We ate yesterday at KFC, this is the second time we had a bad service. We asked for original chicken legs and they are dark brown like they been refríes many times. The worst service EVER! Came in and ordered my food. Cashier told us it would be an extra five minutes. We were ok with it but then 10 minutes passed, 20,30minutes later these people are handing us an order that wasn't even ours. The worker handing us the food gets an attitude because we let her know the food isnt what we ordered. Then they tell us they will not give us a refund, they don't do refunds. Pls dont eat here, there's no sense if customer service at all. This location is hit or miss depending on what you get. When you do have a problem don't expect them to fix it. I've taken food back in there and that was obviously so old and dry it was inedible and the manager couldn't have cared less. read more

My husband wanted to try the Nashville chicken tenders so we went there around lunch time on a weekday. The chicken tenders consisted of a total of two ??? Wtf .....plus there were no pickles like the commercial showed. I had the grilled chicken combo and you would have thought I ordered something they have never heard of. It took 10 minutes for my meal to come out. The bun was ice cold and the cheese was slapped on the chicken cold as ice as well. I'm giving this KFC one star only because the lady working the cash register was very polite .....even though she still got my order wrong. If I could give them no stars, I would. Got 3, 5 dollar fill ups with with Potato wedges. All of them had mashed potatoes in them. They give us the correct wedges complete with long black hairs in it. Whole time the manager is giving me a attitude because her employee can't use the register correctly. Takes about 45 mins to get to this point. get home, chicken tenders are disgusting and inedible. Black hair in the potato wedges. I didn't eat here for 2 years before this because of a bad experience. Go into the KFC in Loganville at 7 pm to order a 12 piece dinner. They have NO chicken but a few here and there. The woman before me was trying to piece together odds and ends to make a meal. Food was fine. Service was rude and unprofessional. While I realize the drive through is timed, when I am ordering dinner for 8 it is going to take me a moment. When you give me bags of food for eight i am going to check it before I leave. Which is a good thing since half of my items were missing. However the guy at the window was so busy telling me to pull forward that I could not finish telling him what all was missing. Then he was mad that he had to make two trips to my car because he didn't listen to what was missing first time. Oh my goodness, run away. We went in to have the buffet at 5:42 there was black mold on the ice in the cold section. There celery was brown and crusty on the ends. The pudding had like a hard film on top of them. The warm section was VILE! The mash potatoes were brown and separated like a drought ground. No gravy any where. The chicken that was out was gray and smelled horrible. The mac and cheese was also brown and hard. When I asked the orange haired manager I believe her name was Tausha, she did not have a name badge on. To get different mashed potatoes, chicken, mac and cheese, she very rudely goes, "we are refreshing the bar now." No kidding 20 minutes later the only thing changed was the mac and cheese. That manager totally ignored me at lease 3 times when I was trying to ask for food. Finally I asked for a refund and another manager came out from the back, with attitude also. She immediately says, "we are refreshing the bar you need to be patient." I showed her my check showing it was 20 minutes since I paid. She then goes, "I did not know you were waiting that long." She thens walks away and starts to add water to the steam table. I told her I want my money back. she then comes over and finally gives me my money. Please stay far away from the KFC in Loganville, GA. I wanted to rate this with zero stars but that is not an option.This place is poorly mismanaged and all the employees look as though they are attending a funeral while working!! I went inside to order my food as the drive-thru was not moving ( and there was only 1 car ).I ordered my food and while I was waiting 20 minutes to get 2 little meals the person in the driver-thru came in. He was missing something from his order. The girl at the counter just trashed the entire bag! That customer asked for his money back. The one customer that was eating in the restaurant came to the counter saying that he about broke his tooth on his chicken. He ordered a sandwich and on that sandwich was a bone in chicken breast. Once they finally gave me my order I checked it to find out that the "chicken legs" that I ordered were not legs but thighs. The chicken thighs and the chicken breast that I ordered were all just some nasty, black looking color. I don't know if they were burnt or just cooked to death in some dirty, nasty oil. Needless to say there was no way my husband or I were going to eat that nasty chicken so I asked for my money back as well. This store needs to be shut down!! I ordered 2 of the popcorn chicken meals and 1 3 pc tender meal and that's it. Drive thru person said it would be 4 minutes on the popcorn, I said no problem. He asked me to pay, gave me no receipt and to pull up to the sidewalk. I did as he asked and 20 minutes later we are walking into the place because no one has brought our food. I got the bag of food, there was no receipt, no sauces for any of the food and the biscuit was left out of the 3pc meal. They need to learn to apologize when they screw up and make sure they give receipts and make sure the order is correct! I feel that I will no longer go back here for anything!! The food wasn't that great (tenders were hard) and never mind the service.
