Y'all suck. This this location is extremely slow with Service. They charged me for a large drink when they only had medium cups, which means they should've charged me for a medium drink then had me move out of the drive-through line when there was nobody else in the line for them to bring me my food to my car when they could've just handed it to me through the drive-through window this location sucks terrible they also forgot to give me my drink after driving off. I had to double back after realizing my drink was missing. Luckily, I checked the receipt, which is how I discovered. They charged me for a large drink. After telling me they only had medium cups, which meant they should've charged me for a medium drink only like it's ridiculous after entering the location to make them aware that I didn't get a drink and then I was charged for a large. They let me know they had large cups, but it was only for online orders although they did correct the situation negligence is what this is if you only have medium cups, and you are informing the customer, you only have medium cups, then you should charge them for medium cups. read more

I haven't been to this Zaxby's since 2022, and I must say the experience has completely turned around. The drive through is very quick with turn around, and sometimes when it's busy they will have an employee taking orders in line. After a 10 minute drive the food was still hot and crispy, fries crispy, golden and seasoned!!!!!! god bless. This location has made a comeback for sure. read more

I used to be a huge Zaxby's fan, but because of how bad the service is, I no longer go to. The wait times, no matter what time you come is beyond awful. The line is wrapped around the building. The food is undercooked, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. And God forbid you ask for a ketchup or anything of the sort zero out of five would not recommend. Half the time either the drive thru isn't open or the inside isn't open. Most of the time they are only selling tenders, fries and toast and nothing else on the menu. When you order a salad, they give you 60% of the lettuce that all other locations do. As soon on the picture. I should not see any black on the bottom of the tray and tones on the side. I am honestly a huge fan of Zaxby's food, but I just left the Atlanta Highway location and if I'm not mistaken, getting a "Go Big" on an order is supposed to slightly increase the amount of fries you get along with the large drink. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup this evening around 4:30 that was to be ready around 4:40. My husband went to grab our order, and upon arriving, he realized there were no curbside pickup spots in the parking lot. After circling a couple of times, he parked in the drive thru spot and checked into the app. After about 20 minutes, he wound up going inside to ask about the order since he was concerned he may have parked in the wrong spot. While the restaurant was busy, no one working came over to help him at the side of the counter, so he went back to the car and called the restaurant instead. The girl who answered told him to stay where he was parked, which he did and was sitting there for another 20 minutes before finally going to the drive thru to ask about the order. When he got to the speaker, he told the man taking orders that he placed a mobile order under my name. The man stated there was no record of the order and that he couldn't help us; he did not offer to help and was incredibly dismissive. This Zaxby's, especially since 2020, has continued to go downhill. I understand being busy and there being delays in food orders; however, a fast food wait should not be 50 minutes in total (10 minutes during the drive thru wait). I also understand frustrated or stressed employees, but to dismiss the entire order when we have proof of the order processing, both on the app and on my credit card, is unacceptable. read more

Don't waste your money!!!! Wish I had read the reviews before visiting this location. My husband ordered the Big Zax snack meal and I ordered the Buffalo Bleu Salad. The first mistake we made was driving off before we checked our order. However, I quickly realized there was no salad dressing in the bag so we turn around. When I looked my husband's food I noticed there were very few fries in his container. Nevertheless, I tried one of the fries and immediately had to spit it out. It appears the grease was old... my salad appeared as if it was thrown together- the lettuce was wet, no tomatoes or cabbage and very little bleu cheese crumbles, and of course chicken tasted bad because of the grease. What happened to this Zaxby's? I remember when they had good service but now they have become equal to Popeye's in Loganville or worse. Employees were hanging out in the front in a cloud of marijuana which may be the explanation for why the food came out looking like someone threw it in the containers. Left this Zaxby's about an hour ago without ordering. When we entered the store there was only two customers. We went to the counter and we're ignored by every employe. Finally we were told they had to place cash drawers in the two registers and then walked away. After waiting several more minutes while being ignored we just left. This Zaxby's is terribly run. Judging by the other reviews, the management needs to be changed by someone who knows what the heck they are doing. They have gotten our order wrong on multiple occasions. They are often out of food and the staff are either overwhelmed or haven't been trained properly in dealing with customers. Sauce is only sometimes added. More recently, my wife and I ordered a Signature sandwich bone-in wings and we got two containers filled with fried chicken wings. One of us got fries and the other did not. One piece of toast was added. My wife has a gluten allergy, so she couldn't eat it. They didn't even try to fill the order correctly. Tonight's experience has made our decision to no longer eat at Zaxby's. We had a Zenzation Zalad and a 4 piece chicken finger plate. There is more coating than chicken and it's cooked way too long. This was the case for the chicken on both plates. The outside is hard and all they give you to cut and eat with is plastic that breaks when you try to use it. The salads used to be served in an actual bowl if you were dining in...now it served in a to go plastic container. The eggroll that comes with the Zenzation Zalad used to be a decent sized eggroll. Tonight the one on my salad was so small I had to search for it on the salad. This location needs a manager on duty at all times to inspect the orders before they are served to the patrons.
