I decided to try this location out one more time after over a year of not going because of my last encounter. I place my order online. Arrived at the location and was greeted and told my order was being prepared. A few moments later I was given my order and went home. As soon as I unpacked everything, I realized they forgot to give me one of the combos I ordered. I drove all the way back because that was my daughters meal and she wouldn't have eaten the other items we purchased. Very disappointed in my visit here! What a mess. First, the drive-thru was malfunctioning so I was asked to order inside. I then waited 25 minutes for my food because they forgot about my order! (How does that happen?) All I ordered was a sandwich combo, keep in mind. Second, the unsweetened tea was warm! I ended up throwing it away. Third, there were no straws or lids anywhere in the place! I stumbled in here on a mission for a pot pie & peach cobbler (got that somewhere else), and-was-HUNGRY. Went through the drive thru only to be told its not work right now :/ Bummer. I think this is my 3rd time to this location, and I can't believe all the negative reviews... Every time I have been here, they are fast and super friendly!! Last time I came, they didn't have biscuits ready, but they let me have something in its place... I chose a cookie and was happy with it. Horrible service. When I went to get KFC, the lady working in the drive-thru was rude. Also, she took a while to understand what my order was, and as soon as we were done ordering, I paid for my food. I had to wait 40 minutes for them to give me my order, so during the 40 minutes, people were complaining about their food, and there were also cars everywhere waiting for their order. They also gave people their order before ours when we ordered first. It seemed as if they didn't have any chicken prepared, and they were also taking their time to make each order. Later an employee asked what our order was because they didn't write it up, and It seemed as if we paid for nothing and were waiting for nothing.
