A few nights ago I went and got there seven piece Wings fries added coleslaw all of a sudden the $7 turn to 15 plus I got home the wings have been under the heat lamp for God knows how long so the meat was like beef jerky with a shell of just breading I go back I return my order a black kid African-American I should say oh we got another screamer is what I heard from the background well if it happens this often then there's a problem. Also you need to coach your employees and I think that individual African-American employee should be fired you know I'm talking about Chase chance something like that I will never be back to this restaurant I think it should be something else in KFC is dead good luck. read more

Don't get me wrong I love kfc but this location specifically gets your order wrong EVERY time I have gotten my order right literally ONE time ONCE. I just don't understand how literally every time. Fast food is not an extremely difficult job and I understand Idaho minimum wage sucks but like come on. I've gone 2 times where they have ran out of chicken, I don't know how that's possible but it happend. But it's the only kfc around and it's usually pretty good so here, 4 Stars. read more

Updating because I have relocated and the KFC's in Post Falls, Idaho and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho are very good. Restaurants always seem a little dirty (seems common for the chain, don't know why) but I get take out 100% of the time. Best fried chicken on the planet. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I went thru the drive thru ordered pot pie, famous bowl and a 16 piece tender meal. Sides of Mac and cheese, fries and coleslaw. What I got was 2 potatoes and gravy and two coleslaw and a 16 piece chicken with bone. Cost 58$ and coleslaw was the only thing right. I should of got chicken nuggets at mcDonalds! Yes it takes a little while to get your food in the drive through, so when there's a line I'll park and order inside and have it in my hands within a few minutes. But the fact that there's a guy who works here with a voice that belongs in a video game and will take your order in the drive through makes the wait worth it. And there's fried chicken. I went through his drive thru last night and spent 20 minutes in line just to get to the ordering speaker. When I got to the speaker, I was informed that it would be an additional 25 minutes because they were "busy n' stuff". The way the drive thru was built, I couldn't pull out of line, so I had to endure another 25 minutes in line. When I got to the window, the staff looked to be moving in slow motion, and the person at the window didn't even apologize or thank me for waiting. I thought for sure I would at least receive that, or a coupon or something. I WILL NEVER go back there again. read more

Ok, you don't go to KFC for a fine dining experience, I get that. However, for the last year I've been going to the Moscow KFC and have yet to get what I wanted. Grilled, never. Original, sometimes. Mostly what you're offered is a hodgepodge of whatever is left, as far as coatings. Tonight was the last night I'm going to try to give them my business. Asked for grill, 2 pieces. Said just original, but they didn't have enough to complete the order, so got a variety of coatings. As far as a side, asked for green beans, nope, corn-nope, but got two orders of fried potatoes to go with the mashed potatoes. Service is great, employees are apologetic, it has to be lousy management. Maybe they're trying to run KFC out of business and push Taco Bell? read more
