The La Grange area for food is horrific and needs a complete redo. I asked for a 6 peice fried chicken bucket in the drive thru and the person in the microphone said huh n-word at least 10 times. I was simply trying to get food and this guy was being very insensitive. Finally I got my food and inside was a napkin with a note written on it saying F*ck you B*tch I ate one of your pieces. I just drove away because I was tired of the shenanigans going on in La Grange. read more

This review is regarding the KFC in LaGrange KY. We have lived in LaGrange for 10 years, and about every year we visit this KFC thinking, this time it has to be better. WELL, it never happens! We have always had mediocre chicken at BEST. Maybe the worst was when we got home and the chicken was staring at us in the bucket, the breaded skin was in the bottom, not attached. So today, as I have said before, will be our last visit to this location I'm now calling KFD, Kentucky Fried Disappointment. The 8 piece bucket contained 4 legs and 4 thighs that actually looked like pigeon parts. They had been in the warming cabinet without moisture, so the original was crispy! I've never seen such small pieces. I have to say, they haven't fucked up the slaw, YET. BUT, the individual sides were not full and contained about 3 tablespoons of slaw. Gravy was half full. Fries were left over from yesterday. We quit getting the fake potatoes, corn and green beans directly from the can with no seasoning a long time ago. I'm sure the Colonel is rolling in his grave. The staff member barely spoke and when we said, Have a nice day!, she grunted as she walked away. So LaGrange, don't you think this corner of prime real estate could be put to better use? I have called YUM Brands before, and they really didn't give a shit. It seems the franchisee doesn't either. I realize restaurants have their issues, but this is a ridiculous location that NEVER gets better. Maybe if everyone quit going there, the franchisee would be forced to close it. They were out of the first two items we wanted. Had to get a third choice. The tea was terrible. The staff, Leslie was very rude and disrespected a veteran. I will not be back. Terrible service. Sat in the drive through for 17 minutes for them to get my order wrong. Didn't find out until I drove home. Drove back to the store to get the correct order and again had to wait 23 minutes in the drive through because the inside was closed. The worker read back the corrected order to me, verbally was correct so I trusted him. Get home and my order is still wrong. I will never go back to this KFC again. read more

The guy who took my order was nice and helpful. Fries came out pipping hot and the sandwich hit the spot. Great job to the staff!

This is the last time we visit this KFC. They simply cannot get orders right. They cannot get orders out in a timely manner. I waited almost 15 min after I paid at the drive through. The two times I visited this restaurant I did not receive what I paid for. The sides seemed to be a day old. I ordered crispy chicken and only received original. They seem to have a management issue. read more

We stopped at 12pm on a Sunday and it wasn't open. The operating hours suggest it was open. Got all of my kids out of the car and it was closed. Don't waste you're time and go somewhere else to begin with since you'll likely have to anyway. read more

8/15/2018 THEY NEED MGT HELP!!!, QUALITY CONTROL, SUPERVISION. The only KFC in LaGrange, one might want to wait to get to the next about 30 minutes away. but Ok in a rush. Employees look busy--probably insufficient number. Never see anyone cleaning the messy tables or floors. This trip, the person who cleaned the cleanest table there, left orange sticky drink all over the top, and did not touch that which was all under the table on the floor. Entryway has been unappetizing for weeks or months--greasy black concrete sidewalk and floors, smoker damage. Most importantly, the chicken was small and got a passing "C". Wish at least we'd ordered "to go" via drive-thru. read more

So we needed a place to eat in the middle of no where on a car trip and my dad choose this KFC because it had a buffet. I really didn't expect much but I have to say that the food was pretty good. Of course it's just fried chicken and sides and desert, but for less than $10 how much can you really expect? The service was slow (i.e. we had to sit and wait for someone to appear at the cash) but overall there were no problems. While the chicken was good and the sides were on par, the deserts left much to be desired. There was quite a crowd so KFC must be one of the places to eat in La Grange. read more

I still believe that the Colonel and Kentucky Fried Chicken have the best chicken anywhere around. There is a lot of competition out there but, I still think it's better than any of the others. This location on has a wonderful buffet and they offer Seniors a special price. Two can eat dinner here for a very reasonable price. read more

It's KFC - what do you expect? When you're craving some OR chicken from the Colonel, you know where to go. The chicken is always tasty. However, the location itself is less than ideal. The place is usually dirty and understaffed. More often than not, they will not have a main menu item (chicken breast). read more

Placed my order on line at 10:20 am for pick up at 11:45 am. Arrived at the drive in window at 11:42 am and was told my order "just popped up on the screen". I was instructed to pull around back and wait while they filled my order. So much for saving time by ordering on line. read more

Didn't want to handle this way but no one from YUM! or the LaGrange, KY KFC has contacted me. July 12th we were sold almost raw wings - were eating in the dark before realizing. Took them to KFC manager who didn't know how that could happen. Posted complaint on line as well as talked to customer service rep July 13. Fortunately, we didn't get food poisoning but I'm still concerned this could happen again to someone else and they might not be as lucky. read more

This is the worst place in Lagrange it took 2 trips to still get an order wrong and then be called a liar by the manager.

I pull in rhe drive thru wait 9 minutes for the three cars in front of me to get their orders taken. I get up to place my order, 2 #7s and a big box meal and I hear "Arr draynks ain't be wurkin rat nyow" I say ok, I'll still take the meals are you deducting anything for the lack of drinks? "Uh naw it da same price" really? Come on KFC you are better than this. read more

Wow. This place was bad. We only stopped because it looked clean on the outside. We waited for 15 minutes for our food, had to wipe down our own table and only one napkin dispenser worked in the whole place. I almost fell in the bathroom as the floor was all wet and very slick. Excited that this location finally got a much needed remodel, we stopped in for lunch. As soon as we opened the door we determined it was a poor choice of new light colored laminate that highlighted how filthy the floor was. Covered in dirt and splotches of honey mustard prints where someone walked through a spill....and no one cleaned up, not even the employee that noticed it. I had to ask the cashier if anyone was going to clean it....she eventually did. She also cleaned the garbage receptacle THEN the tables, drink/food area, and finished with the trays. No napkins left, gave us bathroom paper towel roll, did not offer sauce, but by that time we realized the La Grange store hadn't really changed at all. 2 stars for new cushions on benches and food being hot. read more

Got the nashville hot chicken and there was the smallest possible drizzle of the sauce that goes on the chicken. Very disappointing
