I'm disappointed to leave a bad review after tonight. I stopped at this location tonight. Upon arrival I asked for a 8 count nugget meal & Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich meal. When I arrived home. I had a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I turned around and went back to the location Fernando at the drive thru I explained the situation. He looked at me with confusion and said " yes they gave you a regular sandwich" I asked politely am I able to get the correct meal. He repeated himself once more! I said understand what I have in my hand but this is not the meal I asked for. I do have my receipt. He said I'm not sure if we can fix it let me ask. Which is a little weird to consider someone keeping something they didn't ask for from the beginning. They asked me to pull forward. Instead of them making the meal over! They took the sandwich they gave me and just added cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. The reason I know that is because the worker in the window area told the coworker to do that! Soon as I heard them state that. I said may I just have it fresh! No one said anything. Handed me the bag. Not a single sorry for inconvenience or have a good night. Itza greeted me at the drive with a smile and enthusiasm. There were two cars in front of me so I placed my order easily before getting to her. Since I am a regular she recognizes and acknowledges me by name. This a great repeat business builder. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich fries and lemonade with no ice. My order was filled perfectly. I received all the condiments I asked for, and an ice dream cone. The outside of the restaurant was clean and free of excessive debris. On occasion I will crave Chik-Fil-A. Today was an early day and by 10:30am, I was starving! My mom and I stopped by this location. It's a newer one and we came across some of the best customer care. I really just wanted to acknowledge this young lady because kindness goes a long way. I managed to spill coffee all over the floor and was so embarrassed. This has got to be my favorite Chick-fil-A in the Houston area. When first getting here, it doesn't look like much, just a normal restaurant. And it is just a normal restaurant, except for when it comes to the staff. Every time I order through the drive-through, the staff is friendly and helpful. Stopped by when we were in the area. Got a couple of parfaits and a milk for the little one. It's your typical size Chick-fil-A. They've got a cute farm-style bar-height table right in the center of their dining area with metal stools. My son wanted to sit there but we had already chosen a smaller booth/table. Next time, kid. The yogurt comes with sliced strawberries on top and there's a packet of granola you can mix in with it. The perfect little snack. Inside, it's nice and clean. The bathrooms are clean and there's a changing table (of course) inside the bigger stall of the women's restroom. The play area looks well-kept and there's a small patio area which you can see from the entrance to the play area. The parking lot (in my opinion) is pretty big for a Chick-fil-A. The condiments area is pretty clean and free from any trash. They keep it well-stocked. Employees here are friendly, as usual per the Chick-fil-A way. Great place to stop and grab a bite to eat. Rest your legs for a bit while the kids play their hearts out. read more

This is my favorite location!! I frequent this Chic Fil A the most because of how clean & efficient they are. They are also on my way to work, well sort of. Lol. The workers are very friendly and rarely if ever mess up an order. I had to deal with a Manager once but she promptly resolved the issue, had nothing to do with bad food, just wrong size drink. Then it turned out I was incorrect not them. My bad. So bad. Sometimes the condiment order is short but rarely. Food is fresh! Love their Vanilla Iced Coffee, my favorite!! Go by this Chic Fil A, and you won't be disappointed! I also love how they handle the credit card and food handling at check-out, very safe in my opinion. (Covid) That also keeps me coming back. Stale food EVERY visit. I was usually stopping here in the mornings/evenings, before or after work & it never ceases to fail. I mean I know it's a chik fil a but every time I visit whether it's breakfast or dinner, EVERYTHING is cooked too long to where I don't even want to eat it, it's so unusually crunchy... even the brownies & cookies r old & stale, & yet they still sell them. I'm never going back to this location ever, even if it means driving the extra 12 minutes to the chik fil a off spring cypress. Three strikes you're out! I've been eating at Chil-fil-A for over 25 years since I lived in Az. I've NEVER had a issue with the food until now. I get to the drive thru window and they are having a group (5 EEs) meeting, not paying attention to my order. I get home to my pregnant wife and her food is missing. I call speak with the manager; she says I need to put my toddlers back in car and come inside to get my chic fil a sandwich replaced. I go down there again (time time time) and wait in line. Speak to manager and director Cole. Absolutely no help and willfully ignorant of the situation. read more

Today I waited in line for longer than 25 min (at that point I was over it) just to receive cold food. Because of the twenty minute wait time and mediocre quality I took off two stars. Firstly, I wonder as to why someone would want to wait for such a long time period for such a 3 star (definitely not Michelin stars) meal. The last couple times I had the 12 piece chicken meal I was presented with about 6-7 actual pieces of chicken and MANY small crumbs of coating that were fried and placed into my meal. Along with the less than desirable Market Salad, which contains nasty mixed greens and weird tasting chicken, and very INTERESTING donation tendencies this establishment will never be my first choice. read more

I love chick-fil-a, and have eaten here for years. I have always ordered my chicken and fries well done, and have never been refused( I can't stand soggy fries). Today when I went through the line, I was told that management decided to not offer that service anymore because it "slows down service". Which, I would understand if the establishment was busy, but it was a Thursday morning (it wasn't very busy). They always mess up our drink orders. I've been to this chick fil a 5 times and every time they have gotten something wrong

This is a really good Chick Fil A. It's like a time warp to when people were friendly and helpful and courteous. I go there frequently with my 2 year old. The staff is helpful, offering to get the kid seat for me. Or bring a lemonade refill to the table. The kid seats are clean. This is a big deal to me. The food is high quality. One big attraction is the play area. My little guy loves to play in it, and it is also clean. Maybe I'm so surprised at all this because we used to take him to eat and play down the street at the yellow arches, but the play equipment was dirty and so were the kid seats. I love the staff at chick-fil-a as they are are always friendly and accommodating. I am not happy that my order is almost always messed up.

For some odd reason when I order food from this location I immediately have to use the bathroom. I have very bad stomach pains. Yesterday I picked up food for my family and everyone was in pain. I didn't eat anything and now I'm convinced this location uses old grease. I eat A lot of chic fil A and different locations. I will not eat here until someone in management addresses the issue. No one wants to feel like shit after eating here. read more
