Drive 45 minutes to get chicken From KFC on Teutonia and Good Hope in Brown Deer. When I got home, my order was missing a side and the chicken wasn't seasoned, not even salt. Shame on you KFC for cheating your customers out of what they paid. read more

After seeing a few commercials for fried chicken. It was a toss up between Popeye's or KFC I was swayed into getting some Fried chicken at the multi-line store which also has Taco Bell. I like the Idea. And always wanted a Long John Silvers mixed with either A&W or KFC. The wings here are good for fast food. The restaurant ambiance is tired and needs renovation one of the seats looked slashed but the counter and food prep area is clean. That's what counts to me. Drive through was busy, constantly. while I was there. Although not to many people having their meals at the store. Pepsi products. I had a coupon for $15.00 got 8 pieces of crispy, biscuits X4 coleslaw, mashed and gravy, added large Potato wedges for 3.99 plenty of food for 4 people for around 21.00. not bad without the coupon it would have been 25.00. read more

This particular KFC has been going downhill for a long time. Here are some things you can be sure of: 1) They will be out of chicken when you order, 2) They will not have an item because "the ice maker is broken" or "the warmer is broken." Service is in slow motion, inattentive, and distracted. The later night chicken is always cold and rubbery. Been left sitting too long? You really got to pass on this place. I remember it was closed for at least a few days for training not too long ago. It won't be too long before it closes. This place needs major surgery on all fronts. My Aunt lives in a senior citizen community. My aunt Joyce turned 87 years old today. 2 weeks before her birthday she tested positive for COVID! As of today she has tested negative for COVID! Praise God! However, I attempted to send her one of her favorites, KFC Chicken Tenders. For some reason her name was not listed on the ship to address, so when I called to see if she was surprised and enjoyed her meal, she had never received it! 2 1/2 hours later, I told her to call the front desk to check for any deliveries from KFC. They informed her it had been there for a while, but because my name was listed on the order they did not know whom to deliver it. When I paced the order online, I provided the ship to information with her name and address. She informed me there was no receipt with the order, so she could not see who's name or address was listed as "ship to"! That was a bit disappointing, especially since I have ordered from Grub Hub through Yelp for her in the past. I even listed my cell number if they had any issues entering the community. She is so humble, never really complains. So now I guess I will have to surprise her with her favorite strawberry cheesecake tomorrow. I am not in the greatest of health myself, and try to do what I can for our seniors and young children. One way, I know is that they are all KFC lovers! We will come to this location ever, will never go back to this location and will recommend no one go to this location. Horrible service the lines were extremely long waiting in line for over 30 minutes for the food and the order was not good at all it was not fresh nothing was appetizing about the order at all. We went to this location on Monday, May 18 at 8:25 PM. It took us about 10 minutes to get home to look at our order and it was very small portions nothing was good & we had pick over our food & half of our food went in the garbage. Tacos were soggy, chicken was hard, sodas were watery & mashed potatoes were small portions. I was so disgusted with my food & had to take part of my order back had to wait in line over 15 minutes to only get a partial refund and I had to call contact the corporate office for them to send me the difference of the refund. On top of that, they did not have a manager on duty & had to call one on the phone. Then the sever kept taking orders having over 6 cars behind me knowing my issue was not resolved & that it will take sometime . This is the worst location ever & would not recommend anyone to waste their time or money at this establishment. If you ever dissatisfied with the order call 1-800 call-KFC put in a formal complaint about this location and advise them that you would like to have a refund. The corporate office mailed me an $10 certificate for my troubles which was nice. I do believe in deserve more for my time & inconvenience. read more

Two strikes and you're out! Both the food and service have been horrible the two times I have been here. There were so many people working, but they were all just talking to each other when there were people waiting to place their orders. One time I wanted the simplest of combo meals, and it took four tries to ring it up correctly (and I was the one who kept having to point out the pricing errors; the employee had no clue). Then there was this never-ending to-do about who was supposed to be doing what to take care of all the orders. Finally the food itself was dried out and nasty both times too. It felt like it had already been sitting out under heat lamps for hours even though I went for relatively early lunches. I rarely eat out anymore, and while this location is conveniently close to my home, there's no reason I would ever go back. read more

I was there just for sides and to my disbelief the inside was being painted as food was being served and cooked. Not my favorite at all I thought I liked their side but it was very unclean the employees were sweeping and cleaning while customers where there and I understand the meaning ("If you got time to lean, you got time to clean") at least let the lobby be empty. This Taco Bell/ KFC is a Joke!!! The service is horrible. The 11/11/12 2:30-3:00pm staff is awful. The manager was title only, because she had no clue. They had promo signs up, but when you asked about them they said, " we don't do that here". Well why have the sign then. You're a taco spot but I have to wait 15min for nachos, cuz you had to fry chips? When the container in low, don't you prepare more? Really?? The restaurant is filthy, I had panhandler approaching my car before i even parked.The employees were hands down some of the rudest I've ever encountered. DO NOT GO HERE!! If you know my boyfriend, you know he loves KFC. Literally so much so that we were at the mall and we drove to KFC instead of eating at the food court before going back to the mall. (We were waiting for an apple appointment). As soon as we walked in, we could tell it wasn't going to be a good experience. Everything looked dirty, the line was super long, and it appeared as though one person was doing all the work. When we finally reached the register, my boyfriend ordered first. He wanted to add a biscuit but before he even finished his $5 fill up order, she told him the price. He decided not to get a biscuit and told the woman working the register that I would still like to order. She rolled her eyes and looked at the ceiling when I was ordering. Again, she told us the price before I finished ordering. I had to ask for the drink cups and there was only one draw by the pop dispenser. Then, we stood there for 25 minutes waiting for our 2 $5 fill up meals. We decided to just eat in the car. We opened the bags and we didn't get either of our cookies and the food was disgusting. This is the worst kfc ive ever been too, I keep giving them chances but everytime I go there its always awful sevice, nasty food, im always over paying and when I check my bag for my food im always missing an order that I paid for!!!! Like today I went to get a classic 2 pc meal, when I recieved my order I looked in my bag and my food was all smashed up like it was for a baby! They smash my whole classic meal into baby food.
