She also said dishes were sometimes not properly washed and could still have food or soap residue on them. She also had serious concerns about management, especially Christiana and Maria. My friend said Christiana was rude toward employees and would tell her to reuse food that had fallen on the floor instead of throwing it away. She felt like she was being treated unfairly and slowly pushed out after refusing to do things she believed were unsafe. Maria, who was a shift manager, was also a major concern. My friend reported that Maria would cut employees' hours based on whether she personally liked them. She was also frequently on her phone and would sometimes leave during her shift. My friend also reported hearing Maria make racist and extremely disrespectful comments about customers. She said Maria would make offensive comments about Asian customers and make other racist comments about customers based on their race or ethnicity. There was also an incident involving a Black customer who specifically said she had a serious allergy to beans and asked for a burrito without beans. According to my friend, the order was still made with beans. When the customer came back to complain, my friend reported that Maria said, "I'm done with you black people." If this happened as reported, that is completely unacceptable and should be investigated. My friend also frequently felt uncomfortable at work because of the behavior of another employee, Johnathan. She told me that he would repeatedly stare at her butt, and when she noticed him doing it, he would continue staring. This made her feel uncomfortable while she was simply trying to do her job. My friend was only being scheduled around 1-2 days a week, and sometimes even less. She felt that her hours were being reduced and that she was being treated unfairly after speaking up about things she believed were unsafe. Eventually, she quit because of the lack of hours and the way she felt she was being treated. I really hope corporate takes these concerns seriously and investigates this location, including the food-safety issues, management behavior, treatment of employees, reported racist comments, and employee conduct. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, employees deserve a safe and professional workplace, and food allergies should always be taken seriously.

I'm not a huge pickle fan (put them on the side for the hubs to eat) but the secret sauce seemed to have a lot of relish flavor. So, if you aren't a fan of relish the sauce may not be for you. But my husband loves pickles and enjoyed the flavor profile. The medium heat wasn't very spicy, to me it was more mild but the guy who took our order told us to expect that! Customer service is beyond excellent. I can definitely see this being a really cool hangout spot for small groups. When it comes to cleanliness, I don't know that I've ever seen. The interior of a restaurant this clean. And that speaks volumes for the business and how much the employees and the owners care about it. I know that this is an express location, so it's more for to-go-based orders. But the only thing I find as a disadvantage for the people who want to eat inside is that they don't have a soda machine or an ice machine. They do offer to-go drinks, bottled sodas, etc. But that doesn't really do you any good. You could probably go to the gas station in the parking lot and get a cup of ice if it was really that serious. I don't like the ranch at all it's lacking flavor and is super tart just off putting. The spicy ranch is all jalapeño and maybe some chili flakes; not sure but it's just as off as the regular ranch. But everyone has different taste buds, and for some people, these ranches might be absolutely amazing. This is just my opinion. Now, although I believe the barbecue sauce is probably store-bought, it definitely makes everything taste better. And I would have to say I believe strongly that both versions of the ranch are made in-house. The breadsticks are wonderful and a good portion size. Make sure you get them with cheese and garlic. The pizza dough is good, definitely, ask for it to be cooked a little extra I think that crunch makes it that much better but the pizza sauce again is probably made in-house and is very Italian seasoning-forward very light tomato taste. It could definitely use some tlc to turn it up a notch but it's not terrible it just speaks to inexperience. Again just my opinion. NOTE TO THE OWNER, don't use the "menu" under the pizza or breadsticks it holds all the grease and oil and makes the food soggy. Just FYI I know it looks cool but doesn't work. Food is super filling but a little overpriced, I just see a few areas for improvement. Overall a great experience the customer service would have me come back by itself.

I was excited about the barbecue sandwich. There was enough pork on mine to make two sandwiches. They give you a one and a half ounce packet of sauce on the side, which was interesting. I got to add as much or little as I wanted. The sauce was sweet, smoky, spicy, and flavorful. Not lacking in anything, and well balanced. The picture of Anthony Anderson's smiling face on it was likable. Arby's is my favorite fast food chain of all. Really wish there were more left standing in California. I will continue to seek them out and choose to dine in. I have good memories throughout my life of eating their food, with several offerings I love, that only are found on Arby's menus and/or aren't quite the same anywhere else.
