This place was terrible. We stopped in for lunch. They did not even know what honey Bbq tenders were. Instead of the 12 we ordered and paid $34 for we got 10. Which was ok because they were dry with a very thin watery "sauce" they were not even hot, warm at best. They had no sweetener for our unsweetened tea. The restroom was far from clean and there were no handtowels to dry your hands after washing. Which makes you wonder if they wash there hands after the restroom. This location has its ups and downs. The pot pie and apple dumplings were good. My son had applied for a job one day and he received a email for a scheduled interview. He went up there and the cashier said that the manager was in her vehicle and for him to go to her. He went to the lady and she got nasty and drove off and said I am not hiring or interviewing anyone. That was so rude of her and I will never support them. The last three times I have gone through the Drive through KFC in Loganville, GA. The time was around 5:00pm. I tried to order 2 four wings and a biscuit. they said they had no wings. After questioning them they told me they were not going to fry up a whole bag for one customer! Hell, it was close to dinner rush. this is the worst KFC in the country. needs new management and employees. do they not know how to use a par sheet? This location needs to be closed down. and bulldozed. I hope this is not a company store. Update: Called corporate KFC. Filed a complaint on this location. NEVER have I EVER, experienced something like this. This is where we decided to come to, after church. I remember that this KFC was the only one around, that offered the buffet. When I walked in, I immediately went to the little buffet area to see what was there. There was dried up macaroni, dry chicken, dry mashed potatoes, peaches, coleslaw, etc. I automatically knew that I wasn't going to get the buffet. I wasnt acknowledged, for the whole nine minutes that I was standing there. There was noone in line in front of me or in back of me. There was one woman who was working the drive thru. The woman that was working the drive thru, finally came over and asked what I wanted. As soon as she did, a different woman (manager,) came from the back and took over. I ordered three $5 boxes. 2 crispy, one grilled, all with wedges. A $5 pot pie fill up and the 3 piece Mephis bbq meal. 15 minutes later, someone came out with our food bagged (even though it was eat in.) My family (including my church family,) sat at the table. I gave everyone their food. Everything was wrong. They gave me all mashed potatoes, all crispy chicken, and no cookies. The pot pie was extra dry. The bbq tenders was as if the sauce had been sitting at the bottom of a pot. I went up there to let the manager know, and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. My Apostle, Pastor, and their kids, had got all buffets, and decided to wait until fresh food came out. While we were eating, the woman that was running the drive thru, decides to ask our whole table a question. She asks something that my husband felt was a little racial. (As a side note, my husband is Caucasian and I, and our church family, is African American.) My husband was ready to leave immediately. The whole time we were in there, they filled up the chicken three times, with 5 pieces of chicken, each time. How is that suppose to feed 8 people? (total number of people in the restaurant, that ordered the buffet.) Man, people were mad asking for their money back and everything. I am my pastors armor bearer, so I do get her food for her. I had her receipt in my hand, so that I could show them if they asked. The manager did indeed say something about me not ordering the buffet. She walked in the back. So, I showed the other lady the receipt. She just dismissed it. My daughter goes up and asks for a bag to take her $5 box in (I was standing there beside her, and my husband was at our table listening.) The woman said that she needed to ask her manager. My daughter explained that she didn't get the buffet, she had a $5 box. The lady still said she had to ask the manager. I told my daughter to just take it and put it in the car. Of course, she drops the food, and my husband gets furious, and tells the lady "thats why she needed a bag." Y'all wanna know what the lady said? She said "Nuh on, she asked for a box." Lord, why did she say that? All I hear is my husbands voice yelling. I had been known that it was time to go, but, at this point in time, I knew I better get our food and go. The sweet tea was jankie. Not sure if the tea bags were left to steep too long, if it was old, or of the pot needed to be cleaned.
