From the moment we walked in, her bubbly personality and positive energy immediately changed the mood. She sat us right away, got our drinks, and took amazing care of us. We watched her effortlessly take care of our table AND four other tables at the same time, and she was absolutely impeccable! Her attention to detail, kindness, energy, and genuine care made such a difference. By the time we left, what started as a rough day had turned into such a wonderful experience. Once we ordered our meal, it was brought out to us in a little over 10 min, which I thought was pretty quick. The food was hot and tasty and cooked exactly as ordered. First time ate here and I'm asking myself why ihaven't we ate here more. For a Saturday night at 7pm, thankfully it wasn't crowded or felt as if we needed to rush to finish our meal. Right when you walk it, there's an area for bar, where you can order and sit on stools to catch up on a game, there's also booths all over the restaurants and of course, the traditional chair & tables. Greeted and were seated right away, and walking to our table, there was maybe 4-5 groups of individuals, so it was ambience casual and the music wasn't too loud, almost semi quiet to average noise level, which we were fine with btw. The service is awesome and I like to give a shout-out to our waitress, RAE. She didn't rush us or gave us any attitude, instead she suggested the additional veggies and just awesome. Hopefully, she's there the next time we eat here. The waitress then brought bread roll & butter--I'm assuming it was an Hawaiian Sweet Rolls w/ butter. Not gonna lie, it was the perfect combo for a chilly night, but also had to frame myself from eating too much bread because there would main meal to follow up. I'm a vegetarian and my husband isn't, however, you'll get opinions from both sides. Starting off with apps, we ordered 2 things; (1) Crispy Pickle Chips w/ comeback sauce and (2) Authentic Spinach & Artichoke Dip w/ thin tortilla chips: (1) For the fried pickles with their house made sauce, it was crunchy and delicious. Even though, it took a bit for our food to come, the fried pickles weren't soggy or warm, in fact, there were hot and mouth-watering. Although, it's just perfect by itself, but the additional comeback sauce was a must because it gave it more smoky chipotle flavor. [10/10] (2) For the spinach & artichoke dip, it was delicious, the artichoke pieces weren't too large, adding bit of salt & pepper, it was a perfect additional dipper with the thin tortillas chips which helps bring out the artichoke dip since the chips were thin and crispy. We had leftovers and brought it home and finished it. [10/10] Next, I got a wine because why not. I don't think alcohol every day, rather it's rarely, but I wanted to try the Cabernet Sauvignon. For my preference, it was quite bitter, but also fruity at the same time. It definitely had the dark red component, but also a pink wine too. Would I get it again? Prob not, but it was a good to try if you're into darker/rosé wines. [7/10] For our main course, my husband ordered Fish and Chips with side of Ranch & Celery. However, when the waitress brought his meal, there was no celery. The fish was fully cooked, there was no raw-ness and the outer layer was crispy, and as for the fries, it wasn't soggy, but it also wasn't crispy, but it was warm (haha). His rating for his dish [8.5/10] As for myself, I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta--minus the chicken, but asked for additional veggies. The pasta sauce itself was creamy and flavorful, the veggies were cooked yet had a crunch to them and the pasta was fully cooked. I paired with the bread and dipping it with the sauce was out of this world (I know it's bit dramatic, but try it for yourself and you'll agree). I had leftovers from this dish and took it for lunch the next day, and it was even more delicious. While getting some work done at kar kare we decided to come over here for some lunch. We ordered the all you can eat soup and salad for $7.99 comes with rolls. The SALAD is refreshing, just ice burg lettuce and tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese, nothing fancy. We had two choices of soup. Chicken tortilla and potato. The POTATO soup is very cheesy and not many chunks of potatoes in it, just very creamy. It's good. The chicken TORTILLA soup has a hot dog chili kind of taste to it. It's ok, not my favorite. The waitress and people working in here were very attentive and nice. WI wouldn't of came in here if it wasn't for my vehicle getting worked on. It was all just ok. I don't know if it's all Ocharleys or just this one. the portions are half of what they were 6 months ago. my husband had the honey chicken and the two chicken breast s were smaller and flatter than I've ever seen in any restaurant. very plain. about the size of a very small pancake. I had the seafood platter that I've had several times. I've always had a nice amount to bring home. The portion was about half of what I used to get. The shrimp were very small. The service was good. nothing to complain about there. With all the good restaurants around we won't be coming back. Go to Aubrey's! They have great portions and we spent at least 25 bucks less! read more

