I have never been a time I've come to this location and the food is ready when I arrive. I'm consistently told to pull around and wait while it's being prepared. I use the drive-thru for convenience, expecting quicker service, but instead, I end up waiting 15 minutes in the car. This location has always had poor service but I tolerated it because my husband likes the taste. We generally go there once weekly and never use a discount. He would eat it more often but I refuse to patronize businesses with poor service. Today when weighing the pros and cons of going there again a KFC coupon we recently received tipped the scales in their favor. Aside from the normal issues this location has when fulfilling an order it also doesn't honor KFC coupons. Nice I was told this rudely after my order was placed and I arrived at the window presenting the coupon and my card. This National chain has just lost a lifelong customer over a couple of bucks. I placed a fairly large order well in advance about an 3hours before pickup. When I arrived, the order wasn't ready yet. That part was understandable. What wasn't understandable was the attitude I received from the woman at the counter. Instead of a simple apology, she told me that the pickup time is when they start the order, not when it's ready. That logic makes no sense, but I stayed polite and waited. When my son and I finally received our food, I asked for some honey mustard. Her response was a rude "It's in the bag." Unsurprisingly, it wasn't. As we were backing out of the parking lot, my son realized we were missing part of our order. He ran back inside to let her know, and instead of taking responsibility, she acted as if we were mistaken--even as we showed her the bags. After wasting more of our time, she finally handed over the missing chicken fingers. We asked again for honey mustard since we never got any, and she handed me one single packet. When I asked if I could have a few more, she acted as though she personally made the sauce and it was a rare commodity. Her attitude throughout the entire interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. She claimed to be the manager, which makes the experience even worse. If that's the kind of "management" KFC stands behind, it's no wonder customers continue to have problems at this location. I've had issues here before, and this visit just confirmed that I won't be returning. For the prices KFC charges these days, the least they can do is treat paying customers with basic respect. Worst service in my life!!! I went through the drive through to order a 12 piece nugget meal, 6 wings and a large fry. I was given my order at the window minus the 12 piece nuggets. I was told to wait out front for 10 minutes, mind you the fries are now getting cold. I go inside the restaurant to ask for hot fries. They now give me only 1 large fry, when I have them both large and small. While I'm trying to have someone with some since correct my order, the employees are having a ball, talking loud and laughing. A male manager finally tells them to focus on their jobs. If you get there early, you'll find some hot and juicy chicken. I usually get the extra crispy meal with mash potatoes and gravy. The Mac and cheese and the biscuits are also a fan favorite. The inside is actually really nice. It was modern and had some classics playing overhead. I was surprised because the parking lot looks a little run down, but the building itself inside was decent. Service was attentive and nothing particularly great or bad. It was efficient. A worker was cleaning the windows and just working away. Again, your best bet is to go early if possible. Seriously, my entire family has decided to never go to KFC again because of this one store. First, there is always a serious wait. Which to me is fine, I understand. These guys are scam artists, and I would not patronize them. Ordered dinner from them through DoorDash. They accepted the order, waited for the Dasher to arrive, on,y to tell them that they are out of everything and that I need to cancel the order. If I cancelled, they get to keep the money, and I get nothing. I do not blame DoorDash or the Dasher, I blame the restaurant. If they did t have the food or didn't want to make the order, all they had to do was not accept it. Instead, they wasted 30 minutes of my time as well as the Dasher's in order to scam a few bucks off of me. In the end, DoorDash cancelled the order and I was not charged. This was the LAST time I will ever step foot in a KFC. What used to be an iconic brand has turned into an absolute disaster. I have literally had better fried chicken from a grocery store deli. We ordered a 16-piece bucket, expecting the crispy, flavorful chicken KFC used to be known for. Instead, we got a greasy, flavorless mess. Every single person who ate it agreed--it had zero seasoning and was completely bland. Some pieces were soaked in grease with weird wet spots, making them almost inedible. If I wanted to be disappointed by chicken, I would have just microwaved a frozen bag from the supermarket. To make things worse, the service was below average--slow, unenthusiastic, and careless. It was as if they knew their food was garbage and just didn't care anymore. KFC used to be THE place for fried chicken, but after this experience, I can't see myself ever going back. If you're craving fried chicken, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Smith's grocery store has way better fried chicken than KFC ..... ANYWHERE is better than KFC. KFC really needs employees. We went inside to "save" time!' NOT!! There were only 2 employees working. One young man, Arquarius, was getting his hustle on! He was working the drive thru, the front, curbside and the kitchen. He was moving quite quickly to get those orders out. Finally 2 more employees appeared but no one was moving as quickly as Arquarius. We met a family in f 3 that had be waiting over 30 minutes for their order and warned us. Our wait was about 22 minutes. Not bad considering the limited staffing on a Friday night. Now for the food...The Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich has gone up $2 from $3.99 to $5.99. I get it, inflation...Now for $3.99 I can tolerate more crunch than meat however, for $5.99, I think not! My son enjoyed his and I don't ever have to have one again!! We were given the option of, post-payment, changing our orders to something else. No refund. Substituted for original sandwiches. When our order was ready, we were THEN advised that they were also out of bacon for the Double Down. We try to be realistic when it comes to KFC but this was a new experience. Maybe next time put signs on the door and drive thru of what you're out of. On our way out, they had to brief some doordash drivers of their incomplete items too. There was not one thing that taste so good matter fact, it tasted absolutely horrible love herbs, and spices.
