I didn't go here with high expectations because my previous experiences with KFC food weren't good. However, I was with a friend who wanted to go so I decided to give them another try. I was pleasantly surprised that the food I received was hot and it was fairly good. I ordered original recipe dark mead chicken, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit. The staff were all friendly, and our food came out quickly. We stopped at 6:30pm on a Saturday, and there were very few customers. My chicken was okay, the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like they were made from a mix, and they were too salty. I was really looking forward to the biscuit, but it tasted like it had been sitting for some time under a warmer. It was dry and hard and didn't taste good at all. We took our food to go, so I can't speak to the cleanliness of the restaurant, but the restroom was pretty gross. Overall, I don't feel it was a good value for the money. I was hesitant to try this KFC due to all the bad reviews but I decided to give them a shot anyway. I am glad I did. Got an 8 piece, mashed potatoes on the side and a 3 piece fish with fries and a Pepsi. Everything was delicious and came out hot and fresh. Been a long time since I have had KFC chicken and I wish had waited until I was close to a Popeye's. I was surprised by the speed of the service until I tasted that chicken. Tasted like it had been waiting there for some unsuspecting customer since the Clinton impeachment. I threw the bucket away but I could have wrung out the chicken and used the grease to fry another chicken. The slaw balanced out the rating from a 1 Star rating. read more

I can say without hesitation that we get some of the freshest and tastiest food from this location and their food is always served hot and well prepared. I was dismayed to see the food service worker wearing a chin strap right next to the letter posted in the window stating that if you nose and mouth are not covered by a mask you will be asked to leave. I was in Marble Falls running an errand and I got a craving for over priced chicken so I stopped by the KFC there. I ordered an 8 piece dinner and I asked for all thighs, the lady at the drive through told me that they only had 4 and I said that I wasn't in a hurry so I would wait until they got a new batch out. Ignoring what I had just said the manager came on the speaker and said that if she gave me the eight thighs she wouldn't have any left which contradicted them saying that they only had 4. She didn't say anything about it being a KFC policy to not give only 1 type of chicken in an order because I would have accepted that so I have to assume she was just being lazy. I would suggest staying away from this establishment! First problem occurred when my granddaughter and I tried to use the facilities. The faucet in the women's bathroom didn't work! I think that might be a health code violation! Then the sweet girl at the counter allowed us to come behind the counter to wash our hands with the manager gripping at her the whole time that we're not allowed back there! Then fix the sink in the customer's bathroom! When my grandson's Famous Bowl came out it looked nothing like the picture so he wasn't happy! living in the area, I give this restaurant a chance every couple of months. Each time, this KFC seems to find a new way to disappoint me. The food is often bland beyond description and the customer service is a risk -- a risk in that this franchisor seems to find people who can't count change, check an order or care. Whoever this franchisor is, the KFC system is paying for it -- I will go out of my way to find another chicken outlet rather that risk a KFC. read more

Its two stars, because the KFC part is always good. But be prepared for sticker shock, 16-piece family sized chicken, with two sides is over 40 dollars with tax . Has this store changed hands from the original owners? Behind the counter this place is a mess. Food all over the floor and a funny thing, a kid cleaning the "cooking trays" was banging them against the wall to break loose the food stuck to the grates. The time was a little past 4pm and I thought the chicken would be fresh out of the cookers, they were out of chicken, so i waited. And I waited. Several dine-in orders were filled. I waited.
