Combined with a pizza hut, both places are SO expensive. We ordered a medium pizza, 14(?) wings, and a combo box from KFC and it was over $60, simply not worth it. I had a long debate on whether to get KFC or Pizza Hut so I ended up passing on pizza. I know what you're thinking "what who turns down pizza?" I did because I was craving chicken more to be honest. Everything about this KFC joint was amazing until it came down into receiving my order. I'm not sure if it's me or if anyone else experience this but my fried chicken was drenched in oil, seriously my plate was really oily. The chicken itself was moist and crisp but a star was lost because my plate was oily and wet. Other than my oily plate everything was great. From service to food to the restaurant itself. I really don't understand why other Yelpers are bitching about this place (excuse my language) but I couldn't see anything wrong during my visit. read more

From US and felt this place was a complete joke. The soda machine was not working. The meal selection now is really bad with everything being a 'box'. They don't have the dinners anymore. Ended up ordering a six piece meal for almost $30? Chicken did not seem mixed and was all dark meat. The cole slaw recipe was awful. Asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and I guess they do not have this in Canada so i was given what was maybe 25% mashed potatos topped with 75% gravy which was a complete mess. Actually glad that we got family size fried chicken and a pizza to-go from this place. Everything was delicious - fried chicken is juicy (the juice is literally dropping down from the meat!), tender, plus skin is crispy!!!! Pizza was okay - I liked the bread a lot. It's soft, a little chewy, and the edge is crunchy. Would be awesome if they add more toppings. 5minutes wait for fried chicken vs 30minutes wait for pizza. read more

If you're really hungry, this particular fast food joint won't be the answer to your prayers. I tried ordering 2 individual meals, 2 thighs and a wing for me and 2 breasts for my bf. We decided to skip on his order bec the staff told me we have to wait 15-20-30 mins for the breast part (she literally said 15-20-30 mins wait time I swear). Anyways, when I got my order, the fries sucked (which, let's be honest, not all fast food serve good fries so sucky fries is t a big deal to me), then I went to check my chicken if they got the parts right, I flipped this third piece thinking it might be one of those micro-sized wing. But it's not. It's the tip of the breast part thing. So I went back to the cashier and pointed out that it's not a wing, it's a part of the breast and that I've already touched it. This same girl who told me about the 15-20-30 min wait time tells me 'You wanted a breast right?' I said 'No, I wanted a wing. I didn't want a (full) breast bec of the wait time.' She goes back to the kitchen and I see her RETURN THE CHICKEN THAT I TOUCHED AND GOT A WING PART FOR ME . I mean SERIOUSLY?? Got a Shared Bucket of chicken and substituted coleslaw instead of fries. Our order came with 3 packets of ketchup. So I asked for extra ketchup and this cashier replied " Why are you asking for extra ketchup since you didn't order fries?" Seriously? Am the only one putting ketchup on my chicken? Although, with a heavy heart, she gave me 3 extra packets of ketchup. After eating, I returned 1 ketchup that we didn't use and this cashier gave me a dirty look. read more

Terrible experience here. While waiting for our order we saw one of the worker drop a (wrapped) order on the floor after swinging it around for fun, and just gave it to customer. The cashier was playing with a fidget spinner instead of at least trying to be productive. He also played with our drink cup before handing it to us, basically palming it all over which was super unsanitary. When we ordered we asked for chicken wing sauce on the side. They made the order with sauce on the wings. This was a miscommunication, that's fine. But the kid working the cash basically replied "well, they're already done, so it's too late". That kind of service is ridiculous. Another employee had to intervene after we protested and basically forced them to redo the order and the original kid who took the order whispered to the guy prepping the order while we waited.
