My friends and I had a fabulous dinner here when we were in Jasper! We had a huge group of 20 which included kids and the staff was so kind and patient with us. We made a day trip to Jasper from Banff and had an incredible time. The views and roadtrip were both amazing but after 6 hours in the car we definitely worked up an appetite. We came across this pizza place on Yelp which had seemingly great reviews unfortunately the food wasn't quite what we expected. We started with the bruschetta and wings. The bruschetta came with hummus that looked more like cheese grits. The wings appeared boiled and then charred on a grill. The skin was missing or pulled off of half of the wings and they definitely lacked color and flavor... if you are expecting deep fried or oven baked wings this isn't quite that. The pizzas lacked flavor with the exception of the chicken pizza with pesto and red bell peppers, that one was a 3/5. There was also a particular scent in the restaurant that was not pleasant and a little off putting which contributed to our overall experience. Overall the servers were pleasant and kind. They checked on us often, frequently refilling our waters. The food, however, left much to be desired. read more

Me and my family ordered tomato bisque, spaghetti and meatballs, the 3 meatball appetizer, famoso salad, cavoletti pizza, and a Caesar salad and tomato bisque combo that is not on the menu. Tomato bisque - light, very good flavor, pairs well with the garlic bread. Spaghetti and meatballs - good flavor, good portion sizes, comes with 3 large meatballs 3 meatball appetizer - good, 4 people shared this and everyone got a bite. Should probably get 5 meatballs if you all want a large bite. Famoso salad - delicious, the larger size is a very fair size, enough to feed one and give others a bite to try Cavoletti pizza - unique but good. Savory and sweet, unique but very good. Caesar salad - described by my family as one of the "top 5 Caesar's salads" they've tried. The service was great, very attentive and nice. There to answers questions about food and proportions. You are allowed to make adjustments to your food at request, like not having feta on your bisque. The ambiance was nice, comfortable, I personally like the music a little quieter than it was but it didn't bother me. We decided to come and try this pizza place because of the good reviews - we were not disappointed. We made a takeout order and given a time it would be ready. It was accurate when we got there as everything was ready. Food: Shrimp and arugula pizza - this was an amazing pizza. I love that the pizza appears to be wood fire oven baked. The dough is nice and thin but able to hold the toppings. The shrimp seemed fresh, arugula gives it a nice fresh vegetable kick and the pesto is great! 5/5 We also got 2 different salads - one with chicken and spicy salami and the other was a classic garden salad. Both were super fresh and really good. Salad dressings were good too. 4/5. We also had meatballs. These meatballs were decent sized and were juicy and flavorful. Be warned - the sauce is spicy which was great for us but I could see it as being an unpleasant surprise to some. We loved using the sauce to dip our crusts into. 5/5. We decided to try a new pizza the shaved Brussel sprout and Gorgonzola with walnuts. Really well done! And we ordered a prosciutto arugula. Both were delicious. I rarely go out for pizza, but after a day of hiking and needing to satisfy the palette of a 3 year old child, figured pizza wouldn't be half bad. I do like me some Neapolitan style pie too. Caesar salad is on the more lemony side (which ironically is served with an extra wedge of lemon), which caught me off guard but is a good contrast with the rich carby pizza. My wife and I split a grande (i.e. 3 slices each) tuscan chicken pizza, which was very good. Pesto on pizza is my jam and mixing that with grilled chicken and artichokes is a banger. The margarita, which my kid and sister in law split, was also very good, a masterclass in simplicity. I think the tomatoes were a bit more acidic than I would have liked, but it's still well balanced and fresh. read more

Our server was very attentive and helpful in our decisions on what to order. I ordered the Pesto wings--suggested by our server--didn't know what to expect, but I love wings and I really love pesto, WHAT A PAIR. They were delicious!! The wings were very juicy and came out fresh and hot. I had them with a side of ranch. To drink I ordered a Berry Sangria--ALSO delicious and flavorful. Accidentally just walked in to the best happy hour menu - Whoops! A small flight of stairs opens up to a sneaky long restaurant with a giant brick oven in the back and I immediately smiled! Their Quattro Formaggio as well as their Margarita pizza was delicious! It had a true Neapolitan taste. Their house salad was really good- great dressing and toppings. The drink specials were hard to beat. Our food came out quick and we had a very kind server. The place ended up getting full at 3pm- it's a good sign that the food is top notch. read more

