Stopped in for a bit of food. The manager, for very little reason, called my son a dickhead. Things went south from there with the manager chest bumping my son out of the restaurant. I had not participated in this verbal assault in any way. The manager came back in and told me to leave also. When I asked why, he said that I would probably also order for my son and he would not receive any food from that location. Ordered 5 piece chicken tender combo meal there was only 4 pieces and they were smaller then the chicken fries served at Burger King, asked for fries and got mashed potatoes. I didn't eat them and also asked for Cole slaw and got mac & cheese which I don't eat. Paid $13.99 for 4 pieces of chicken which were eaten in 4 bites, mashed potatoes that I didn't order because I don't eat instant mashed potatoes, mac & cheese I didn't order because I don't do cheese and one drink which didn't have any ice. I came in to the KFC as I usually do. Everyone knows me there. never had any issues, concerns or problems. Never once called them before. But tonight I walked it and it sounded like employees were in the back fighting. The cashier taking my order could barely hear me. But I ignored what was going on. I ordered 5 piece tender meal. I asked the young lady if they were fresh because I don't ever buy those here. She replied yes. Get home and they were warm but you could clearly tell they had been sitting there for a lil bit because they were chewy and hard. I figured I'd call just to tell them what happened. something I've never done before. A young man named "Greg" answers the phone and says he's the manager. As I explain my issue he tells me that inspectors were just there and saw the food was cooked and fine. Then he asks for my name then starts the tell me I'm banned from the store because I'm the biggest complainer and now my name is on the wall. I'm like sir I've never once called here or even complained because ive never had a reason to. So now I'm kinda heated because I'm being accused of doing something I clearly have never done before. So I go back up to the location and he sees me and starts yelling me. I asked for the district managers name and number and he refused and said he wasn't giving me anything. yelling Look do you want your tenders or not. I have lived in this area my entire life, over 60 years and working almost 40 years for the ARMY. I have never witnessed a more unprofessional display. This KFC location has a manager that acts like a stupid kid. Very unprofessional and ignorant jackass. My first time using the app and ordered 2 meals. I got there and figured I would go inside. There was a bag on the counter with one meal and one drink. I told the guy there should be two meals. He already cops an attitude, then I asked for mashed potatoes instead of fries. Then he says "Now you are starting to piss me off!" Then I asked for the other drink and he is throwing stuff around and using profanity. Now I understand why they are never busy. Where to start with this one... Under staffed was the first thing that was noticed. Add in a long wait time for the food, a trash can opened with the trash not changed and politics on the TV, and this place is not going to be one I come back to. Kentucky friend Chicken gets 3 stars. their food is very crispy and tast, but im sure its loaded in unhealthy cooking goodies. we used the coupons that were in the newspaper, so we saved some money i guess. we got there and the parking lot was pretty full, we parked, walked inside and then were waiting in line, the cashier was friendly, she suggested that we could substitute our cole slaw for more mashed potatoes (yummy!) and we did just that. total bill was okay, we fed 4 people on 13 dollars. on a side note: i swear i saw a person smoking in the back, i could see them take the cigarette out of their hand, but i didnt say anything, they werent (or at least i didnt see them) handling the food at all. pretty gross, but whatever, im sure worse things have happened, and i didnt die from eating it. this place is usually okay, but it does kind of have a ghetto atmosphere around it. read more

