I'm giving three stars only because of the African American male manager that's usually there at night, so would give a 1 star if I haven't interacted with him on occasions. I usually come to the KFC about twice a week depending on how busy the week is, the only time I receive fresh food is when the stated manager is working. I came today at 11:20 and I had the hardest hot wing I have ever had. The mashed potatoes are filled to the very top spilling over with a teaspoon of gravy and the little chicken bites are hard (I think it is time for a grease change or something). The food was not good at all. Service - I ordered a 5 piece hot wing and chicken bite MEAL and an extra mashed potatoes for $1 as advertised. I get to the window and pay, on the receipt they did not charge me the advertised $1 mashed, but $2.34. I told the cashier "hey it says an extra side for $1 with any meal" she speaks to her manager on her headphones "she said that it's suppose to be a dollar and she's yelling and fussing with me" hold on what I said one thing to you never raising my voice and that's yelling? Manager never came out, I just asked for a refund and left. I will never eat at KFC again foods not good unless you go during the one manager shift and this whole visit turned me off. read more

I genuinely think that the staff go out of their way to mess up your order once they recognize that you are a repeat customer, because the staff apparently hate doing any form of work and hate customers who "make" them actually do their job. Rarely is my order correct, more often it is completely butchered, to the point that I think it's on purpose. Missing items, incorrect beverage, items/sauce completely incorrect or tampered, etc. Good Luck with this place. read more

Let's get into it: original chicken is hot and slimy, the skin slides right off, kind of like it's fried, then steamed. The potatoes are very basic and the teaspoon of gravy slopped on top doesn't do much for esthetics. I don't have to run this place in the ground as I see the previous 1 star reviews already did it. We used to eat here after church years ago, moved and hadn't been in a while. Went at 12:15pm 12/2/25. Interior has been remodeled and is very clean and nice inside. Not a lot of staff, and not a lot of business, but they really seemed to be hustling to deliver. I thought the food was very good. The only reason why I gave it a one star is because ZERO stars are not an option. Ordered two fried chicken sandwich combos. Went through the drive through. Checked the bag before leaving and had to go back inside because there were no fries. Told the cashier and showed my receipt. He came back with one order of fries. I informed him I had two combos. Finally got the other order of fries. Drove 5 minutes back to my house where I sat down to eat an EXTREMELY over fried piece of chicken. So hard I couldn't eat it. Fries weren't even hot, maybe room temp at best. And then went to wash down the garbage I was trying to eat with my starry drink to find out the filled my cup with nothing but carbonated water. Some one please help!!!! I'm thinking this KFC needs Management badly... From the moment I walked in the door I knew I should've turned and walked back out! I stood at the front counter(no exaggeration) at least 10 minutes before being acknowledged that there was a customer waiting to be serviced. The young lady that finally noticed my existence had the personality of a stick and wasn't helpful at all. As I waited for my order I tried to make my drink to no avail... no ice, no tea and no lids in the lobby and every table dirty! Kentucky Fried Chicken has got to change the oil. The skin has a bitter taste from the old oil. It is NOT golden brown, it is dark brown. If you order in the morning (to deliver) it is great. Seems like anything after 1 p.m. the oil is old. For some time now the chicken has been very small. Chickens are processed at 6 weeks. They could let them develop more. Stopped to get a chicken sandwich. There was 1 car in front of me at the drive thru. They made their order, and nobody acknowledged I was at the drive thru. So, I started saying hello and quick taps of the horn. The car behind me drove off. So, I drive up to the window (no one in line) and ask if I can order a chicken sandwich. A big loudmouth woman in the background was yelling "he can't order at the window I would make him to drive around" I told the nice girl at the window that I had tried to order, and nobody acknowledged. She attempted to take my order, with the woman in the background repeating the same thing over and over. I drove off expecting the loudmouth would be making my food. Encountered the rudest manager of any restaurant I have patronized in a long time today. She was rude, did not seem to want to answer questions and was an overall smart ass.
