Incredible pizza, salad and service. We arrived in our hotel late after an 8 hour drive. It was a Wednesday night. The only food delivery service that was open was Domino's. Normally we would have chosen a local boutique pizza place. So glad we couldn't. This has to have been the best chain pizza we have ever had. The order was delivered to our hotel room door within 30 minutes of the internet order by a very courteous driver. The pizza was still steaming hot. Lots of toppings. The salads were crisp and fresh. Have had bad experiences with this dominos in the past, but with it being under new management and new owners I thought I would give it another try. Ordered a medium pizza with sausage and extra cheese, and a pasta bowl. Pizza looked like it was literally thrown together. Horribly shaped, some slices didn't have any cheese on it whatsoever, and some slices had all of the sausage on it. Pizza tasted bland and way too much sauce. Ordered delivery and pizza was hot and fresh. Pasta was decent but lacked flavor. Highly disappointed in this experience especially being under new management. read more

I've been getting pizza here for a while and it's gotten better recently but it hasn't been enough to get to that four to five star range. I haven't had some of the hang ups that other people have had here my only problem was I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and no buffalo sauce...I mean it's kinda in the name but it wasn't there...I immediately got a free pizza for my trouble but it's kinda a topping that you don't want to miss...the rest of my order was tasty and spot on but so little toppings on the MEATzza (that's how it looks typed on the menu) I mean if I was bold enough to put that in caps I would have had a little more meat on it...like I said it wasn't so much the flavor it was not enough toppings or missing toppings...hopefully it will be fixed someday read more

My girls and I love the bread bowls, but the last 3 times I have ordered from this Domino's they have messed up my order and I am forced to wait for them to make it and I still have to pay for it. They have zero customer service abilities! I took my bread bowls home and the one that they had to redo still had raw breaddough! I am do done with this store. They didn't even apologize for getting the order wrong. I will never order from this Domino's ever again! If you like hot pizza, this is not the place to order from. This Domino's Pizza in Latrobe, PA. Right off of Rt.30 East is almost always late with deliveries ; and I mean as much as an hour and a half longer than it was supposed to take. Zero stars. My husband tried to call and order and no one would answer the phone. He tried to order online and the app would not open. So he drove to the store and ordered. He paid cash and asked for the order to be delivered instead of waiting. They told him it would be about an hour. An hour and 1/2 after ordering and no delivery he called the store for status. He was told that it was on the way. Another 1/2 hour later he called back and was argued with on the phone by an employee. After asking 5 times to speak with the manager, he finally got on the phone. The manager finally told him that the girl who took his order did not hit the correct button and the order never went back to the cooks. So, almost 2 and 1/2 hours later we get nothing. If they place the order now it will take another hour to get here. They are terrible!!! So disgusted and hungry. Worst service ever!!! read more

On June 24th i ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pepper large 3 topping carry out special for 7.99, when i came in the Manager on duty, i think, who was a girl with black hair, kind of bigger, was sitting on her phone right as i walked in saw me and got up, soon after that she went back, mind you, she did not have a hat on, shirt tucked in, and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS, the pizza came out, it was okay but lacked flavor and she forgot my jalapeño the first time so had to remake it, i was very unsatisfied with my visit and i will be ordering from greensburg dominos, if i could rate a zero star i would but that is unfortunately not an option. read more

I would have ordered delivery if I could have viewed the menu. You have to download the dominos app and sign up. Might want to rethink that corporate. People are looking for easy. I don't want to have to sign my life away to order a pizza. read more

Staff and delivery people and food amazing. New Owners dropping the ball on not having the systems updated for people paying online with cards and gift cards till April 8th is a bust. I have been a loyal Pizza friend for years. Now home after a long day and don't want to run out to a store and have friends coming over this Bull. read more
