My friend is lactose intolerant and he cannot handle cheese. When I got to the Williams Bay here, and gave him his sandwich, written on the wrapper was no cheese, and the sandwich had extra cheese on it. The bread is fresh, chewy and denser and holds up too well because it didn't soggy the bread how I like it. The hot peppers are noticeable hotter with my running nose. Overall the two Chicago chains are doing Chicago beefs slightly different but they are still very good in different ways, Side note Oak Creek WI will get one soon which would be an hour round trip for me so unless I was in Oak Creek I will probably not get to this chain often when Portillos is 10 minutes round trip.
