You know, I'm not one to ever give reviews but today I was very disappointed. I asked if they had a small popcorn chicken and the cashier proceeded to tell me yes when that was not the case at all. They didn't tell me they were ringing me up for a large which I think is the only size but that's not what upset me. When I got home I end up opening my chicken to a bunch of breadcrumbs and barely any chicken. I get it's popcorn chicken which always has less chicken in it but I don't mean they were barely any chicken I mean what they gave me was basically breadcrumbs. Im very disappointed. So do yourself a big favor, Unless your like Cartman from South Park who only eats the bread and chicken skin do not get the popcorn chicken!!! I thought I tried KFC at 2 pm , I had a coupon for 5.99 for Leg and thigh, biscuit , mash potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. This KFC was in Ledgewood NJ . The biscuit was hard as a rock almost broke my tooth, the coleslaw was runny with so, much liquid in it, I ordered a medium drink which, was 3.00 dollars for a drink. Chicken was old and tasted like it was from the freezer and reheated. Never going there again!!! read more

My daughter and I ordered combos through Uber eats from KFC. Her combo was supposed to come with a drink and a cookie plus her meal. I ordered mashed potatoes with my meal and was never given an option to pick whether or not I wanted gravy with them. Uber eats delivered the meals within a reasonable amount of time but there was no gravy with the potatoes which were like glue, her combo was missing the cookie, and there were no utensils or napkins. When I called KFC directly at this location they told me that it wasn't their problem that I wasn't able to choose to add gravy to my potatoes. When I asked about the lack of utensils or napkins and the missing cookie their response was "We can't do anything about this!" Here's the thing, Uber eats is a delivery service. The quality of the food is up to the restaurant. The lack of utensils and napkins is the fault of the restaurant. Leaving a cookie off a combo which says it comes with one is the fault of the restaurant. There was no apology offered at all for any of the above. I will not order from this location again! Very rude and poor customer service every time I visit, food takes 20-30 min to arrive all the time and isn't even hot/fresh. Some cashier ladies have an attitude problem, one even poked me with her pink nails when I asked for the receipt at the drive-thru, I can understand if the place is busy/short staffed, but don't let out ur frustration on the customer. read more

This was my first time at KFC . Yelp asked me some really weird check in questions : " did you like the view?" " would you bring a date here?" Oh, yeah. I would bring the love of my life here, since that person is yours truly . The staff was really polite, and the food was served extremely quickly. The store seemed clean to me, and I didn't have any negative experience. It seems like sometimes people write reviews on places like this forget that this is one of many fast food joints, so it can be hard for corporate to regulate things. Customers can also fail to realize that the employees serving them are earning minimum-wage, and most likely not working their dream job, so it's not always peaches and cream experience for anyone. #BeNice read more

In recent months there has been a decline in their service. During the end last year on two separate occasions, my family had guests over and we tried to order 2- 16 PC meals and was told they didn't have enough chicken because they needed it for other customers later; not can you wait 30 mins for us to make it. What kind of chicken place runs out of chicken?!! Last night was the first time that I ordered from KFC using GrubHub and it said it was going to take 55-60 mins for my delivery to get to me, even though it's only about a 5-7 min drive. I kept receiving updates that it's going to be delayed. After the third notice, I decided to cancel. There was no way to cancel it through GrubHub. The only number I could find was KFC, which took 5 tries to get through to someone, who couldn't speak English well. When I asked for a manager, they asked me to call back in 10 minutes. I had to ask for another person there speak to my husband, who then translated to me what was going on. The KFC personnel told my husband that they never received the order because the way it works it someone (the driver) gets the order and then goes to order it. So we told KFC if someone from GrubHub goes there for our order to cancel it. Then I got a text about 1.5 hours after it was ordered that it was coming and I texted back to cancel the order. 2 hours after I placed the order, the driver showed up with the food. We had to tell him that the order was cancelled. He apologized and, while I appreciate the apology, we did not accept the order. There should be a way to cancel the order. Today my neighbor told me that the driver went to his house in error and was heading to another house when he was told to head to mine; even though the cross street was provided and we're on the corner and my neighbors are on the inner part of the street. Three different ways to make sure an order is cancelled (SMH). I still felt uncomfortable with this and called my credit card company to make sure that the charge doesn't go through. The chicken is always fine but the sides are sometimes squished or spilling out, the drive-thru woman once gave me and my husband an attitude and they're always running out of chicken?!! I enjoy KFC chicken, but this KFC has employee problems. I ordered a 3 piece original, white meat meal with a diet pepsi. I received my order, and drove away. Upon opening my meal I received three piece dark meat, extra crispy meal, with a regular pepsi. The entire meal was the exact opposite of what I ordered. I started to eat my meal as I didn't have time to go back. The chicken had a very strong, disgusting taste, and was drenched in oil. I threw the entire meal out. This location is hit or miss. Drive-thru orders have generally been accurate and tasty. Presentation for delivery service orders is terrible though. Inaccurate items included. Messy presentation. Hadn't seen a KFC in awhile so decided to get something to go. Staff was friendly. Got the food and went to motel. When I opened it there were no napkins and no utensils to eat the mashed potatoes and claw slaw with. How could they forget that!! Fortunately I had a spoon so was able to eat. Service in this establishment has gone in the toilet. The food is overcooked, old and dry and the staff is surly. Ordered a dozen wings (which would be wing sections), received (and was charged for) three 4-piece with biscuit totaling over $21. When asked, 'Sean' stated that she told me over the intercom that they no longer offered the hot wings and to confirm that I wanted wings. What came out of the crackly drive-thru speaker was "...hot...regular wings". I said 'mild' as I have dozens of times there. I was amazed at the price and, when asked about it, was told "We don't have hot wings any more. I TOLD YOU THAT!" Even when I went into the store to confirm (and get the other two biscuits that were missing), there was no "Sorry for the confusion", no "Since you're paying for all this, would you like something other than wings?", no "Would you like to cancel the order?" - nothing but a box with two biscuits tossed on the counter and 'Sean's' back as she turned and walked away. Now I have a box with 12 full wings, three biscuits and an order of fries that cost me almost $30. I've gone to this restaurant for years but I'll not go back until they're under new management.
