The corn wasn't too chunky and blended perfectly with the breading. The cinnamon butter dip that came with it added a nice sweet touch but I honestly preferred them by itself. The shrimp were nice and chunky and battered to perfection. I would say the shrimp did lack flavor on the breading, but I ordered a side of Cajun sauce and mixed it with the tartar sauce and that really elevated the shrimp. I understand wake surf boats are not as common, so having some flexibility with docking would go a long way for sure. The ramps are great, we had to eat outside because of our big party.
