Since I had a spiritual awaking with papa johns 20 minutes before, I realize that I have about 10 minutes to kill before my pizza is ready and like 15 -20 minutes for the other order to be ready. I killed some time, arrived about 30 minutes after the last order was ordered and paid for over the phone. Once I arrived at Papa Johns, I waited outside. The runner came out 5 times and asked what I was waiting on. I said pizza and gave the name of the order. They responded with, "It's in the oven" Each time. (A cheese pizza apparently takes 30 minutes to make and 20 minutes in the oven) This waiting at outside the lobby took 20 minutes, Finally it came out. They added additional stuff to the order, and said it wasn't paid. It was a hot mess. We ended up paying twice because there was no reasoning with any of the employees as it was an absolute hot mess inside the restaurant with no captain behind the wheel. The pizza was good. The restaurant is located in the newly renovated ADUC student center on campus. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was delivered quickly. The fries were to die for but the sandwich (I ordered the regular deluxe sandwich,which comes with lettuce tomato and cheese) was over cooked to the point of being tough. The bun crumbled like it was old. I expected more from Chick-Fil-a. I would like to try it again after they have been open a little longer, though, before I pass a final judgement.
