I hit up the Drive Thru here a few times at this Burger King and so-far they've been pretty solid with all my orders, knock on wood *[banging my head]*   This was my first time trying their Italian Chicken Sandwich and it was pretty good for a fast food deal. Most recently I went with a Whopper Jr with Cheese and that was very tasty along with Large Fries it definitely got the job done.    Service was friendly and when I asked for extra napkins they hooked me up with those as well. 4 out of 5 times they mess up the order. Have it Your Way seems to be have it THEIR way. What Joe Pesci said in Lethal Weapon 2 definitely applies here. You get the drive-thru order home and find it's wrong, waste time and gas going back to the store, then getting attitude from the help! We mobile ordered and from the time we went from the speaker to tell them we had a mobile order to the time it took to get to the window to get the food was 15 minutes! I am a regular here, living super conviently nearby so i stop here pretty often after long days at the office to say the least. I'm usually a pretty no nonsense in & out typa guy and typically only place mobile app orders. And after a while of ordering from here so often i was worried the staff would grow to resent my little monotonous food order. But that couldn't be further from the truth! It turns out a wonderful young lady who works there is a sister of a close friend i attended highschool with. Her name is Catie Linkskey and her service is terrific & very much so commendable. She is happy to offer assistance and do it with a warm friendly welcoming smile. It does not go unnoticed. Some of her coworkers could use extra training under her, in fact when it comes to this regard. She and I are on a first name basis and i think catie knows my work schedule better than my roommate lol. Thank you for everything Catie! From running to make my family and I four milkshakes in the middle of a power outage & hurricane and for always being a pleasure to encounter. So not that it's ok to have a favorite fast food joint - but mine is this Burger King. They are nice, good is always yummy and you get what you order. It might say I go there just about every day for coffee but I just adore one of the servers. His name is Rich and he always serves with a smile and no matter how grumpy I may be or if my kids are screaming in the car he always says have a great day and smiles. Makes a huge difference when I see him at the drive through checkout! If u are lucky enough to get Rich say hi for me! Even when I don't get Rich I typically get another individual who is happy. I need to make it a point to get her name because she also smiles and makes sure out order is always right. Today we ordered iced coffee - yummy, iced tea and French toast sticks. Employees seem grumpy. I paid and waited for couple seconds and getting ready to move on in drive thru and they said, wait for the reciept. Oops I said and waited, then followed the remark "People dont listen"... What the heck. This happened couple weeks ago. Today, I had a coupon on app, they asked for code, I gave them, they didnt seem to know how to take it then I had to place the same order all over again at the window. Thats fine, it happens I thought, then came the voice, "wait for the receipt" (not a nicer tone but authoritative tone!), wow couldn't they have been a bit nicer. Placed an order at drive thru, and i honestly forgot 1 thing, so i go to pick up the order, asked if i could add another one, the lady told me it was too late, told me i had to go back all the way again to the drive thru and place that 1 order, and there was absolutely no cars, where is the courtesy and customer service, asked if i could speak to the manager, was told that she was the manager, had to say it, it was a horrible service. read more

I eat here ALOT. I really only came on here to give credit to one of your employees at this location. Her name is Bev. I have been here so many times (including on holidays) and I see her frequently. The ONLY time I have had my order right was the days she was working. Normally they forget something (BBQ sauce, ketchup, straws, etc). She is also very sweet. The food is always fresh and tastes...well, like Burger King. I rarely eat fast food but when I do, this is the place I go. The reason for the three stars? 25% of the times I go there, they get my order wrong. Usually at the drive thru when I have a large order I'm. Ringing home for the family or friends. Remember, I'm not going here often-maybe 6 times a year so it's a hassle when something's not right. I now check the order while I'm still there-having to open the bags and push the burgers aside or take them out which limits my ability to keep the food hot until I get home. read more

The manager here is great, always friendly, even when very busy. The food is as expected, but they often make mistakes on drive thru orders.

What a joke of a BK this is. Never spending another dime at this or any BK. We ordered 16 dollars worth of food...no special instructions . Literally a couple of cheeseburgers, a chicken sandwich and a frozen drink. We were the only ones in the store. Then 3 couples came in after us, each ordered as we waited.... and waited while the people who came in after us with large orders were served. As we waited, another couple came in and stood at the counter to place their order for a few minutes before leaving without ordering because of the seemingly chaotic situation going on behind the counter. I usually stop here for a coffee in the morning and for some reason the Spanish woman there has repeatedly given me back incorrect change. Th red first time I figured honest mistake. the next few times I visited it would be fine and then it would happen again. The second time I was a little annoyed because I watched her getting the change (few single and some coins ) and she put the singles down on her register and hand me the coins. ...I gave her a 5 for a 2.13 coffee. Really!!! She didn't even apologize!!! This was deliberate. I let a few weeks go by without going there and decided to try again . She always seemed annoyed and unfriendly. Not busy or crowded at all. Change was accurate for a while until today. Today I stopped for my coffee. Gave her 3 dollars for my 2.13 coffee. Mind you, I want the quarters for laundry. That's why I don't usually give the 13 cents. So she gives me back 33 cents ???. May 5th is seems petty but this honestly the 4th time this happened. She handed me the change and walked away. I waited for her to come back and she didn't. Waited more and now I try my horn lightly. Nothing! I try horn again . Nothing! I now be horn 3 to 4 times. Nothing! !!!! This is all at the drive thru and I am mad at this point. I opened my car door and tapped on the window. Nothing!!!! Try yelling hello and NOTHING!!!!!!! This place very close and convenient, but not military or Veteran friendly. When I asked about a military discount they looked at me crazy and said no. This Discount is given at the owner's discretion. You can go just a little further to the Subways or Chili's at International Drive Budd Lake and get better service for being in the Military or a Veteran. read more
