gallons of! After being refused at Red Robin for having a party of 9, for my sons 16th birthday dinner. He chose to go to BW&R in Grove City. Great choice, the manager Dylan( I believe was his name) was amazing. He truly went above and beyond for us, he stored our ice cream cake we had for my son. He put the candles on it and brought it out to us when we were finished eating. He announced to the entire restaurant that it was my son's 16th birthday, and everyone sang happy birthday to our son!! This ment everything to us. We were seated quickly. It was around 3:30 so it wasn't busy yet. They have numerous TVs throughout the restaurant playing sports. The bar area is nice sized with a few betting game machines. Our server was pleasant and greeted us quickly. We ordered the fried pickles which came out in about 5 minutes. They were EXCEPTIONAL! Very hot and the dipping ranch had a nice flavor to it. We had the spicy buffalo chicken sandwich with fries and the bbq bacon cheeseburger with fries. The chicken has a nice bite to it. Very nice sized piece of chicken. It's very filling. The cheeseburger was a nice sized burger. My only complaint is there wasn't very much bbq sauce on it. The French fries were perfectly crisp and piping hot. It was my birthday so I received a free dessert. We got the brownie with hot fudge and ice cream. It was the perfect ending to dinner! Our server was on top of everything the whole meal. First time here, and I am impressed. Typical sports bar atmosphere, which I like. I can count 14 TVs from my barstool, and there might be more around the corner. Had wings, fries and beer, so I can't comment on anything else on the menu. The wings were the best I've had in quite a while. Nice crispy finish to them, and larger than you get at a lot of places. You can also specify all drumsticks or all flappers at no extra charge. The fries were also very good, a little on the crispy side (the way I like them), and the "side" size is a very generous portion. Gabby the bartender is on the ball. Friendly and polite, and she is a worker bee behind the bar. I can't give it 5 stars without trying other menu items and seeing if today's experience is typical, but I have zero complaints. The food is okay but the worst part is the volume of the music. My wife and I had to yell to each other because it was so loud. There were only a handful of customers in the business so the volume wasn't necessary to compete with crowd noise. We should not have to ask the manager to turn it down every time. My wife and I frequently eat here because they have the best wings in or near Grove City. The wings are hand-spun and deep fried so they are tender inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Reminds me of the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY. Little to no batter so they don't taste like the fried chicken many popular places (Roosters) try to pass off as wings. They have many great sauces and their Ghost Pepper sauce is truly super hot. They also have many tasty appetizers and we have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and down to earth. We have always experienced great service. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is their beer selection on tap is limited and primarily domestics. Would be nice to have more craft beer options but the Tito's Lone-star Lemonade is an excellent go to that goes great with wings. read more
