I opened the wrap and noticed they had added more Caesar dressing, which I didn't ask for. When I tried the chicken, it was the exact same issue as before--no spice at all. I normally don't leave negative reviews, and I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, so I understand that mistakes happen. What bothered me was how the situation was handled. The crispy chicken sandwich was still moist which was great; however, the buffalo sauce seemed a little heavy and so it made the bun relatively soggy and gross. I ate the chicken and pickles and those were enjoyable. While the service was friendly, I wish the waitstaff had been a little more attentive as we weren't able to get refills when we needed them, but that's a small thing--especially on a Saturday night.