First impression was the young lady who asked if we would like to be notified if anyone tested positive for Covid-19 at the restaurant. Second impression was the server that took our order, served us and disappeared not to be seen again till we had been finished for over ten minutes. That said the food was very good, it was super hot. So at least the server was on top of getting the food to the table. I understand these places have struggled. I understand that most them employ young people who are trying to do their best. What I like about O Charlie's is they are still distancing tables. I don't recommend getting it Togo or delivery. The last 5 times we've ordered multiple things are missing. Whole sandwiches, desserts, large and small sides of honey mustard NEVER make it in the bag. We've been to this location several times in the last two weeks for takeout. The employees are always nice and our order has been correct. Our favorite is the California Chicken Salad. Always fresh with grilled chicken, salad greens, bleu cheese, strawberries, mandarins, cranberries and candied pecans in a balsamic vinaigrette. The salad is bursting with flavor. Other favorite is the chopped steak. It's very flavorful (though sometimes a bit overcooked). This is also full of flavor topped with mushrooms onions and gravy and then topped with crispy fried onions YUM! It comes with smashed potatoes that are good but I usually switch out for the seasoned rice (you save 150+ calories lol!) I always get a side of steamed broccoli no matter what I order. We usually get cup of chicken tortilla soup that is very good and has the right amount of heat not overly spicy. But ask for tortilla chips on side otherwise they put it in the soup and it's soggy by the time you get it home and ruins the soup. Fast friendly takeout service. BTW: They show the calories of all their food on the menu in restaurants and online. read more

I'm not sure why anyone would give this place 4 stars. It truly blows my mind. I arrived here because I had a gift card to use. I was not sure how much was on it but I knew it couldn't be more than $10. I went to the bar and sat down with a friend. I am not sure they had cleaned the bar from the previous customers because my arms got some sticky mess on them. Gross. My friend and I ordered a margarita. It wasn't anytime around Christmas or St. Patrick's Day so when the margarita had a green salt rim I was a little bewildered. The margaritas were extremely weak and the bartender had put way too much margarita mix in our drinks. We had to tell her what to do to make them taste better. We decided to order potato skins just to check them out. They had been frozen potato skins as one was not cooked all the way thru and all of the skins were just barely warm. Must be tough to put them in the oven for a few minutes especially since the plate was pretty hot. I guess it must have sat in the hot window for a while. Potato Skins are not hard to make at all, so for any place to have frozen potato skins it blows my mind. If I were you travel down the street to Blue Chips. Yes, it is a nice dive bar but the bar food there blows places like O'Charley's out of the water! Anyway, we were given the bill and I placed my gift card down. Apparently I had it for a little too long and it had completely expired. That really sucked especially since our bill was close to $60 for margaritas we helped the bartender make and for frozen potato skins. On another I saw the manager pick up a rag, proceed to drop it on the floor, pick it back up and wipe off tables with his dirty rag. If I were you I would stay away from this place! I was there earlier in the week with a friend for lunch. I ordered sweet tea and my friend ordered unsweetened tea. When I told him it was wrong that they were both unsweetened he said I ordered half and half. I had an order to go. The burger was burnt and I ask not to add the lettuce. It came out plain. When I got the check I was charged $9.99 for a burger so I told him when he took the burger back to add the fries. He tried to tell me the sides were under the foil, which they were not. When I got the burger home my husband said the burger was not worth trying to eat. My friend tried to tell him about her salad and he walked away shaking his head. O'Charley's isn't exactly a foodie's paradise, but I have to say, this location is great with takeout orders. We order from here as an office a lot (mostly on Wednesdays free pie holla!), and it's just seamless. Fast and accurate. The chicken tenders here are basically a classic from my childhood, and everyone knows O'Charley's has the best honey mustard ever (it's a fact). The tossed salads are another great lunch option, but they tend to be overdressed, so get the dressing on the side. Caramel pie, French silk pie, and cherry pie (MUST GET THE ICE CREAM) are my faves. Finally. The bread. I will never turn down O'Charley's bread, and when I eat it, my heart hurts for those who are gf. My thoughts are with you. read more

