Entrees came out in a reasonable amount of time, this is where the problems started. Server brought out hickory bourbon salmon instead of the chicken and then argued with me that I stated salmon instead of chicken. I corrected him and stated that we do not eat fish and when I ordered I stated chicken and even pointed to the chicken on the menu. Server stated that he would fix it. After another 30 minutes the chicken breast was brought out as the table was done eating. My husband ate his chicken breast and we asked for the check. Little to my surprise the bill was over $50 for one 2 for $26 and waters. I advised the server that I didn't think the bill was accurate and he said "oh yeah it is". I advised that he billed us separately for the chips at a total of $10.99 as that was part of the 2 for $26 deal. He said he was going to go "look at it and came back and gave us $5.00 off. I advised that the check was still not accurate and to send the manager over to address our concerns. After a few minutes the server came back and stating that his manager was "too busy in the kitchen" but they got it taken care of for me, acting that this was a courtesy they did to bill me correctly for my items I purchased. Finally I paid the bill $33.91 and collected my leftovers and went home knowing this was a horrible experience and we wouldn't be returning. I saw the parking lot and there was maybe 7 cars in it so I know the manager couldn't be "too busy" to come speak with us. The next day we heated up our leftovers and to our surprise there was 2 HAIRS in the food on the chicken tenders. Needless to say me and my husband are both bald and these long hairs are not ours! FOOD WENT STRAIGHT IN THE TRASH! This restaurant has gone down hill so much and it's truly a disappointment. Out of all of the Ruby Tuesday that have closed and this is the one that is left open. If they keep the same management in place it won't be long before this one shutters its doors too.

Next, we overhear another staff member saying "they know we close at 9," suggesting that we shouldn't even have gotten food to eat inside. Well, if my first sandwich was made correctly, perhaps I could've finished a little sooner. When asking the staff member we overheard why would his coworker let us order and not mention we'd need to plan to leave at closing, he couldn't really answer other than saying legally they couldn't not sell food to customers but he wouldn't come inside if it were him. Overall, this is not the customer service I was expecting. My first time visiting this location was pretty good; food was fresh, hot, and delicious. After this experience however, I doubt I'll return. I'm sure they don't care either way since there was no attempt to rectify the situation in the extra 9 minutes we stayed over.

It was a little 'soupier' than in some restaurants, which I liked, and wasn't artificially yellow. Very tasty, just the right amount of lemon, and had a velvety mouth-feel that I enjoyed. The gyro wrap was also very good. Tzatziki both under and on top so no bite was devoid of sauce. Very messy. :) The greek potatoes were perfectly cooked and had just the right balance of spice and lemon, and the pilaf was very good, although I couldn't finish all of it because I was too busy devouring everything else. The site will not allow me to upload the second picture, showing the entree, so you'll have to be satisfied with just the soup. I'd go there JUST for the soup, honestly.

I also bought the chocolate chip cookie and it's bigger than my hand and tastes delicious. The restaurant is quiet and feels warm and welcome. In addition to caregiving, I work full time in HR management, averaging 60-70 hours per week, while also caring for four dogs and volunteering with two organizations. Because of these responsibilities, reliable meal delivery services are not a convenience for us -- they are a necessity. Panera has historically been one of the few places offering healthier food options that work well for my family, which is why I continue to order from them through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, this latest experience was completely unacceptable and, more importantly, not an isolated incident. The Uber Eats driver, Carmen, was professional, communicative, and delivered the order promptly despite rainy weather. Carmen deserves recognition for excellent service. The issue was entirely with Panera. Our order was very simple and included soup bowls, baguettes, smoothies, and other items appropriate for dinner. Instead, Panera sent an entirely incorrect order containing soggy chicken sandwiches and food that did not remotely match what was listed on the receipt. The delivery bag was sealed, meaning the Uber Eats driver had no reasonable way to verify the contents. Ensuring order accuracy before sealing and handing off the order is 100% Panera's responsibility. This mistake left my elderly parents without dinner and forced me to immediately interrupt a critical work project to make an emergency grocery store run and cook a replacement meal. What should have been a simple delivered dinner turned into over two hours of disruption, stress, and unnecessary chaos in an already demanding evening. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time this specific Panera location has made major errors with Uber Eats orders. In fact, several of my recent orders from this location have been incorrect. At this point, the repeated lack of quality control demonstrates a consistent operational issue. I followed the Uber Eats support process, submitted photos of the incorrect order, and documented everything appropriately. However, a refund alone does not compensate for the time lost, the stress caused, or the disruption created for my family. Additionally, Uber Eats only refunds the meal cost -- not the driver tip -- despite the fact that the driver fulfilled their responsibilities correctly. Carmen should absolutely keep the tip, and Panera should bear the financial responsibility for the error, not the customer. To be clear: The driver was not at fault. Panera packed the wrong order. The receipt clearly reflected what I actually ordered. This has become a recurring issue with this location. I expect: A full refund, including the tip. Direct follow-up from customer service. Corrective action and accountability measures at this Panera location to address repeated order accuracy failures. At this point, I do not plan to patronize Panera again due to the ongoing pattern of poor service and lack of quality control. Reliable food delivery matters, especially for households caring for elderly and disabled family members. Panera's repeated failures have made what should be a helpful service into a recurring source of stress and disruption.
