Cashier was rude today. Rice was ice cold. Just got the stink eye the entire time we were ordering. I guess today is not the day for women to come in and order. She was super friendly to the 2 gentleman behind us. But we still killed her with kindness... begrudgingly. Good Service is definitely rare these days!!! Name on the receipt was Delia T for the cashier. Delia. You have a very nasty attitude and should probably go work somewhere you don't come face to face with the public, because you aren't mature enough to have that kind of responsibility...

Wow! Upon entering, the panda express was very clean. They had a variety of entrées and sides that were all freshly made. My favorite is the chicken and mushroom with zucchini. The vegetables were cooked with a nice snap, not soggy. Yum. The spring rolls are very crispy and you could tell that everything was freshly made. I even saw the cabinet that has fresh cut vegetables in it. We weren't sure what to order, so Carly was especially helpful in describing the entrées to us. I like that the bathrooms were really clean. Inside the dining hall was very clean also and there was plenty of seating. There is handicap seating and accommodations. Two employees in the back were actively working while Gigi, the manager, was talking with us. She was so welcoming! She was so kind and on a roll with her employees. My fiancé and I will definitely be coming back to this Panda Express.

Fast Chinese food, very good, have not had a bad China express to date. Always fast, love the fried rice. Clumpy soft rice is the east I like it! The price for what you get it also a good deal. The only downside I would say is if you want an eggroll or crab Rangoon it is al-a-cart and a little pricey. That being said I did get one chicken eggroll that was very crispy and very good dipped in the sweet and sour sauce. You will pay a couple bucks for it but occasionally it's OK to splurge. I get the three course plate because I have a hard time deciding on only two entrées.

30+ minutes in a drive thru is at least 20 minutes too long. This is especially glaring when you see Chick Fil A right next door

Locked the doors when they saw us parking 30 minutes before closing like literally ran to the door so we could not go inside.

Unfortunately, a below average Chinese buffet…read more I'll start off by stating that I like to think that I'm understanding when it comes to rating buffets. I'm not expecting outstanding quality food, but there's still a bar. I'll start off with the best items - frog legs, fried rice, and the french fries (yes, I know). Most other items were alright or below average for a Chinese buffet. One of the main concerns that I have is just that a lot of the food appears to have been sitting at the buffet tables for quite some time. I think some items were never touched, let alone refilled, from when we first came in and then left. So it's hard to really tell what is "fresh". Many of the items are mislabeled which can be annoying. Most of the silverware is also dirty, even the ones that you get when you are first seated. Speaking of seats, the seats at the booth we were at were sticky. We moved to a table. Those seats were sticky as well. Service is a bright spot for this restaurant. Wait staff was very attentive and nice. I wish I could provide a better rating. Though if given the opportunity to visit again, I would politely decline.

Imitation crab with cheese Coconut Shrimp served in evening Crab Rangoon Tender chicken with Broccoli Black pepper jalapeños chicken is to spicy for me but my husband loves it. Green beans Chow mien Potato wedges And More. Of course desserts. There is very nice waitress and waiter that's keep clearing our empty plates and filling our drinks. Plus I'm in wheelchair and they always move a chair for me. Which I kindly appreciate! Yes sometimes they make mistakes but they're human I have never seen a restaurant that was perfect. My husband and I will always come here no matter what. Might have once a month or twice a month because of cost. We will get here eventually!

For $150/head you get solid Chinese food, with nice presentation. To me, if I consider the $150 price point for the meal, paying simply for presentation is not enough, especially if you consider other restaurants competing at this price point in the Austin area. Very few of the dishes had any real flavor advancements/innovations past the original Chinese dish it was based on. For example, the salt and pepper lobster comes out in this fancy wide wooden dish, filled with dried peppers, and then is seated on a textured stone bowl with sliced lettuce under the lobster tail. All to get 2 bites of typical tasting lobster. Was the lobster good? yes, but the general feeling is pay more to get better presentation, and less food for the money, not a food taste upgrade. To be fair, that may be what the restaurant is targeting. To contextualize Ling's kitchen, I feel as if you would be able to get a larger version of most if not all dishes, with similar quality in Houston for $20. For $150 you would be able to feed an entire family with drinks and dessert normally so I do not feel as if the money is worth it. Not much innovation on the flavors for the palate, but the food had very cute visuals. Service was nice, and the Chef's energy was infectious.

Finally had a chance to try this out to celebrate my wife's birthday. If you get tired of reading,…read morethe punchline is "this is a meal you should go enjoy!" When you arrive, you are gathered in a side room with the other guests and served prosecco or tea, and a tasty opening bite. Our hosts were Nick and Mateo, and they were solid throughout the meal. If you want any wine/sake, you get that selected at this time (bottles only). We chose a sauv blanc from Round Pond, a CA vineyard where we'd visited with family years ago. Many of the dishes are seafood so this was a nice pairing. Once the group has arrived, you're seated around a giant and well decorated table in the actual kitchen. It's a super cool vibe with nice music and intimate lighting. Each course is announced with a gong, and thoughtfully explained, including the connection to Chef Ling and how to best enjoy. I didn't come across anything I didn't love, but I'll highlight a few of my favorites. The fried taro with spicy crabmeat aioli ate like a delicious crab cake! The dry aged Peking duck was a stunner, coming in a smoke filled wooden box. One piece was meant to be eaten in fluffy bun, the other to be enjoyed more purely. There's also a smoked duck tongue which is tasty, just trust me! There's also filet mignon was rich and tender, laying in a delicious green sauce. Chef's kiss! Midway through the meal you are invited to introduce yourself briefly to the table. You also get to walk around enjoy some extra bites and visit with the chefs. It was a charming and diverse crowd. A real slice of Austin. See my pictures for a good sense of what you're in for. You will definitely not leave hungry or disappointed. Chef Ling is present and makes her way around the table during the meal. She is kind and humble, but clearly knows what she's doing!
