No one told me upfront they were out of the salad I ordered. I had to wait before finding out, and I wasn't given the option to cancel or switch. I was told it would be "4 minutes," but it actually took more than 12 minutes. At one point, my order was just sitting behind the counter instead of in the pickup area, and I had to flag someone down to ask if it was mine. Food was good as expected, but the lack of communication and unnecessary wait time made it a frustrating experience.

Eye spot on and attentive even though the poor waitress was the only one waiting tables. They serve individual pizzas which is great for the kids. Mine seemed to like them and that's always a plus. I got a small all meats pizza, and it pains me to say it, it was almost too meaty! We've been a few times and I'm still looking for a pizza I like (there's the 3 stars). It's a pizza parlor, which is cool, I like the ambiance. Just waiting for a pizza to wow me. I'll be back to try again!
