It was disgusting and in violation of food safety regulations. I immediately called over the guy working the register and asked for the manager. I told her what I just witnessed and that it was disgusting and unhygienic for them to touch their ears like they were in the presence of food. Additionally, for those workers to not wear gloves while preparing the food is unacceptable as well. I demanded my money back and warned a group of people to be forewarned of just happened and cautious if any of them gets sick after eating there. So, Actual Rating is Zero Stars!!
