I mean it's KFC. It's not the best and it's not the worst but the one by my house that's connected with the Taco Bell. I'm telling you they have the best customer service there like they're always so nice and sweet. They have the best hospitality they worked their butts off. They're always nice to me no matter what time or day it is. I didn't realize it's been 10 years since I rated KFC. As always, they have a Taco Bell. I felt like fried chicken, so I got the two piece special with a biscuit and mac & cheese and of course I'm a senior so a free drink all for five dollars. Nice staff, food was delicious and hot. We all know there are some fast food franchises that have great food and accurate orders. Well, this KFC is NOT one of the good ones. Really, KFC mashed potatoes without gravy you might as well eat paste. I ordered an 8 piece meal mixed and got entirely original that must have been fried at noon unfortunately I went thru the drive through at 5:00. First time I got from this place over greasy chicken I order again and it says nothing about needing a receipt for pick up on their website so they wouldn't give the food don't know why I keep going back to this place. I think they need to be under new management or close the store down. And then when I send my daughter-in-law in to get the food, they want receipt or a pin number they don't give you a pin. Very low quality Taco Bell/kfc. The one off of 52 and Chicago ave is so much better. The service here is super slow and they're typically out of many items. Don't even bother. I asked for a plate for the $34 dollar meals and the lady behind the register was rude and the entire staff making rude comments. A plate is not a cardboard box and the restaurant is dirty. The staff today were amazing. The person who took orders spoke clearly and was able to do 3 things at once without incident. He offered extra ice for the fresh iced tea and made sure we had plenty of sauces. The order was correct and tasty. The line for drive thru was long and the staff cleared it in less than 15 minutes. We stopped by the drive thru to get my daughter chicken strips. We wanted three strips, no meal. They informed us that they no longer offer just strips. However, we had gotten them recently at a different KFC location. So instead we got the "Go Cup" with two strips and potato wedges. This was the worst $3 I have ever spent in my life. Well My family and I walk in around 3:00pm, Just a couple tables are occupied. We noticed how music is blasting in the back but we know it's fast food and sit far away from the counter as we could. First we're told they can't print a receipt ,my husband asks why and the sweet young lady says I'm not sure I've only worked here 4 days and it hasn't worked since I started. We wait for our food.