I am really torn between 2 and 3 stars but rounded up due to the nice staff and speedy service. I definitely like the Extra Crispy much better than the original although my dogs liked the Original as I gave it to them after the first bite!!! The original was a little mushy for my taste. Another con was the biscuit: I think it paled in comparison to Popeyes, McDonalds and Hardees. It was not hot and way too bready. I like biscuits that are buttery and melt in your mouth. In addition, the 'buttery' sauce in a (ketchup like) packet was just GROSS! Redeeming factors: extra crispy recipe. The chicken pot pie was surprisingly tasty, not stellar but good. The filling was a little soupy but it sufficed. Obviously, KFC is not an expensive place but it is pricey also compared to Popeyes. A thigh ran $1.89 or so but came WITHOUT biscuit! What happened to contactless pickups at the order window? With the KFC mobile app, I would pay in advance and not have to deal with exchanging cash. All I'd do was pickup the bag containing the food. Horrible customer service. The worst! Two people in line ahead of me were furious with the staff when my wife and I walked in. No one really seemed to know what they were doing. When it was my turn to order, I could just feel the attitude coming from the lady at the register. The air was thick with it. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken. As the lady was boxing it all up, I asked if she could make sure it had pickles this time (which it is supposed to come with). She walked away to the back of the restaurant for a couple of minutes. When she came back, she boxed the chicken and gave it to me. I looked at the box and saw that my pickles were still MIA. I know it's a fast food place, but I expect more out of KFC, especially having been to some very good locations. The moment I walked in, the place just looked and felt dirty. After ordering, the manager was reprimanding one of the workers right at the front counter in front of us, very unprofessional. Then, one of the chicken legs we got was all jacked up and the cashier tried to give it to us. We asked for a different leg and he quickly gave us another piece of chicken, so I have to give him credit for that. But as we sat in our seats, things just felt dirty and sticky and the food was not up to par with typical KFC food. The biscuit was decent but the chicken was just sub-par. The only good thing about my meal was the Mountain Dew, which is basically impossible to mess up. I will not be returning to this KFC for a long time. read more

This negative review is only about this particular facility and staff, not about the food. When I arrived at this KFC's location, it was 4:20 pm on a weekday, just as the dinner rush was beginning. Stepping in the door, I felt my shoes slide some because of a greasy coating on the floor. I really slid when I stepped into the bathroom. There was an obvious layer of grease and water on the floor, making it risky for a fall. I would think that the management would be highly concerned about this! Plus, it's just gross. The second complaint against this facility was the wait. Three customers ahead of me, I was able to watch the employee drama for **thirty minutes** during my wait. Only one employee was taking orders which she got something wrong each time and was corrected by the customer. She seemed like she must have been the manager because she constantly yelled at the other employees who appeared to ignore her, but put on a very courteous face to the customer. The third complaint was with my order. When she took my order which included chicken piece substitutions (and a normal up-charge), she simply keyed in a particular meal (which I did not get) for the sake of simplicity. So I got an order for less money than I should have. When she counted out my change, she gave me the wrong coin-change. And when she filled the box, she put in the wrong pieces even though I'd *just* told her the substitutions. When I corrected her, she switched out the pieces to what I had requested. As she was filling the boxes with the sides, she found some old mashed potatoes and gravy and tossed them in the trash which was ten feet away, making it obvious. Not something you want to bring attention to from the customers who were the only ones seeing it. This employee clearly was either way overworked or incompetent. There was no "team" working together in this store. Reading through the other comments, it looks like this is ongoing, maybe even with the same employee. Why upper-level management doesn't correct this is beyond me. So, KFC upper-level management and employees at this KFC: Act as a team and do your job with professionalism! And, please, daily mop your floors with grease-cutting detergent! read more

Nothing apart from the regular Kentucky Fried. This place is right on the corner of a really busy intersection. My mom and I almost crashed our Honda trying to get out of there in less than five minutes. The manager, a friendly Indian man, was the sweetest guy, as far as managers go. I don't know if he was going on a grease high, but he gave my mom and I two free refills and would've given us more if we hadn't been bloated as hell. He also gave my mom a mile-long "20% Off" coupons that expire, what, five hours after you get them? It's also a Long John Silver's, so there's a combined, somewhat nasty chicken-fish odor. My order is incorrect EVERY time I order here. Tonight my daughter was in a line of cars. An employee came out to hang a sign stating they were short staffed. While in this line which took forever, 2 employees were out back smoking. As usual the order was amazingly incorrect tonight. I went back to find the doors lock. I went thru the drive thru and spoke with a manger at the window. Bottom line was , they are short staffed so they are closing EARLY. There were bugs flying around the window so the girls kept screaming and running off. I was told to come back tomorrow. I asked what I was supposed to do, this is my dinner?