Amazing pizza spot in Jasper. This restaurant has friendly and patient staff. A great place for small and large groups and a wide selection of items on the menu. The inside of this restaurant is modern and welcoming. I also came across an old item, I found on yelp, that was no longer on the menu and the staff offered to replicate it. The staff here go out of their way to assist you. Moreover, the food was delicious with a variety of pizza, salads and desserts. I really wanted to try a little bit of everything. The fine roasted tomato bisque soup was my favourite. Roasted Campania tomato soup topped with Feta. Served with garlic flatbread. It all came together really well. The tiramisu was definitely one of the best I have tasted made in house from a traditional family recipe. We stopped by just after arriving in Jasper, wanting a quick and delicious lunch. The food here was good. We got a Margherita Pizza and another veggie one which I can't seem to find the name of, in addition to a salad. For some reason the salad came out after the pizza which was a bit annoying. The pizzas were good--the veggies were fresh and the pizza was cooked well. They brought both red pepper flakes and chili oil which was a nice change. Sodas were never asked to be refilled. We walked past another pizza place in town but there weren't many people dining there. Found this place on Yelp and the reviews were great so we walked a couple blocks to give it a try. The service was in very friendly and expeditious! We each opted for the 7" combo except for me. I opted for a 7" only which gets you an $8 credit. The combo gives you a 7" pizza with soup or salad for the same price as a 12" pizza. I took the credit and upped it to the 3 meatballs. The restaurant is upstairs so I'm not sure how accessibility is addressed but that's where my criticism ends. The food was remarkable! Crust was perfect, flavors were good and the price was about what you would expect for a fresh made, delicious meal out. The Quattro Fromage was probably the hit of the night but our other choices were well received too. Ceaser salad, Walnut & Blue Cheese salad, tomato bisque and the meatballs were all devoured and not a crumb was leftover! Were were full but not overly stuffed. I'd say that's pretty perfect! I like that there were options to do this. The food came out pretty quickly. The salad was good - light dressing which was good. My pizza was also delicious. He even mentioned that the meatballs were a good choice. We decided to do dessert since it was off season in Jasper and many ice cream places aren't open or already closed. We ordered the dolce + banana dessert - Carmelized brown sugar was too Burnt. We had to pull that completely off since it was giving the dessert a bad taste. The vanilla bean ice cream was good but the bananas didn't taste fresh. We were pretty disappointed after having such a delicious dinner. So, the food is good. The dessert was not. And our service was lacking. Waitress was taking awhile to get order even tho restaurant was empty. She did acknowledge it. She wasn't very personable. She came to check on us once but never realized we had our drinks empty. When we asked her to add things to our order - continued to look at us strangely and stare. I love Neapolitin pizza and this place didn't disappoint. We got there Funghi pizza and a building your own pizza with red sauce, prosciutto, spicy capicola, soppressata, ricotta, and caramelized onions. We got both as 12" pizzas and it was a good amount of food. Both were very different, but I loved them both. I probably would have preferred a meat on the Funghi, but it was still really good without one. The service was great. Our waitress was very friendly and we got our food quickly. The price of build your own was very reasonable compared to most pizza places. It compared to the price of the specialty pizzas but it's usually way more expensive to build your own. Perhaps the best pizza I've ever had in my life!! Thin crust with a nice bake, really great ingredients, wonderful service, and we didn't have to wait long for the food to come after ordering. I made my own pizza and I highly recommend it: 12in with tomato sauce, mozerella, roasted mushrooms, roasted garlic, sun dried tomatoes, and pistachio pesto (which is PACKED with flavor). We were here during the heatwave of 2022. So it was quite warm inside, but it seemed that way in every indoor space in Jasper and Banff. I think this kind of climate is unusual and the hvac is not up to it. Regardless, the pizza was really good. I had the abruzzo and the kids had the margherita. I also tried the tomato soup and it was the best I've had. The included toasted bread was really good too. The abruzzo reminded me of a similar spicy sausage and prosciutto I had in Rome. Went for supper here after seeing the many positive reviews on Yelp. The service was fast and the server friendly and helpful. I had the Spicy Thai pizza. It was an excellent size, but quite tasteless. It was just OK - nothing special. The crust was difficult to cut with the knives that were provided. Even with some additional cheese and spices, the best I could say is OK. My wife had one of the few gluten free pasta offerings. Her meal was also just OK. Good quantity, but that was about it. Would we go here again? The answer is a clear no. We don't like overpaying for mediocre food. read more
