Never again will I purchase chicken from this establishment. Chicken had a horrible taste of old grease and staleness. The batter had a weird gritty texture and the meat was tough and not chewable. The chicken nuggets were similarly terrible and inedible. I threw all of the food in the garbage where it belongs. Absolutely disgusting and extremely disappointed. I was going to order tenders and spicy wings (both specials) online tonight and go pick them up. A disclaimer came up that some locations don't honor the online price. I got all the way to the point of paying for the order with a CC and still had no idea what the actual price at this location was. I tried calling the location two times and went into voicemail both times. I remembered that about a year ago I was being charged about $6 more than the online price when I got to KFC to pick up an order. I left the that order on the counter and emailed a complaint to the KFC customer service email and never got a response. I remembered that's why I hadn't gone back to them in a year. I See so many bad reviews about these guys, that,  I gotta give them a big thumbs up,  at least when ever I get my meals. I go here occasionally.  Although KFC will Always be fast food, I dont find this restaurants food to be excessively greasy like other restaurants,  I don't like white meat and they are always very nice of giving me a bucket of thighs which they don't have to do. Before the pandemic ive eaten in the dinning room a few times and found not only the dining room clean but the restroom very clean as well. I'll always love KFC and im great full to have a nice one close by. Good job. read more

My friend visiting from out of the country asked me if I could stop here so he could "try it", and I was more than happy to oblige ... unfortunately. He insisted that we go through the drive through, albeit the restaurant being fairly empty. There were literally two cars in the parking lot. Not a good sign. Probably employee's vehicles. The parking lot was small and dirty. A lot of garbage on the ground. The employee spoke clearly on the drive through loudspeaker, and was friendly. My buddy ordered some sort of combo that included a chicken breast and a wing, but he didn't want the wing. He got an additional chicken breast instead. His substitution completely defeated the monetary value of the combo meal price. They didn't have anymore of the extra crispy variety, so he had to get the original recipe. The inside of the restaurant looked dingy, and the employee kept locking the doors on the drive through window. Regardless of the price differential, and lack of available choices, I cringed when I saw his food. The chicken breasts were huge, and the skin looked pasted on. His mashed potatoes looked like glue. He said it wasn't greasy, but everything tasted sticky and gummy. No thank you. Service was fastidious and polite, but the product was subpar. And there you have it ... a less than stellar visit to KFC. Be forewarned. read more

My granddaughter and her friend just got back from the Cold Sprong Harbor Deli. They were taken advantage of because of their young age. Both girls ordered a #3 chicken cullet on a roll with bacon and cheese. The old man that worked there said he didn't have any chicken cutlets left so they said grilled chicken was okay. When they left to eat their sandwiches there was nothing on the sandwich, no cheese or bacon, only grilled chicken. The two girls went back into the store and told the man there was nothing on the sandwich only the chicken. He wasn't nice to them and said I'm sorry we can't we are closing. This is not giving them what they ordered and paid for. This is terrible that he took advantage of two young girls. They will never go back. I am Outraged! read more

Came here on New Year's Eve to pick up what we thought was going to be a fun dinner for my self and my 8 month pregnant wife. Ordered 8 piece bucket meal with two large sides 4 biscuits and a 6 piece chicken tenders. Got home and noticed the 6 piece wasn't there. Drove back, showed the girl at the window my receipt, she was apologetic and went and brought me what I thought was my 6 piece tenders. I went home and see that she gave me a 6 piece hot tenders. Drove back a third time and the doors were locked and I was ignored. Went home and by this time chicken and sides were warm at best. Decided to try tenders which must have been sitting on the bottom of a tray al day. They tasted like there was a breaded layer of salt on the bottom. Avoid this place at all costs. Biscuits were dry with no flavor. Only thing about this meal that was good were the sides. read more

Stopped by KFC today for two pot pies for two people. They only had one. The other order was there $6 special. That included a leg and thigh, a biscuit, small mashed potatoes, a drink and a cookie. We used to get hot sauce free if you ask for it. Now they won't give it out at all! The pot pie was fine, but my chicken turned out super salty. I fed it to the seagulls. They like super salty chicken I guess. I don't know what happened with this order, but somebody has a very heavy hand with the salt shaker. Yuck! read more

I went there last night, which was Friday at 9:10 pm. They close at 11:00 pm. Only the drive thru was open. When I pulled and asked what ai wanted. I was immediately told they had no chicken...what? This is the worst KFC for customer service. My son ordered a plain chicken sandwich with fries. He was given two orders of fries and a chicken sandwich with pickles on it. He was not given the receipt. When he returned the next day to explain to the manager what happened he was told that they could not do anything because he didn't have the receipt even though he was never given a receipt. He bought another chicken sandwich because we do like the food. I subsequently went to speak to the manager because I know sometimes they are not nice to young people and she was also not nice to me. I asked her for the number to corporate and she said she didn't have it. I went online to get the number and I explained what happened and they have did not get back to me as yet. I hope the manager is not racist because she didn't treat the Spanish speaking people like she treated us. Is this your policy not to replace food that is prepared incorrectly? Do I have to learn Spanish to be treated fairly? Please let me know. At the end of the day this is the only KFC in my neighborhood and I have been a KFC customer for Forty years. read more

My kid loves Popcorn Chicken. I know, I know...you're thinking "what kind of parent feeds their innocent child Kentucky Fried Chicken Balls??" Fair enough, but also fair is that the drive-thru conglomerate of unhealthy delicacies is a special, once-in-a-while treat for disciplined Americans, and obviously a food group for some others (just ask Mrs. Obama). I fall in the first group...it's a treat. So after a long ride home from Westchester, the hubby and I drove through Huntington Station's KFC to get the kid some dinner. First off, this "fast food" drive thru transaction took 25 minutes. The creature who spoke to us on the ordering board was rude. "Wait a sec." It said. "Not ready yet." It added, five minutes into the wait. When we finally made it to the pick up window, the bag was wordlessly thrust at us after the too-many-minutes it took to process our debit card. When we got the "treat" home, it was missing the corn on the cob we had ordered (in vain thinking feeding the kid a 'vegetable' would make this a less guilty choice for mom and dad)...and the coveted Popcorn Chicken was basically a box filled with the meatless overdone fried crunchies that you get from the dismal bottom of the deep fryer basket. If you're looking for fried chicken, or a quick fix for your kid...skip over this place. Head to Pudgie's or McD's for some nuggets instead! read more