**UPDATE** I am reaching out in regards to a complaint I had with one of your locations back on January 22nd. I have received no phone call from anyone at all. But now I have another issue with your managers. I called to speak to the general manager at that location yesterday morning February 18th since I received NO CALL from anyone and they weren't there, so I was connected to another manager named Jamie. I told him that I was expecting to receive a call from someone from your company and explained the situation that happened. I said that I saw one of the employees (whom I found out is named Pi or Payam or something like that after I asked another worker his name that day) swearing and threatening a female worker. Our entire party heard and saw this. How could anyone not? He told me that your company does not reach out and call customers that have complaints and that I shouldn't have expected one. He also told me that the employee in question who was swearing and threatening another female employee had been suspended for a week and then he would be put on a probationary period when he returned. I do not believe that and I do believe I am supposed to speak to one of your representatives regarding this matter. So now I feel lied to and I'm sure I was lied to by one of your managers now because I'm keenly aware with how complaints are handled in a proper business. I have reached out and left my number to be called back at least 3 times now. So now we have an issue with a potentially violent employee and now a lying manager from your company and this should be resolved. I've run my own business for over 10 years and I do understand proper protocol when reaching out to customers that are trying to address a problem. My In-laws came there later that same day (unknown to us at the time) as we frequent there often and they said they saw this same employee getting into a near-fist fight altercation and swearing at a customer. So this was a second incident on the same day by the same person. Thankfully we ended up talking about that day awhile later and after realizing that both our parties saw a similar incident on the very same day, then we decided someone needs to know because that's ridiculous. Again, I have been reaching out and no one has bothered calling me and I was even lied to by your manager because every company worth their salt has always followed up with a concern. I don't even know if this "correction" this particular manager said he did to the employee is even true. I don't want anything free or out of this, but my concern is for the safety of people that go into your establishment and also honesty with you customers. Again, I have reached out to your corporate office AND the business location and have NOT received a single very simple phone call. Me, my boyfriend, best friend and a friend came here to eat after sitting at the apartment for an hour deciding on where to go to eat. We obviously decided to come to O'charleys. Have been here SEVERAL times. Been coming here sense I was 2 years old. This was the worst experience I have ever had because of the server. Her name was Ray. She came to take our drinks took 10 minutes to come back with the bread and drinks. Only 4 pieces of bread with 4 people so you could imagine it ran out pretty quickly. She didn't come back for another 20 minutes to take our order. We had to ask the host for more bread. She finally took our order. Took about 30 minutes for the food to come out. Then, didn't come back and check on us for about another 40 minutes. Everytime we said "thank you" she didn't say you're welcome once. Only time she said "of course" was when we got our checks. I have been to this restaurant several times. I have nothing but positive feedback to get this location. However I will note that the only reason I did not give this restaurant five stars is because the waitress bypassed me several times while my drink was empty. I ordered a steak (as usual) cooked at medium rare. I thought the steak was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. I also had a side order of slaw and steamed broccoli, which were also fantastic as well. This place is really awesome, I love the environment and it also has a bar. Today you get 5 stars Charley! Chicken Pot Pie! Absolutely fantastic! Hot. Saucy. Flaky crust. Carrots. Peas. Hunks of chicken. Seriously! Give me MORE!!!!!!! I also had a salad with bleu cheese dressing. It was a salad. It was cold. It was fresh. It was what it should be. Decaf coffee was good. Not bitter. No sugar on table and none offered. Odd. Server friendly. Food delivered rapidly considering it was Sunday brunch. ONLY complaint...if I ask for a window table, don't lie and say they are all full.
