Pulled up to the drive through and the happiest, giddy voice came through the speaker, just as sweet as can be and very very polite. I got to the window, she ran my card, as she handed me back my card and I said "hey that happy go lucky attitude you got going on there ,, is awesome and it effects your customers day..!! I'm tired of this rinkydink excuse for a KFC that frequently doesn't offer the "special deals" advertised by KFC in their app or on their website. Many times, the chicken tastes like it was soaked in salt, not special herbs and spices. And when you have the special herbs and spices, they are so weak that only one time did the chicken ever even remotely taste like KFC chicken. I was inside eating a sandwich and I heard employees talking about taking mushrooms in the back and I figured it was mushrooms from the sandwiches, but then I heard the word cocaine. We said we would never go back... we did. What a crappy business! Several months ago, we went to pick up some dinner. It was about 7.30. We waited for at least 30 minutes to get to the ordering box... the gal comes on and says, sorry we are closed! There were several cars behind us that had waited a significant amount of time also. Tonight... we try it again. My husband messaged me to say, sorry they are really slow and the lobby is closed. He had 4 more cars in front of him... 40 minutes later. The gal comes on and says. I did the online order. And it took me 15 minutes to get there. When I got there, I had to go thru the drive thru to get my food. When I got to the window, I was told it was going to be 14 minutes on the chicken. I said I would wait. When I got home. My sweet tea was regular tea, and I ordered the 8 piece, and there was only 6 pieces. 2 wings, 2 drum sticks, and 2 breasts. It was missing the 2 thighs. I wouldn't recommend kfc in missoula. First of all I would like to start off by saying that I used to eat here a lot and have always enjoyed the food. This visit however was anything but good, I ordered a large drink and Decided to try the sweet iced tea, I found that to be a little too sweet for me but no big deal I diluted it with the regular iced tea and as I was getting ready to take a drink I smelled what could only be described as a sewage smell coming from my cup! I took it up to the girl behind the counter who also said it stunk. I drank soda instead... We decided to sit by the windows in the lobby and I noticed right away no less than ten flys in the window... Never again will I go here or recommend this place. I sent my home care helper to Missoula KFC to pick up my dinner because I am physically challenged. There was an incident in the Drive-Thru where my caregiver was tailgated buy a large truck. My caregiver asked the KFC employee at the window if she could please call the police. The KFC worker refused to call the police and ordered my caregiver off of the property and consequently I did not have any dinner because my caregiver did not have any remaining time in her shift to make other arrangements after this incident. KFC refuses to even discuss the matter further. They will not even let us talk to another general manager. Not happy with this business and it's workers because they don't understand that the customer should come first in any customer service type business. read more

I have lived in the Missoula area my entire life and have never been treated with so much disrespect from establishment. It started by going through the drive through we were ordering the $5 famous bowl combo with upgraded $2.00 large drink and side plus a $5 chicken pot pie with upgraded $2.00 large drink and side. While my husband was ordering he made it very clear that the sign was telling him to just add $2.00 more. This simple math makes the total of our order $14.00. Like any average customer we questioned our order at the window since no time to speak at the intercom. We were greeted by a worker not in uniform that stated pricing had gone up. We insisted that the sign stated on price and since this this false advertising and misleading the customer into thinking they were getting something for less. This very rude drive thru representative, (ponytail, glasses, black shirt) just stated the total would be $16.08 which I still cannot figure out wher this number came from. Since your establishment has signs that conflict with pricing all over. Once again if the representative wasn't lying the total for the up size should have been some where between $2.19-2.50. Still making the order no more than $15.00 dollars. We asked to speak with a manger and were immediately told none was on site and they would have to park and call management. Since none of the staff at the ability to do a $2.08 discount. We stated that we needed sto talk to someone now about the matter. The representative then stated she had the right to refused anyone service, apparently it is not ok to question any type of pricing at this establishment. Maybe it was the stress of answering questions was too much for her which means maybe the position is not correct. Since the drive thru we couldn't get any answers we went into the lobby. Where once again we were confronted with poorly trained staff. This gentalman just continued to point at the sign upgrade behind him. When I pointed out the pricing of the two signs to his left (showing 2.00 upgrade) he just pretended that didn't exist and proceeded to state we can refuse service to anyone. So it's ok to refuse someone serivce for questioning your posted pricing? That's a first for both me and my husband. My husband is type one diabetic so they are lucky we didn't need they food right then and there. This matter could have become a lot worse needing medical attention. Also this establishment needs to post no service signs. We were not cursing at any of the staff. Merely requesting information of how to contact management, if you review your cameras that same rude drive thru server comes out with a blank priece of paper. I ask for email, phone, address of the main management of this store. She then says ok and runs off into the back supposedly to get this information. All the staff at this time will not speak to us or give any type of information about management. I believe I finally got the name Mike will be in the morning? Since we had to stand waiting in the lobby for this information we decided to observe your staff food handling procedures. The girl with the black hair and red shirt never changes her gloves, this is highly disgusting. Most of your staff was not in uniform which I do not know where there outside clothes have been. This includes the drive thru lady and gentleman with gloves and black hoodie. Highly unprofessional and unsanitary. We finally had to just leave since the girl never came back with the requested information. If blows my mind that this establishment has no business cards to hand out to patrons. Or any type of information of how to get in contact. I normally come to his establishment prior five in the afternoon and never received this type of service. It was disrespectful and uncalled for and needs to be reviewed and thought out by management. As a consumer I have every right to question your establishment pricing especially when your signs state what I am saying. For all I know your cashier is scamming the system and trying to make extra cash by taking the excess she has quoted the customer. That is why pricing is so important. I have some video of the incident along with a picture of the $2.00 upgrade fee. Still can't figure out the price of $16.08 if the representative could have explained that then things would have went a lot smoother. I was told to come back in the morning to speak with management. In fact, the quality of the product and service have always been reasonably good, but like everything else in America these days, its sipping fast. In the past few months, we've received coated chicken tenders that were blood-red RAW inside, and in both instances, we both got deathly sick from it. And let's face it, the prices aren't that cheap! The atmosphere is nice. Sometimes it can be a little noisy but not too bad. It honestly is pricey for some of the items you can purchase. I bought our family two meals, and the items placed there were not even close to what we ordered. After driving back there several miles to get what they wanted, KFC not only refused to honor the order but the very nasty 'manager' became argumentative and did not provide a requested refund. With this virus issue, I ordered $81 worth of KFC food for delivery through Grub Hub, & will NEVER use them again. I love KFC food & order it many times for lunch. I got about half of what I ordered & tried to get the delivery service to make it right. They actually didn't seem to care-said it was too late, so I called my credit card company who told me to contact the restaurant directly. I finally reached someone about 2pm the following day & told her what had happened, & she said they are really getting their butts handed to them during this time because the delivery services aren't doing their job correctly, & they are 'giving' away more food than they are selling to make things right. She is mailing me a gift cert to make up for the missing part of my order, which is so kind of them, because they don't get paid for it. We used to eat here all the time but it has gotten so expwensive that it is only once in awhile now, on mu last visit I paid $26.90 for chicken strips and 2 sides and when i got home there wasnt any sides in the bag and the girl working the window was very rude. When i got home and realized all my food wasnt there I called back and was told they would send me a gift certificate in the mail that night.
