What a pleasant little restaurant! The chicken is delicious and everyone is very nice!!

I had such an excellent experience with another location in Dallas, that my hopes were extremely high for another location! And let alone, a new location! This location is right around the corner from me. It's newer in the 99/249 area, so I'd imagine, they'd be on point while everything around them is opening up. I came here for a late lunch around 130/2 during the week. Ordered a kids meal, bc I don't eat a lot, calm down! But 2 piece chicken with a side of fries. Now let me be clear! I ordered the same thing in Dallas and this was not a busy time of day. The tenders were super tiny, and came with mac instead of the fries I ordered and repeated twice! I was already back home, so no going back. But in the order that was repeated to me, she said fries. Anywho, the chicken was so small, and not what I recall from the other location. Yes kids meal, but also, consistency across stores should be the same. The order was wrong, didn't care for the mac, and the gravy I asked for was not in my order either. Will attempt to try again, but if they're competing with what's around them, they should make some quick changes to accuracy and quality of meals/service. read more

I finally had the opportunity to visit Bojangles after noticing it a few days ago. I was greeted promptly and Brittany took my order. She was friendly and helpful as well. My visit at Bojangles was disappointing. My chicken strips were clearly not made to order, and my fries weren't either The fact that the chicken strips were not fresh bothered me. If I decide to visit them again, I definitely will request made to order strips and fries. read more

Bojangles, Portillos and Smalls Sliders, a trifecta of craveable favorites. Lucky for me, they're now all located within walking distance of one another. Bojangles holds a special place in my culinary journey. I often chose them as my preferred hangover meal in my first few years of undergrad. If you're curious about the menu, it really boils down to choosing a quantity of chicken tenders and a few sides. I chose a 5 tender meal for the family for takeout. Because I don't live far, I expected fresh, hot chicken so when I took my first nostalgic bite, expecting my tastebuds to be transported back to former times, I slumped back in disappointment. The chicken was no longer warm, neither were the fries. After reheating them, everything was fine. My husband gave the meal a higher rating than I did. 4 stars for the drive-thru service, and a few less for the food. I was so excited to see Bojangles finally open in Tomball!!! I couldn't wait to try it, and let me tell you the chicken was bomb It was crispy, flavorful, and definitely lived up to the hype. The only downside was the ordering experience, the girls taking orders over the intercom were a little short and talked over me, which made things confusing when I was trying to figure out my combo (I didn't realize fries are considered a "fixin"). Once I pulled up to the window, they seemed more chill, so maybe they were just rushed. Overall though, I'll definitely go back because the food was great I just hope next time the service comes with a bit more patience and southern charm. read more

Stopped for a quick lunch and grabbed drive thru. They are quick but because of that they did forget to put the Bojangles sauce that we were anxious to try. We didn't realize it was missing until we got home...womp, womp! We were also missing a spoon or fork to eat the mac. Order taker/ cashier was busy and efficient so they really can't interact much but the next window serving the food was very polite and had a great attitude. The chicken is FLAVORED! Normally the crust can be plain with most fast food chicken spots but theirs did not lack! The biscuits are just like Grammy would make with a good crisp outside and fluffy inside....YUM! Peach cobbler fruit was not too sweet which I love but it seemed like the biscuit used was tough which makes me think they may be older biscuits possibly. Definitely did not taste like the fresh plain biscuit we had with the meal. Overall a good spot for a quick bite if you're in the mood for chicken or biscuits. read more

I love that they are expanding Bojangles closer to the surrounding Houston area. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for years and glad I found them through passing. I ordered Bo's Chicken Sandwich and the presentation was absolutely beautiful lol. It looked like the perfect sandwich. I had to wait for them to drop new filets so my chicken was very fresh. It was a nice size and thickness too. Upon tasting, it immediately reminded me of something then it finally came to me and it was Popeyes!! The chicken smells and tastes exactly like Popeyes but has a darker color and different crust texture. Also I don't know if their original chicken always has a bite but my sandwich was kind of spicy. Overall, the sandwich was good and i'm looking forward to returning and trying their breakfast items. read more

I only tried this location once and when I went I got a kids meal so I can't speak on a full meal experience yet. I did have one experience at an airport but that wasn't a great experience so I decided to give them another chance, Since airport food can be a hit or miss. The restaurant was very clean and the service was really fast. I got my food before I could even fill up my soda. For my kids meal I got a Two piece chicken tenders and Mac and cheese order. The chicken tender actually had some spice to it like Cajun style seasoning. It was pretty good and the chicken tender was a pretty large size and cooked well. The Mac and cheese was good too. If I'm ever nearby 1 again I will try a full meal and see how I like the chicken then and maybe some of their other sides. read more

I enjoyed Bojangles many times while living in North Carolina years back. Their biscuits are delicious! So when I saw that a Bojangles opened up near me, I jumped at the chance to try them again. The location itself is very clean. The staff was super friendly. The food was just average. My biscuit was not as fresh & flaky as I recall. I did enjoy my tater tots, though. I wasn't wow'd enough to go back, unfortunately. read more

It's fast food, but it's pretty good and the chicken seems to have a little different flavor than some of the other chicken places around. Their breakfast burrito is delicious and their potatoes are also more flavorful than most of the places around. I would say to definitely check your order in the drive-through as we have had an issue with that but otherwise have been happy. read more

Unfortunately I can't review the food, this is about service. Went through the drive through and couldn't get anyone to take order. When we pulled up the lady said she couldn't hear us so we shut off the vehicle and said give us just a second to look at the menu. She said ok. About 30 seconds later we said we were ready.....nothing. Crickets. Again we said ok we are ready. After nearly 10 minutes we just left. We were looking forward to trying it but have wondered why there is never any cars there. Hopefully they can get it together. We will try again another day. I'm not going to give up yet! read more

Food was good. My only complaint is that we didn't get any of our sauces, which we were excited to try. Didn't get any napkins and only one spork when we got several sides and a dessert. Seems likely petty complaints but for a new restaurant I would expect the bare minimum of service at-least. read more

I love Bojangles, however, EVERY TIME that I go through the drive thru they mess up something. It's not my job to check and make sure you did your job. You have one job. I get that mistakes happen but it's every single time. One time they made me pull up and wait... for what idk because they literally forgot me. They gave me some nasty blueberry cookies to compensate for the cold chicken and time I had waited (I'm talking like over 20 minutes in the drive thru). They forget fries that cost extra. I cannot stand to get home to find out they messed up my order. Sometimes I have gotten other people's order with extra food... now I know those people were mad. I don't even know it until I get home obviously. So if you go... go inside. You might get OK service.
