Was my first time to this location and hands down the worst I have experienced. The place was not busy as me and my wife were the only ones in the lobby but somehow it still took them literally 35 minutes to complete our order. Just 2 simple meal combos. Store is poorly managed as it was understand could hear the manager just complaining about everything in the kitchen area. On top of our orders being so slow, half the food was cold. Beware predatory marketing strategies at this location. I used to love coming here for their chicken supremes. However, now they push the up-sell to a medium or a large without offering the small as an option as if it doesn't exist. The difference most of the time is just the size of the drink. Okay. This location says Atlanta, but it's actually in Loganville. I left my doctor's office after being told that I've gained 12 pounds in 12 weeks. Worse place I have ever gone for food. Went in Saturday around 7:00. Ordered the 3 wing dinner. Says it comes with biscuit and 2 sides. Never received biscuit and the mashed potatoes tasted like wallpaper paste and smelled just as bad. Don't know what theY put in dirty rice but it was dirty. Never tasted anything so bad. Great...always. Fresh crispy and so much better than that kfc across the street...which its the worst kfc EVER....Mary Jane is always nice and courteous but tonight i met the manager Tasha. She's as good if not better. No better fried chicken in this area period. I was so impressed tonight i called corporate to rave. You won't regret going. Also they're quick..i drive thru always and never get told 20 minutes like across the street set kfc and they honor coupons and are amenable to substitutions and making you happy. I've visited this Bojangles about 12-15 times over the past few years. Hands down the best tasting fast food around. However, of the 12-15 times i've visited this bojangles, I don't remember ever receiving a correct order. They always seem to forget something. I'll be honest; I do order a few extras. I'm aware that can be confusing... BUT when the order is not only read back to me and printed on my receipt, but also displayed on a screen so that the employee can verify the order's accuracy - it's not difficult to get the order correct. Not unhappy with any specific employee; they're all very kind. Just a little annoyed with them and myself for not checking the order.
