I've visited this Bojangles about 12-15 times over the past few years. Hands down the best tasting fast food around. However, of the 12-15 times i've visited this bojangles, I don't remember ever receiving a correct order. They always seem to forget something. I'll be honest; I do order a few extras. I'm aware that can be confusing... BUT when the order is not only read back to me and printed on my receipt, but also displayed on a screen so that the employee can verify the order's accuracy - it's not difficult to get the order correct. Not unhappy with any specific employee; they're all very kind. Just a little annoyed with them and myself for not checking the order. I've spent quite a lot of money at this location on food I never received. I'll keep coming back because it's delicious though. Check your orders, customers! read more

My order was wrong after I corrected it at the window and when we got home the biscuits and gravy were so soggy and the the sausage biscuit ( which is not what I ordered) was so greasy it was not edible. Asked the manager who took my order if I could get some bow bites and if he could leave them in the fryer a little longer as the last ones I had were slimy. I did not tell him that, but I did ask for them to be dropped longer. So I went to the restroom and took my time came out, order was not ready, but watch them take the Bites from a batch of bow bites... They were slimy. So I requested again to have some bow bites that have been dropped a little longer. He wanted to put the ones I had in my hand back in the fryer and I explained it to him that would make them tough. So he went back and snatched some out of the slimy batch and drop them in the fryer. He left them so long they were burnt. That's what you call passive aggressive. A-hole.It was just a simple request, It turned into a very unpleasant experience. The nuggets were tough and burnt. He said they had just changed the grease in the fryer, which means yeah, you should probably leave them in a little bit longer so they're not slimy. Was my first time to this location and hands down the worst I have experienced. The place was not busy as me and my wife were the only ones in the lobby but somehow it still took them literally 35 minutes to complete our order. Just 2 simple meal combos. Store is poorly managed as it was understand could hear the manager just complaining about everything in the kitchen area. On top of our orders being so slow, half the food was cold. Yikes...a tad bit disappointed in this location.. drive through service was good but I wanted good chicken too! The chicken legs were so small! I'd call em "bird" legs and they totally lacked flavor...coating was semi soft ?!?My biscuit was crusty hard (a lil overcooked) and lukewarm BUT the Cole slaw was EXCEPTIONAL... cold, crunchy and flavor perfect OMG Cole slaw was so good! Okay. This location says Atlanta, but it's actually in Loganville. I left my doctor's office after being told that I've gained 12 pounds in 12 weeks. I was soooo upset that I thought I'd stop and get some fried chicken! I know. I know. Just what I need, two more pounds! LOL! The car 2 spots up was at the window forever and had a big order, but the next one was at the window forever too, so it's not just because of one slow customer. Worse place I have ever gone for food. Went in Saturday around 7:00. Ordered the 3 wing dinner. Says it comes with biscuit and 2 sides. Never received biscuit and the mashed potatoes tasted like wallpaper paste and smelled just as bad. Don't know what theY put in dirty rice but it was dirty. Never tasted anything so bad. Great...always. Fresh crispy and so much better than that kfc across the street...which its the worst kfc EVER....Mary Jane is always nice and courteous but tonight i met the manager Tasha. She's as good if not better. No better fried chicken in this area period. I was so impressed tonight i called corporate to rave. You won't regret going. Also they're quick..i drive thru always and never get told 20 minutes like across the street set kfc and they honor coupons and are amenable to substitutions and making you happy. I LOVE BOJANGLES!! I wish we had one back home. The cajun filet biscuit is so good!!!! The service is ok, but they're fast so you get your food and just leave. As usual fast food restaurant. Mostly it quiet and not busy at all. You already know it's not a healthy food ,you are buying because you like it. I buy from here when ever I'm short in my wallet.
