We hit this place for lunch on a Saturday. Everything was hot and fresh. The people at the counter were very friendly. This was a huge difference to what I had come to expect KFC to be. We ordered leg/thigh bucket and sides online. Got to the restaurant and sat at the drive thru for 30+ minutes. Then they told us they didn't have any legs/thighs in extra crispy and if we wanted to switch to original recipe, it would be another 30 minutes. We got a refund and left. read more

Food was okay, employees were very rude after I told them my order was missing a few things. Lady who took my order was so mean and had a horrible attitude. As someone who works in food and bev., I understand having bad days. However, that is no way to treat customers! I showed my receipt and she was still hesitant to give me my missing items. Ordered my food at 11:15 arrived at KFC 11:35 nothing was ready and then had to wait until 12:08 for the food. Poor customer service and as is usual today "not my fault" was the reason. I came to kfc today and ordered 3, 8 piece chicken nuggets and a famous bowl. The girl working the first drive thru window took our order and she kept messing up our order, she said she was new so that is understandable. Got to the second window and they said they were out of lemonade, cherry Pepsi and honey. We got new drinks and they had us pull forward and that they would have our food out to us in under 4 minutes. We are waiting and about 30 minutes pass by, I go see if the food was ready and they said that they are still working on it. The other girl said the people who ordered inside had to be taken care of first and that they were still working on our order. Last time i worked there, Drive thru was supposed to be the first priority and then the people inside. The manager working there said they were very backed up and had many orders to complete (there were only 2 cars in the drive thru and the lobby was not full at all!) I also noticed one of the workers not wearing gloves and refilling a cup that looked like it had been sitting on the counter for a while. This place used to be alright but lately service is very slow and seems to be careless. I understand it can get backed up with orders but there is no reason to treat someone differently. Last time I came here they gave me a gravy cup with my mashed potatoes and it wasn't even filled half way. They just seem to not care, they get orders wrong, and lie to you about how long the wait is and say how many people are inside of the lobby when there were only a few. Plus after waiting almost 45 minutes i asked for a refund and they tried telling us a different price than we actually paid. I definitely wont be coming back. read more

Overall, it's not terrible. Some days the food is better than others, but the staff is usually pretty nice. They have a buffet option, so if you can't decide, that's a good choice. If they aren't busy, the buffet can start looking a little...sad, so I usually don't go to buffet route. It's just ok. read more

When placing my order for the 20.00 fill-up she wanted me to tell her how many pieces of chicken it came with. They didn't have any coleslaw or the new biscuits. The wait time was terrible and when I got to my car with my to go order all the gravy was spilled. I took it back in for refund which I received but they insisted they didn't do it. Not the best fast food place to eat in. Buffet area needed attention and looked like it hadn't been filled since the late morning. There were only two pieces of chicken to choose from. Tables were dirty. When buffet was finally attended to the associate used the same sticky serving spoons that had been there all day. Chicken tasted gamey. Manager or associate in charge was outside with another worker talking instead of paying attention to her job. If u eat here don't get the buffet. read more

We ate there last night. It was filthy. Sweet tea cooler leaked, told worker and he put a cone around it, not mopped it up. Every table was dirty, food was dry and order was incorrect. Workers stood around, not sweeping floors, cleaning tables. Floor under every table had litter and no one made an effort to pick up. I have never seen a fast food restaurant so dirty. They need to fire the manager and rehire someone that cares. SHAME!!!!! read more

Brought my parents out for lunch, my dad had been craving an chicken leg "original".. He has a hard time getting around and uses a walker... As we pulled in and got out one of the friendly workers meet us at the door with a nice smile and held the door open for us.. We were spoke to 3 times before we even made it to the counter.. When you go to kfc and ask for dark meat, you assume they know that's it's thighs and legs. You get home only to find out its wings and a couple breasts. Had to wait for food and ask for what was missed and wait some more.....what happened to fast food? Shoot, they can't even get the order right. First and last. Shame on kfc. read more

Just came back from there, Watched several people come in look at the buffet, see no chicken on it and walk out. the workers can't get anything right. the a/c has been broke for several weeks and they can't get it fixed.
